I thought my designs for plaques are the best. Aswell staff manages to propose better layouts. More often, I agree with their proposals and they do not disappoint. Prices are very reasonable and value of completed products are beyond their production cost. They even push for me to meet my deadlines. Ingrid, specially, is very accommodating.

I brought in a small, heart shape urn, and asked to have it engraved.The font I picked wouldnt have worked very well - they caught this, and e-mailed me a set of alternate fonts, suggestions and pictures. We compromised between what they thought would be clearest and easiest to read, and what I wanted for the urn. I picked it up a couple of days ago, and its perfectBetter than Id hoped. And both of the people I talked to there (Owner? Engraver?) were courteous, friendly, professional and helpful.Even if its something small, oddly shaped, and very personal, this is where Id take it.

Quick service with a day or 2 turnaround. Very reasonable and affordable prices. The staff is friendly and always willing to do whatever it takes to get the order finished when needed even if it means rushing it on the same day. Hands down the best trophy shop I had the opportunity to order through. I look forward to ordering my custom t-shirts and crystals in the near future.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have an event TOMORROW and we forgot to pick up 24 trophies .... we were able to get ahold of someone after trying all day long and we finally contacted an employee and they were willing to meet us at 9pm on a Saturday night at the shop!Absolutely saved our event for the next day. They do great custom work, and they have a great selection of items to choose from. I had never had a reason to shop at a trophy store before. I came involved with a Dog show group and Aswells was a perfect place to pick up awards and ribbons.
