I was very weary about taking my computer to get fixed but I read the previous reviews and everyone steered me right. Thank you! I was able to walk right in and explain my issue. I was working with Val and they talked me through my options, time frame, estimated cost and I left feeling comfortable about the repair, a crashed hard drive. Communication was great and I was kept up to date with the repair. Thanks to Val and the team! I would recommend this place and hopefully I wont need them again but I would go back!

They replaced my battery with a defective one so I had to return a second time for another. The Second replacement was not ready at the promised time. I drove across town to pick it up at the designated time only to be told to return in an hour or they’ll call me when ready. LOL… Impossible since they had my phone. When I discovered the initial battery replacement was defective, I tried calling. The wait time was in excess of 10 minutes. I Called back again only to be told i would need to hold another 5-8 minutes because again…other customers were the priority. After holding 15 minutes, I was involuntarily disconnected. I Called back a 3rd time and they just let it ring. 20- minutes later they called back to reschedule. The employees were knowledgeable and I appreciated the service but some Customer service training would benefit them greatly. No customer wants to be told they aren’t a priority and be hung up on after such a long hold. Having to return a second time was bad enough but having to drive across town a third time to pick it up because they did not have it ready as promised made the experience that much worse. I also had a missed message from them saying it was ready. Of course they had my phone so I didn’t receive it until after my phone was picked up.

I visited this repair site for the first time on 06/20/24 and talked with Bryce about my iWatch that I was having issues with because I could not get it to charge. I decided to leave it and have them order and replace the battery. Bryce was great to work with and is extremely helpful and very conscientious. The next day, I got a call from the manager Tyler to let me know my watch was ready to pick up and that it was working fine and they did not need to replace the battery and the watch was charging perfectly. When I picked up the watch and tried to pay, Tyler would not take my money because he said all they did was put it on a charger, which I had tried 4 different chargers and none of them would charge the watch, but I was happy becuase my iWatch was once again operational. Anyway, these guys are exceptional with their customer service and should I ever have a smart phone, smart watch or tablet with issues, I will defintiely be going to these guys again. Outstanding customer service! Great job Bryce and Tyler. THANK YOU!!

Theyre fine for changing batteries on phones, etc. but dont take your Apple Watch there. I had my battery replaced, and the crystal fell off a few weeks later! Go somewhere else to get your apple watch battery changed.

This place is amazing! Tyler and his crew were super fast and very helpful. My phone was completely broken and I couldn’t get in to it at all. They fixed the screen right up, got me a new case, and got me out of there in time for work. My phone looks and operates like new now. Thanks so much!

Had a really great experience with the worker there. He got us in without an appointment and without complaint. He fixed my daughter’s screen and explained the process. He was patient and informative. Will recommend to others!

Check-in took a little longer than expected, but service was completed in the estimated time frame. Its impossible to rate the actual service at this point, because its too soon to know whether the repair lasts any length of time. At this point, the phone works fine. **Adding to this review two weeks later, since I can now evaluate the effectiveness of the repair. Phone works great and no longer gets hot. Perfectly satisfied!

Went in for a battery and front glass replacement on a 3-1/2 year old Pixel 4A. Not only did they have both parts in inventory, but had the phone back to me the same afternoon. Very happy.
