I did a google search for iPad screen repair. This place came up and it showed great reviews. Or so It said.I called ahead to get a quote at 10am. I was quoted $109, and proceeded to bring my device into this location. I arrived the place was clean and following all social distancing policies. When I dropped off my device I was told that “a diagnostic “ needed to take place and that the tech would let me know by when it would be completed, assuming they had the screen in stock(it is Saturday). The front desk receptionist checking in with the tech and she said “we do have it and it should be completed by 1pm. I was told that I should get an email with the status of my device before I could come get it. I requested that no repairs be done before I was notified about the cost of the repairs as it was a screen repair with no water damage and no damage to the home button.After 4.5 hrs I called in as I had not received anything. No email no call. I found out that they had removed the screen and began repairs and were now quoting me $130.00. I spoke to the customer service rep and she said that the price had been quoted was wrong, but that she would check and honor that price. I got word that it would be ready at 4pm now.I arrived at the location at 4:27pm to be exact and my device was just being put together and “pressed”. That they needed another “20min”. I sat in my car and did not receive my iPad u till 5pm. Not only that the front desk receptionist was not able to print me a receipt for my service. Which is ok with me as I don’t intend to return to this place.It’s just very unpleasant experience to have to be told one thing and then another and driving back and forth. That is not how to treat a customer and truthfully the fact that they could not communicate effectively within should have been the first sign where I should have walked away.I had to request my property like if I was not paying $115.27 for it.Reasons why I’m giving this location and business 3 ⭐️.Customer relations & Communication-POORUnRealistic timeline of giving me back my device. -POOR1st time experience- POOR

Maybe its my luck, I have used this location three times in two years and this place always delivers! All three times, I simply schedule an appointment on their site and Samsung reimbursed the store directly. They made the process easy and simple.Bobby was friendly and courteous. He kept me inform about the repair status and went extra miles to find parts for me. 👍

OMG I am in love with this place! I entered on the verge of tears with the expectation that my phone was a lost cause and it would have to be replaced. Bobby immediately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than five seconds!!! Not only is the service fast and friendly, but astonishingly outstanding!!! If I have any future problems, this will be the only place I go to for help!Definitely a ten stars and three thumbs up for this amazing service!

Came in here to get my device repaired and the team exceeded all expectations. My device was repaired in less time than quoted and they even convinced me to purchase their device protection plan. The team is very personable and I have to highly commend this store for how well and efficiently they took care of me. I highly recommend using them for any tech and device repair solutions you may need.

My phone had a shifted screen so the display was just pure black. I was really worried at first how much it would cost but the gentlemen reassured me that warranty would cover it, and within 2 days, my phone was as good as new! I cant thank them enough for their honesty and work ethic!

No communication between the actual stores and the general number. I was given an appointment and sent to a store that was closed due to a fire at least 2 weeks before. Then it was impossible to simply get my appointment transferred to another store or create a new one. Finally had to have Verizon step in and handle my claim. Another time in the past, they promised me they would fix my screen same day. Came back 6 hours later and they hadnt even started and gave no reason other than we cant actually get to it, here is your broken phone back

Had a great experience coming here. I had an issue with the charging port on my phone, and had been told it would cost around $110 to replace it.Upon arrival, the chap behind the counter merely cleaned out the port for me, despite my reservations, and it now works exactly as it should.In a day and age where you feel every company is out to fleece you out of cash as much as possible, it was extremely refreshing that they turned down the opportunity to make some cash from me.Will definitely go back next time I have an issue with my phone.Bonus point for being able to park right out front as well.

This is hands down the best tech service experience Ive ever had. I scheduled an appointment at 3 but was in the the neighborhood so I stopped by early to see if there a chance being helped. Bobby was eager to help right away and managed to get my charging port working again in under two minutes flat. He plainly explained what the issue had likely been and invited me stop back by anytime if it happened again. Great service! Highly recommended.

I couldnt be happier with the amazing service they provided me with at this ubreakifix location. My Samsung Z fold had a super weird flickering screen issue that was happening randomly. This meant they had be very patient so they can replicate the issue and to vouch for me that yes my phone had an issue and Samsung should be responsible for the display replacement. They kept the phone for 24 hours to prove the issue, replace the parts, and test again to make sure it wasnt happening anymore. I mainly dealt with Bobby but it seems that everyone I encountered with (Melanie on the phone and another technician I talked to there) were all top grade customer service people!! They all knew what they were doing. If I were the owner of this place, I would be very proud that the place ran like a very well oiled machine. And even though I called and visited them multiple times, no one ever made me feel like I was annoying them. The best part was - because of their help in proving that the phone was acting super strangely, I paid $0 for the whole fix.
