You exceeded my expectations! I have already recommended you to 4 people! I was told by another org, GS, that they could not fix the phone nor transfer the data, after my dog ruined my cell phone, making only part of the screen show up with no response from the OK button.BUT YOUR TECHS FIXED IT ENOUGH IN A FEW HOURS TO PERFORM THE DATA TRANSFER to my new phone!!!!!!! It was quick + easy, and the techs were so pleasant + courteous. Ive worked in IT for 35 years, let me tell you the Oxnard Tech guys are GOOD!!! So happy this place is only minutes from my house. Ting and his trainee / assistant were prompt for my home repair appt. and even gave me a heads up when they were 10 minutes away. Once they got to my home, they quickly led me through the process of replacing the cracked glass on my iPhone, taking only about 25 minutes to do so before returning it to me to get on with my work day with minimal disruption. Great service team.

If you have an Apple Watch do not bring it into get fix at all. I took my Applewatch gen 6 to get fix by the shop in mid February this year bc the seal was broken. It was now the middle of March and a month has past Instead of fixing my watch the shop promised me a new Apple Watch because they messed up my touch capabilities and did not bother to notify me at all regarding this. Because of this issue I was promised a brand new Apple Watch and was promise not to worry and that they would call when it’s ready. That never happened what did happen though was they charged me a 40 dollar fee to diagnose my Apple Watch when they were the reason it needed a diagnosis to begin with. Overall this shop screwed me over on the repair and on this pre-owe Nike Apple Watch 6 replace they gave me that is in worst condition then my devise was in before the shop damaged it. As of right now the shop is refusing to take my calls and I will not be returning as a customer. I now have to buy a brand new Apple Watch bc the one that the shop gave me needs a new battery replacement. I don’t know why I bothered coming here. Great job on the Customer service Ting and his team just wasted my time and caused me to spend more money.

Ive been to Asurion twice and honestly it was a good experience both times. Its nice to see such a commitment to customer service. I had gone to Best Buy and they wanted to keep my phone for 7 to 10 days while anew screen comes in. Asurion replace my Fold 3 screen in 1 day! I would recommend them to anyone who has a problem with the Electronics they service.

I recently had an issue with my phones speaker not working properly, and I was worried that I would have to replace the whole phone at a steep cost. Ting is a life saver! I dropped my phone and cracked screen on last 48 hrs of vacay. I am a former Sprint now T Mobile cust and was unpleasantly surprised to find out that T Mobile retail locations no longer have onsite phone repair. I have Assurant SP ins but no sites open on Sun. Referred to Ubreak We Fix/Asurion by T Mobile store on Channel Island Blvd Oxnard. Thanks to Ting-my phone works better than ever! Customer svs awesome!

This review is long overdue! After going to Asurion is Ventura THREE times with no luck, it was suggested to try the Oxnard location. I showed up at 6:40 pm. I just had a few quick questions before the store closed. I wanted to make sure I was not wasting my time yet again. Carlos was very enthusiastic and told me to give him less than 30 minutes and he’d fix my screen. Sure enough he did just that before the clock struck 7pm! He was super informative and although it was the end of his night, I never felt rushed! At times like these when the world is in such a hurry people like Carlos remind us to slow down and focus on the beautiful things in life! Great customer service will keep me coming back! They consistently push for you to buy new phones or other tech, which would be helpful if anyone ACTUALLY HAD enough money to replace the technology.Update: Phone power button repair happened initially on Oct 21st at 12:35 pm, according to the receipt. Phone power button broke again and had 2nd repair done on Wed Nov 8th. Nov 12th, had to go in yet again for the same repair. Now, its Nov 25th, and this is the 4th repair. Dont go to Asurion, go to any other repair store. I got quoted by another repair shop and what was a $118 repair is now $89.99 with a five-year guarantee. I still have to go to Asurion, because I need it for work tomorrow and I dont have the funds to go to the other repair shop :( Wish me luckOld review: Quick, relatively cheap, and I have a 1-year warranty. This is the place to go for any tech repair needs.

These guys are AWESOME. I accidentally dropped my HP laptop from shin level, and unfortunately my screen totally blacked out. I booked an appointment to bring it in to get looked at, and they called me almost immediately after it was booked to discuss the issues and set expectations for what would happen when I dropped my laptop off.Work actually got done a bit early Friday and they had openings ahead of my scheduled appointment. I use this laptop for both work and personal, so getting a repair done before Monday was a must. Brought the laptop in and worked with Michael and Carlos, and I could tell my laptop was in the right hands for repair. Later that SAME DAY I got a call that my PC was good to go! I didnt need a new screen, and they were able to reinforce the screen cable that got loose. Michael was really knowledgeable and communicated everything that was going on in a way anyone could understand. I really appreciate the customer communication and speediness of repair! Highly recommend this Oxnard location, Ill definitely be back for any future repairs that might be needed.

One star is all I feel is warranted. I had brought my Xbox One in to get JUST cleaned & everything was in 100% working condition & when I had gotten home to play some games, the disc drive was not working. Which I thought was odd because it had been working perfectly fine beforehand.So I had went back in & asked if they would be able to do the repair for free since they ended up breaking it when it was formerly in 100% condition & I dont think its a big fix. Whoever had helped me, had changed his demeanor as soon as I asked that. And then just made some You can file a claim thing. Which, I just wanted my freakin console fixed because it WASNT BROKEN before. So I got pretty frustrated & just refused to even go back there.Its a pretty sucky thing to not even offer to fix such a small thing for free since the mistake was made by you guys in the first place. So Im sorry, but just cant give a good review knowing youve screwed me over & as well as my roomate who had brought in PS4 controllers before for stick drift & yall fixed it, but then not even a few months later, the controllers just magically stop working & he had to buy new ones. He ended up cancelling his membership, or whatever yall call it, after this incident because you guys didnt even help.So kind of surprised others have had luck. Cuz theyve screwed us over. So friendly and willing to help. The factory screen protector on my Samsung Galaxy Flip 3 5G had started to peel off. Samsung now offers Authorized Service Centers which is what this location is. I was putting off getting this replaced because I didnt want to mail it off to Samsung. But I brought it here and it was completed same day. Took a few hours without my phone, but you know what? It was a great experience being off line, a practice that I want to do regularly, even if just a few hours. Michael and Carlos were very courteous and super friendly. Very trust worthy individuals. Amazing place! My Fold 4 inside screen decided to break when I opened it the other day. Took it here, as they work with Samsung on warranty fixes. They didnt have the part so they were able to order the part. I was able to hold onto my fold 4 until the part came in.Once the part was in I got a text letting me know to bring my phone in, soni did so, promptly. Dropped off my phone and realized later that day I had left my case and sticker that goes in the case on the counter at the shop. Figured it was lost for good. 🤷🏻Got a message the next day my phone was ready, almost 24 hours on the mark. Went over and picked up my phone, it was in perfect condition, like new. And to my surprise, the case I had left was there, on the phone, with the sticker inside like I had normally had it.Thankfully Samsungs factory warranty covered it, as this type of repair, which I have seen videos on and knew I was nowhere going to be able to do on my own, would have cost $600+. I brought my phone in to replace my cracked screen. The repairs was done quickly and my phone looks brand new again. Carlos (Oxnard Store) helped me. Google Support referred me to here for a warranty repair for my Pixel4XL. I was helped by Bryan, who was very professional and personal. He instantly knew the issue and explained that the repair may take as many as two days. Fast forward less than 24hours I get a call from Carlos who said the phone was ready and he would wait for me so I could pick it up! When I do they explained that they replaced everything that was covered under warranty, so I have practically a new phone. I highly recommend this location for their courtesy, and speed of work. Ive had Verizon product insurance for many years. When my phones have failed, Ive been charged a couple hundred dollars for a replacement. Last replacement lasted just OVER a year, so there was no warranty. Asurion handles Verizons repairs so quality of repair and parts is as good, but you do not have to copy data to a new phone. Finally, the cost was less than half.I will cancel my Verizon warranty shortly as this place is a much better solution

Great service in timely manner! I live in Santa Barbara but the closest authorized service provider was this location who had the necessary parts. Since I traveled so far to get my phone fixed, the manager was more than happy to repair in such short notice. My bottom speaker and microphone stopped working so they changed it with a new one board. I first called the store and spoke to Carter, who was very professional. He gave me sufficient information and invited me to come in. When I went to the location, Carter was there, but I also met Carlos. I had forgotten my mask and Carlos was kind enough to give me one.I went to have the hyphen/dash key of my Macbook Pro put on again. I already had the piece with me, but needed it re-attached. I tried to make an appointment online and calling, so did Samsung customer support and I was unable to reach the storefront. So I had to drive 15 miles to the store and it was a very pop-up type atmosphere. I explained reason for needing a repair of my phone, and advise them that Samsung support sent me to the storefront for authorized service. I was told that Samsung had not sent this business the materials or provided the training for them to make the repair to my phone. So, this was an entire waste of time and effort. I contacted Samsung support and I will be sending my phone via UPS for repair and will be using a spare cell phone during the two weeks it will take to repair my phone. Supposedly, this is an Asurion warranty service center. I would seriously rethink buying insurance through Asurion if theyre using businesses that are dont have the latest materials or training to service the latest phones in the market.

When getting your phone repaired It’s important to note that quality beats quantity!!! I had shattered my phone about a year ago and had taken it to FXitright on Saviers because I was just looking for the cheapest phone repair but jeez did that bite me in the butt! Although I paid less, it was NOT WORTH IT!!! The lady did not put my screen on right and tampered with the insides which caused my battery to detach and on top of that i was given a burnt screen... I had to go back again so that she could fix the battery problem which was HER FAULT because it had never happened to me before... and I got charged extra! Overall I just had a very bad experience and knew it was time for a change if I ever cracked my screen again. Sadly, recently I shattered my screen at prom so I searched online and found this store. I waited a while to write this review just because I am very nice, but I am going to be honest. Do NOT go to these people if you do not like to roll dice. I went there to get a small crack fixed, and when I got it back, the paint on parts of my phone was chipped away, the frame was severely scratched, some of the internals are still exposed, and it is not completely glued shut with adhesive. There is an opening in the back that i can easily move around because of the absence of adhesive. Top top it all off, there is some residue on the inside of both the lens of the front and back facing cameras (from the inside of course), so my pictures are not as clear as they used to be. When I went to pick up my phone I noticed that the gentleman had some food on his hands while he handed the phone over to me. When I went in, the person (who was very kind) seemed to be more of a novice than an expert. No offense, for he was a kind gentleman; but I paid over $200 for my phone to be worse off. I took a gable and I lost, and I waited months to write a review, so I can only blame myself; however, I do feel like I need to write this review to warn others before they decide to go in and have these guys fix their phones.

Man didnt bother to check my phone just glanced at it and said new screen and backing $289 when I told him I believe it was something besides the screen he treated me like I was stupid. He kept repeating well its $289 u need a screen in a im-a- white man- and- Im- better- than-u tone. To top it off while I was talking, he told me to wait a second and proceeded to ask the customer after me if he was ready. He cut me off .this man needs to be fired. I will never go or recommend this place again

They were supposed to do a simple fan replacement and the technician callede and told me they broke the touchpad and were having a hard time fixing it, they told.me they had to take it apart and reassemble it several times to get it working so I come to pick it up and the entire backside of the screen a good 12 inches across my laptop screen is no longer bonded together and simple opening the screen makes cracking sounds and LITERALLY COMES APART, so I take it back and they assured me they would order the part and fix it, Andrew said it would take 3-5 days for the part and a couple more for the labor. I get a call 2 days later saying my computer is ready to be picked up. I thought thats odd. Sure enough I get there and they tried glueing it(unsuccessfully I will add) and it didnt even help. I asked Blaine why the previous employee would lie to my face and tell me they were gonna source and order the part when they they in fact did not do that. he apologized and said he was embarrassed and that he would source and order the part immediately. I call back 2 days later (today) and the manager Carlos tells me that its too expensive to fix and theyre not going to do it. He also added that it was like that when it came in. I told him everything I just explained here and he told me to get out of the store, so I asked for a receipt which he then proceeded to THROW AT ME and told me to get out. Folks, dont visit this branch, in my opinion they are very dishonest, lying cheats and have no problem lying to customers. Do not give them your business and if you must, make sure you get every statement in writing, make sure you take tons of pictures of your equipment before you bring it in because they only care about money and have absolutely no ethics whatsoever.(in my opinion)

My wife dropped her iPhone in the dish water. I immediately did the bag in rice trick for 12 hours. That probably saved it but it was not taking a charge. Brought it in. They dried out the rest and put in a new battery. Good to go now. Only charged for the battery swap.

I cracked my screen, called ahead to confirm they could fix it. Once I showed up they said I had an IMEI error and they couldnt fix it even though they had the parts. 1) why wouldnt you confirm that before I drive out there, and 2) why isnt there some sort of override option for this when apparently its a known issue. So now my phone is still broken.
