There are 2 unpleasant experiences with uBreakiFix stores on a Note10 and Z Fold 3 phones Ive owned over the years. Ive kept my Fold 3 since the last replacement and always had a case knowing how easily it is to damage a naked phone.Sure enough, the day I took off my case to lightly run errands, is the day I dropped my phone and cracked the back glass.Called the premium care support number, booked an appointment for this location since its closest to me. I went into this with low expectations given my history, yet still needed to get things fixed.As I took a deep breath to brace myself, I walked into the store and surprised that I was quickly greeted with a smile. I told them I had a claim through Samsung Care and called for an appointment.They walked me through checking in on my email, I paid the $99 copay, and they checked my phone in, told me it will be done in an hour. I waited about 30min before receiving a text the phone was all set.The entire back piece was replaced and looked like new. They even took the extra step to help me replace my inside screen protector since it was falling apart.Exceeded my expectations both in the quality of this repair as well as the speed. Appreciate you, Cherry and the team here!

Technician was polite and efficient. He was given our old address and had to come to our new address. Unfortunately we were not prepared so he had to leave and come back later. His attitude stayed pleasant and he made the repair. Very pleased with the service.

I came to this place and there was two workers I came to this place twice first I met a girl and she is very polite and have very helpful and I love to talk to her she has tried to send the paper. They requested even though its not working but still see very nice and try very hard to help me if you guys need to fix your phone or anything come to this place they are really sincere and have you all out. So the other day I came and met the guy but I didnt see the girl that she did for me so I see this guy and he oh so really helped me so I said this place is they really work hard to help people I will recommend those people who have problems on the phone or anything will come to this place...

Can say enough about Gus and Camille, definitely impressed with this place.After a few days of my Samsung S23 phone acting weird and not wanting to charge when being used, it suddenly said No Internet available. I figured silly cell network, and did a restart. The phone turned off, and became a brick. Nothing worked, power button, charging indicators, USB PC link, etc, just completely dead. I had used a different place closer to me before, but their website didnt list anything beyond S10. They had free estimates, which made sense with a possible cant be fixed phone. I decided to make the 40 minute traffic laden drive, using a printed map and avoiding freeways (no online maps and no traffic data, lol). I also realized OMG, recent vacation pictures, etc, also all gone.Gus took the phone and said he would check it out. Camille and Gus came out periodically and said they were still looking at it. Well, after 20 minutes of watching their honestly pretty humorous uBreakiFix commercials on a screen in the room, they came out with my phone. It powered on normally again. I was floored. I asked how? Camille said they had taken it apart and remated every internal connection, and they had seen this happen before with Samsungs. So I asked what I owed, and they said nothing. Again I was floored. I have not seen customer service like this in years. The phone is still working great after a few days, so the fix also appears solid. Definitely earned a customer for life :)

I never really write reviews but this? I really want to now because it was such a disappointment. The reason why was cuz it was a 30 minute drive and i went to this place cuz all the other ones nearby are closed. I went there to get my ps5 disk drive check and possibly fixed. Apparently the website I used to make the appointment said the place would give free diagnostics to give me the accurate price for repair. I even asked one of the staffs in the support chat and the person stated they would give free diagnostic to give me the accurate price so I was like bet…. until I got there. I told the worker my ps5 problem to have understand my issue and so he can take a look at my ps5 as well. If u wanna know my issue, it’s: the disk drive would not take my disk, would not eject my disk out and not read it. But it would later work after waiting for a bit. However, he didn’t take a look and just flat up said it’s a broken disk drive and said I need to pay 180$ which is fine but I want to be sure if it’s actually a broken disk drive and ask if he can open it up but he said he would charge me 54$ plus tax which is outrageous and dumb as hell since it said they would check it for free!!!!! I was like never mind and went for my second purpose for my visit: to clean my ps5 since its actually pretty dirty. But 100$ plus tax which is outrageous since ik damn well it would only take an hour or even less and it ain’t complex since I see people in yt do it but I want to leave it to the experts here not me since ik my goofy ah me would mess up. So ya, I’m very disappointed since it was such a waste of my time, outrageous pricing and the lie of free diagnostics. Btw, i found out my disk drive is not broken since it still apparently work but only work if I do not leave my disk inside while I turn on rest mode on my ps5. Beware of going here for consoles.

I couldnt figure out what was wrong with my PlayStation 4, and Gus was able to figure out the problem immediately. It needed a new hard drive, and the day it was delivered the uBreakiFix team was able to install it. Altogether, my PlayStation was diagnosed and repaired within a week! Thank you so much! :D

A shout out to this repair shop... I took my Pixel 7 Plus there as the upper speaker (top slot, ear) was sounding muffled. I found that I couldnt hear people very well, even with the volume full blast. I would have to use the speaker phone. I figured there was an issue with the speaker and asked them to fix it. They were great. The first thing that was awesome about this place is that they will answer the phone. A live person! How rare is this anymore? A+ for this! Second, they gave me a price to fix it. 2nd, to limit my downtime to be without a phone, they had me come in to look at the phone so they could inspect and order the part. They then would call me when the part came in. Another great thing is that they didnt ask for any money to order the part. So I went on my way figuring that it would be a few weeks to get the part. Wrong! To my surprise, they called me the next day! And, not only that, they said if I could bring my phone to them right now they could fix it in an hour or two! What? Really? No way! But it was true! They fixed it that fast! Then, if these guys (& gals) werent already the best to deal with, they gave me even better news! NO CHARGE! What? Thats right. I had my wallet out to pay. They said nope, its covered by warranty. WOW! What values, honesty, and business ethics! If you need your phone repaired, I would take it here. Its great to work with a quality company! A+ on every aspect!

Kudos to Gus! Gus was very professional and helpful!! Unfortunately this store did not have my samsung s21 screen part but Gus helped me with looking at other options such as if they could order the part or to call different stores for that certain part. I asked other questions such as transferring data and if I could just replace it with a different color. He told me that if I changed the color that the phone carrier may not accept it if I were to trade it in but it depends on the sales associate. By Gus telling me this information he didnt just want me to fix my phone and waste money if they werent going to accept the trade in and I REALLY appreciate that! It just goes to show that they really do care about their customers and not just about the money unlike other stores. Thank you Gus!!

So went in today to see if i can get my old xbox 360 controller fixed, made an appointment and everything. I get there only for the dude to tell me they dont do controller fixes.. mind you i made an appointment to have a xbox 360 controller fixed… i mean it even gave me the option to click on the “xbox 360 controller repair service” bar. Whatever right.. so i asked him if i can at least get a diagnosis to see whats wrong with it and mind you i clicked on “get free diagnoses “ bar and dude in purple ……”yea no we charge 50 bux for that, me:“uhhh your website says you guys do free diagnoses “, him: “yeah no its 50 just to get it opened “ …. Its almost like hes trying to convince me to not get it fixed? Brushes it off almost like. Bruh …. At first my experience wasnt great because I went to the location in Santa Ana and they didnt give me accurate information about whether they had the parts to repair my phone. I called the other locations in that area which no luck but when I got to my area I found out that there was one there which didnt pop on my Google search. I went in and asked and they said they had the parts and they did! They were able to repair my phone within an hour. Im very happy with this location and the staff, they were all very helpful and kind! Definitely would recommend for anyone inner the area 👌

I say slightly easy because the first day I came in the guy that was there did not even act like he wanted to help. He said he would look at my grandsons laptop and call me, he called and wanted way to much. I went back next day to pick up and Cherry was there told me she would look at it and should not be the amount he wanted. This is my second time at your business and it was Cherry the first time that fixed my husbands phone she is amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, caring and goes out of her way to help. I retired out of Customer Service and wish I had more people in my office like her. She deserves a raise! hang on to her! That is why my completed experience rating is Excellent

Could not have been an easier experience. Needed a screen replacement on a Pixel 6 Pro. I set up New York and a few minutes online through the device protection portal. I called the store ahead of time and the gentleman told me hed already seen my work order in his computer, verified they had the parts, and were waiting for me whenever I came in. Device drop off took 2 minutes, and 90 minutes later I came back pick up my repaired unit in perfect working order.

Not a very good experience. First thing is it was 16 miles away from home. So I looked them up and called but couldn’t get thru. I double checked their hours and when I got there they were closed. I got there at 5:30pm and it says on the website, also the hours are on the front door of their building which said they closed at 7pm but here I am standing there and can see that they’re store is closed and it’s 545pm. So I had to drive home and then all the way back the next morning and hopefully they will be open. Which they were and they took care of my phone pretty fast. When I asked about the hours they just gave me some lame excuses to why the hours are different from what time they actually stay open until. Crazy …

This visit was great. I went a couple of days ago and was told my claim with Samsung Care+ for my Fold4 would be $249 and then I did more research and saw it was only $29 for the screen replacement. I rebooked my appointment and got my screen fixed within 2 hours.

Out of the 5 or so Asurion stores I visited, this was by far the worst. Ive had very positive experiences at all the other locations. The employees were very helpful and repairs were completed without any issues.However, this place shouldnt even be listed on Asurions site. Everything from the initial diagnostic to getting the repair quote was done so unprofessionally. We all have bad days so maybe I walked in on one of them :/. The employee, talked the same person, was unhelpful, rude and seemed to not actually want to do the repair. Again, other places were fine. Not sure why this place was a complete disaster.If I could get give it zero stars, thats what this place deserves. If you like your phone and dont want to ruin your day, stay away.

After paying $70 for insurance, they wanted to charge me $52 for a service fee just so they could tell me that they were confiscating my device and giving me a refund. They refused to tell me what they were doing with my device until after we pay the service fee. They refused to fix my device rather just give me the cash so that I could buy a new one. Ridiculous. With the amount I pay them in service fees and on the insurance I could have just paid to have the phone screen replaced.

This is 3rd time changing factory installed screen protector for Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 within 2 years from the purchase date. Samsung service has recommended me to go to asurian and quoted $19.99, but asurian tells me $29.99. They should get this sorted out before telling customers with quote.First of all, factory installed screen protector must have an issue since so many issues within 2 years. Then providing wrong quote also an issue. They need to get their act together

The screen on my Pixel 5a went black and I needed it fixed right away. I still had my warranty active and found that Asurion was a warranty station. I had a good experience with this place than the other Asurion places. Last time I brought my samsung flip 4 into the other Asurion shop but they could not fix it. However this shop was able to fix it. The issue with my samsung flip 4 was the hinge, I could not open the phone more than 90 degrees.

This business is great! I brought my Switch in and they repaired it in a timely manner. They sold me on the Asurion+ deal too. I’m a videographer who games on the side, so I own a lot of tech - almost all of which is covered in their plan. I’m saving so much money with their plan rather than getting individual repairs and maintenance. Friendly, effective service is all I can ask for and I got that.

They did a great job changing the cracked screen on my Galaxy S22 ultra. They did it in less than 3 hours. Just a few small problems with the technician a bit clueless 😅He gave us the phone without the SIM card, we only realized it when we got home and we had to go back.Days later we realized that the front camera was not focusing and taking blurry photos, we went back for another checkup and they told us they had to replace the camera, but they had to order it.We came back a few days later (August 28, 2022) to have the camera changed, but luckily the girl that day was very skilled and went above and beyond, she did the basics, so she only cleaned the camera lens under the screen, since the first technician had made a mess that part when the screen changed. ✌️

Customer service is a little hasty. I dropped off my s10 for screen replacement got told that it should be 2 hours to complete but in the receipt says 1 hour. 1 hour and haft later I showed up and still not done because they dont have my unlock code which I told them verbally but they didnt write it down. Sit there waiting for a while, got the phone they showed everything is working. Yes, then I took off. Got home trying to make phone call, it says you find have SIM card. Check the phone SIM slot is empty. Took my wifes phone to call them about it. They said they forgot to put it in. So I had to go back to the store. Other than that everything is good. They are the first store I called and got quote, price seems reasonable. I recommend I this place to your screen fixed.

My phone screen needed a replacement and I googled a location that would have my phone screen for repair and this location popped up. The automated system asks a few questions and they pointed to this location as they can repair my phone and asked me to make an appointment. I made the appointment and left work early to make it on time. I show up a bit early just to be told they dont have my screen on-site and they need to order it. After ordering it would cost me about $150.00+! ..complete waste of my time. I went to another location and got it fixed for $105.00 ...I would recommend calling in first to verify they can help with your needs and or shop around as they are a little overpriced.

Awesome experience. Went in to see about getting my USB port switched since my phone was having issues charging quickly. I had previously tried to repair it my self by cleaning out the lint on there since that was the top suggestion on Reddit but after no solution I decided to take it in. The tech took my phone and after 5 minutes came back out with my phones USB port back to normal. She mentioned that all she did was clear out the lint on it. I asked her how much did I owe them and she said it was free. That is exceptional service. This is how you run a business that is customer first. Thanks again!

This place is great. I came to replace the charging port on my Samsung galaxy s21 because it felt like it was really loose and was having a hard time charging it. But when arrived at this place they took it to check it out and 5 minutes later came out and told me that it didnt need to be replaced because it was dirty, they cleaned it up and gave it back. Very fast and fix my problem my daughters screen was broken and took me almost a month to try to find someone to fix it cause it is a Samsung Galaxy Zflip 3 Noone else does it they dont have the tools for it but this place did it and they finished it within 15 minutes I give them a 15 Stars Cherry was very helpful and explained everything Ive been using Asurion for all my devices Ive known them for years and never had an issue with them and its funny cause I never knew they had an in-store location so Im definitely going to keep going back there even though they are not close to my area but I feel more safe going to them than any where else so but thank you Cherry and her Associate was friendly also I highly recommend them very much!

My kids and I were on vacation at Disneyland, and my older son dropped his iPhone, screen shattered. We took the phone here about lunchtime, went back to Disneyland. Asurion called to say that the battery was extremely swollen and that contributed to the screen shattering. They didnt have the needed battery, but worked very hard to find it at another store. We had the repaired phone back by 6 p.m. that night, which was critical as we were leaving to head back home in the morning. Asurion was extremely helpful during this stressful time! Highly recommended.
