First time visiting. Went on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm. Had to fix my broken screen on my iPhone. I was in and out. Fast and friendly service. The area is calm, quiet and beautiful. I highly recommend and I’ll return.

Customer service needs some improvement. The wait to drop off was longer than expected. I spoke to Verizon before going. They did not have my info, then couldnt find my info then tried to charge me more then what Verizon said they would. Also was told laptop might be done the same day or tomorrow, nope. Had to call back later that day for an update then call again the next day for an update. So about three days of me calling in when they said they would update me. The employees seem to be working hard but improvement in customer service would be great.

This was the first time that I used the store at Moreno Valley.The guy told me, he was gonna spend 6 hours to replace the screen, 🤨🤨🤨 I left the phone until the next day . When I pick up he said it was not ready because a new guy did not asked me for the unlocked code when it was the same guy, he made me wait for another 45 min that is ridiculous. The store in readlands was amazing even they replaced my battery when I have the same issue because it was already bad, this guy messed up with my moms phone that I have to edit the settings again.Horrible place and horrible service they were just taking in the back when costumers not just me were waiting in the lobby ...Even he asked another costumer for the serial number of her phone and he said he can not get service or the serial number because the phone was dead he was not helping her when he can grab a charger and get it 🙄 are you serious?You dont even know who to get a serial number ? The lady was so stress out and he was just chilled in the back with his coworker .. we call him a few times to get his attention... DONT GO HERE YOU DESERVE BETTER SERVICE.

Communication with most of the staff at this location is difficult. I had an issue with my super fast charging on my Samsung Note 10 plus and they recommended I replaced the cracked screen because it comes with a new battery. Cool, so I spend over $300 out-of-pocket for that and luckily Samsung put a new screen protector on my brand new screen.Well that didnt fix the problem so I went back and apparently its not the battery its the charge port so I had to spend another $100 but they had no idea of when the ordered part would be in after a couple weeks went back finally they had the part in. I left my phone to be fixed everything was great. I got Andrew who communicates very well with customers and is easy to understand but when I picked up my phone they had scratched my brand new screen protector on my brand new screen But they cant do anything about that I just have to replace my screen protector out of my pocket again so overall I wont be going back and I dont really recommend going to this location.

This is the 2nd time to visit here. They previously replaced the screen and battery on my wifes phone for a VERY fair price and saved us from buying a new phone.Went back because the speaker on my phone stopped working Austin took care of for me and got it back to full function while I waited. Awesome service, great attitude, fair prices. HIGHLY recommended, and will definitely go back again for any repair needs.

Over almost a year my Wii not reading discs, took the Wii to repairs, after a week my Wii is fixed and is reading discs now.

The service took about 2 hrs. Overall the service was great he was the only technician and was super busy. He managed to get all the customers phone repairs done before closing. Extremely helpful and patient with all the questions. :) Samsung S20+ looks brand new.

The technician that repaired my phone was named Austin: he was over the top personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. what i loved mostly about him was how polite and respectful he was. he went exceedingly out of his way to accommodate me. i would not hesitate to direct potential customers to your place of business. i have never experienced such a high level of professionalism in my life from a customer service representative. i am beyond salified with the service i received

I have researched over 3 different locations for electronic repairs and I’m so glad that I found this place. A technician by the name of Yander was very efficient and friendly. I definitely will return for any future repairs.
