Really great experience!!!! I thought I was going to have to have to get a replacement phone as my iPhone was completely frozen and non-responsive. Within literally 2 minutes of walking in the shop, Aaron had my phone functioning and rebooted. It was amazing. The Verizon store was not able to do this, however I appreciated their referral. Fantastic experience!

Everyone was super helpful and explained everything very well. I knew my phone was not guaranteed to work but at the end the technician did a great job and I ledt with my phone working like new. Would highly recommend.

Very unprofessional staff. I just waisted a time, because they do not know if they have a parts in own store. Also, they do know how to satisfy the clients. They do not know how to work with insurance.

Great prices great serviceFriendly and knowledgeable staff. I took my Samsung s22 Ultra in to have a camera glass replaced. The next day I had to take the phone back for an non focusing camera issue which was not their fault I had previously dropped the phone they were able to replace the camera in under 2 hours in total I spent less than $200 on the repairs I am very satisfied and would definitely use them again

Aaron went above and beyond and he didn’t have to. I was having trouble filing a claim through Verizon so I decided to pop in. My battery port wasn’t working well and I assumed I needed to replace it by filing a claim with Asurion. Aaron was kind enough to use some compressed air and tweezers and found that the port was just filled with lint. My charging port works like new! I will gladly rely on this shop for any repairs needed to my family’s phones. Thank you!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.Dropped my phone at 10AM. Said it would fixed by 2 PM. They had not started working on the phone at 2PM. Terrible.
