My three-year-old Google Pixel 4a battery needed replacement. It drained quickly after charging, it sometimes turned off while charging, it often got hot, and it rarely achieved 100% charge.A friend recommended uBreakiFix. I scheduled an appointment, walked into the store, and learned that the store did not have a replacement battery on hand for the Pixel 4a.The store ordered the replacement battery, which took two weeks to arrive via ground shipping. I dropped off my locked phone and received a receipt. The receipt had a web URL with a repair code I could enter for tracking repair progress.The repair itself took three hours. I picked up my phone. It was still locked. It also still had its glass screen protector on it, which was nice -- the technicians did not have to remove it to repair the phone. I tested the fingerprint sensor to unlock it, and I tested Google Pay by paying for the repair (about ~$100 total after tax with a $10-off coupon). Everything worked, without the battery problems.I recommend uBreakiFix, with the caveat that you call in advance to make sure the store has the part(s) in stock for your phone.

Wow I am really amazed with how pleasant it was to deal with Melanie. My warranty repair with Google Pixel 7 Pro was taken care of it looks like.My battery is new. Camera is new. Front glass is new. Back glass and camera lenses are new. They even took the time to clean the charging port and Speakers.I am experienced with Cell Phone repair as far back As iPhone Generation 1 when I was in College.I can appreciate the handiwork of the technicians at this service depot.So far so good. Im going to rigorously test the phone.The diagnostic tools that Google gives to these technicians is what makes them really great. By running their tests they can see exactly which part is faulty. Then there is no way a customer can say, but my battery is bad can you change it, but no sir the battery looks fine we dont need to change it. Honestly if I wasnt getting paid so well from crypto networks and office networks Id apply to work here.I would enjoy working at this place.Plenty of parking Behind Portos too.Might as well stop for a Potatoes Balls getting in your belly.Also, Melanie is the best at customer service. ❣️🤯🤳😄🤓

I brought in my Lenovo laptop because the tip of the charging plug broke off inside the laptop charging port.I originally took it to another place but they couldnt get it out and said the charger port will need to be replaced.Thus I brought it over to the Glendale ubreakifix store and they were able to remove the broken piece in less than 5 minutes.Great customer service and will be my go to place if I have computer issues going forward.

Lilian helped me and I couldn’t be happier. Her customer service skills are amazing and she is super friendly and attentive. I went in with a broken iPhone and left with a phone that looked fresh out the box. I’ve been to other places where they blow you off and don’t offer any sort of help. Lilian is anything but that. She goes above and beyond. As long as she’s there I’ll continue going there.

Iphone was having touch screen problems and was super out of warranty. Ubreak it fixed my screen in 90 minutes after explaining my options simply. For iphone 11 max, replacement screen and lcd was $112. Great service too.

If you could hire one more person to man the front as well it would be nice! Waited about 15 minutes to get seen but it is because there are electronic illiterate customers that need more help and give understanding to. Your workers are great though nonetheless! Your technician was able to determine the issue with extreme ease. and all of your front desk associates were amazingly kind as well.

Got a google certified screen replacement for my pixel 7 which was supposed to use OEM parts. a few months later, dropped my phone in sink of water for less than 10 seconds (ip68 water resistance, should be able to last 30 minutes) now you can clearly see water vapors inside the camera, phone is toast.

Place to go if you have Google Phone or Android.Staff is polite, experienced, and fast.I came with a faulting screen and fingerprint sensor.Before Asurion I tried to repair fingerprint sensor at another place that had great reviews. However, that place couldnt repair it as apparently they lack of experience with Android devices.Asurion technicians repaired both the screen and fingerprint sensor in a couple of hours. Now my Pixel 7 works like new!My huge respect!

I called Asurion Phone & Tech Repair to get an estimate for a simple fix of replacing a space bar. The rep on the phone said I need to bring it in for a diagnostic. I specifically asked; can they look at the computer while I wait and he told me, Yes. I told him I can’t leave the computer and he said that would be ok. So, I book an appointment. I walk in on on my appointment time and 1st an appointment seems pointless because it’s first come first serve. Them: I tell the rep at the counter, I just want to replace the space bar and she replies that I have to leave the computer for 5-6 days just for a diagnostic. I tell her the rep on the phone said they could look at it within a couple hours and she just repeats herself that I have to leave the computer for 5-6 days. So, I basically I wasted my morning, taking time out of work to come in for no reason.

I brought my phone in through AT&T insurance and they repaired my Google 6 pro same day. They seem to keep a good stock as Ive had to wait 3 days at 9ther stores for parts. Melanie kept me updated and made sure I got my device within 3 hours of dropping off the phone. 10/10 would recommend this shop. The process was so quick I didnt even have to pay for parking after waking 2 blocks.

They called me before making any major decisions and took my recommendations / petitions to save my data and were able to do so.My laptop is running faster than ever. I was visiting from out-of-town, so I was extremely dependent on needing my phone. I ran across a major intersection in Glendale when somehow, unknown to me, my phone fell out of my pocket and onto the street. I retraced my steps and found my phone run over by cars completely shattering my screen.The nerd crew at the big box store in a neighboring city estimated 10 days and hundreds of dollars to repair my phone. I was fortunate enough to find uBreakiFix in Glendale and was helped by Andrew and another guy (didnt get his name). They had my phone fixed and working like nothing had ever happened in less than 2 hours. Theres absolutely no sign of anything having happened to my phone and works just like it did prior to it being destroyed. I cant thank them enough.

Tried to charge me 125 for a service covered under my ATT insurance. Spoke to ATT after and they said I do not need to file a claim and that they don’t understand why they refused to fix it. Manager and employee both today. Love ATT but dealing with Asurion made it almost not worth it today.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk gentleman was incredibly helpful and welcoming! I needed a new screen for my Samsung A53. I took it in at about 5pm on a Wednesday. It was replaced and functional before 12pm the next day. They are friendly, expert and helpful. They are authorized by the manufacturer to service Samsung phones. I will go to them for service to my Samsung phone from now on. I am an extremely satisfied customer!

Asurion Phone & Tech Repair is a great place to get your electronics fixed! Kyle G. is a great worker fast and knowledgeable in helping customers with electronic issues. I had a broken screen for my Samsung Galaxy S10 and needed it to be fixed asap and called them when they opened and Kyle G. was there to assure me that he could could fix my phone the same day which only took 3 hours! Juan SAVED MY LIFE today! I am so grateful he was able to replace the broken glass screen on my iPhone 13 in just 40 minutes. He helped me get to work on time and solved all my mobile phone problems in record time. Great experience at uBreakiFix / Asurion in Glendale.I had a Samsung Galaxy S21 screen repair required, saw an appointment available online, and gave them a call to ensure we could come in that day.Friendly, prompt service. They listened to my issue, provided me what options I had and were clear with updates during the servicing. They mentioned sometimes a certain wire gets knocked out of place and would check that first before going through the expensive screen replacement route - I really appreciated that. They also mentioned that a screen replacement takes about 2 hours which I wasnt aware of before; they gave me an estimated pickup time and said its no problem if I couldnt come by same day and would hold on to my phone for up to a week. Love the flexbility.Phone screen fixed, we picked up the next day, and everything works great now! Great service.

Store owner was extremely helpful. I came in today because my phone wouldnt connect to the charger anymore and thought I needed to buy a new one. Instead the gentleman said that most of the time the lint inside the pockets fills up and blocks the charging plates inside the phone socket. He cleaned it out and it worked perfectly as new again and didnt charge me at all for it. Truly grateful for this and recommend to anyone else in need of technical support!

I got a new front screen and battery replacement for $330 on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in less than 2 hours. I would come back here in the future if I need to have my phone repair. Great facility. Was in there probably 15 mins total. The “mechanic” identified the problem, tried several solutions, in ascending cost order until the problem was resolved. I was informed each step of the way on what was happening.Very professional and friendly. The facility was immaculate.I will definitely return with my next phone or computer problem.

Everyone at the Glendale uBreakiFix was professional, friendly, and helpful! Jennifer helped me with questions and set aside my parts when I called on a Tues. Andrew (manager), along with Adam #1 and Adam #2, made sure to address my concerns and fix my phone quickly the next day (Weds). My Pixel 4XL was basically inoperable and not only did they fix it fast - they made sure that the extended warranty covered the bum battery. Andrew also gave me an amazing deal on replacing my nonfunctional rear camera! AND I have 90 days to make sure all works as it should or I can bring it back. I will send family, friends and acquaintances (& maybe even some strangers) here for help. This is the place for tech solutions and great customer service. They have earned a loyal customer!P.S. I was able to then send the ailing laptop in for repair with HP.I recommend this shop to anyone with devices that need repair or data transfer done quickly and at a fair price. By far one of the best tech repair shops I have ever visited. My old phone broke a few days before my new one was coming in, thus leaving me with no way to transfer my old data to my new phone. Apple said they couldnt do anything and Id have to start fresh or Id have to give them $300 for an entirely new screen on a product I would use for less than 5 minutes to back everything up. Then I decided to come here, Im not sure who helped me but he saved my life and my pockets, and he didnt try to annoyingly persuade me to pay them $300 for a new screen. Thank you to that person!

They are just too busy and the technicians come after their regular jobs.I wish they would tell the truth at the drop-off how long it might take and that technicians are not there very much. This place is the best. I came in less than an hour before closing and was worried we might not be seen if my repair would take too long. I was really grateful when Jose welcomed us in and quickly revolved the issue with my iPhone within 20 minutes.The shop was clean, comfortable and I was so impressed with the experience overall. After the screen repair, I had the Apple non-OEM error message that cannot be removed. I contacted them and they said, Sure. We can fix that No problem... I was lead with the impression that the error message will be cleared or basically have the phone return to its prime state. When I arrived, I was told that cannot happen and I would need to be charged more than $200. At every turn, being played a game and wasted over 2 hours WHEN!... They can turn this around in 20 minutes.End result... We had to coordinate with another team within Asurion to refund the service and put the old screen back. I lost over 3 hours on a 20-minute job.

Went into Asurion today so stressed out because my ex boyfriend totally shattered my phone… I was devastated since I do work from my phone. I walked in with iPhone 13 Pro Max (the screen was broken) and the guy there Juan I believe was his name welcomed me and was so kind. I was a mess and obviously didn’t have the best attitude because I mean who would phones are an important tool nowadays. I highly recommend uBreakiFix as your go to for fixing numerous electronic issues. I brought my laptop in hoping I would be able to save all my files since my windows had crashed do to a 3d modeling program I was using. Jose was able to fix all my issues regarding my laptop, save my files, programs and avoid reinstalling windows. They are very reliable and resourceful regarding any items or issues needing to be fixed. They are very friendly and attentive. My experience was great. I received my laptop the next day. I would like to start off by saying thank you, and would also like to give a huge shout out to the staff here for their efficiency, and ability to deliver quality service in a beautiful timely fashion. My personal experience there, I walked in I could tell it was very busy that day. I thought it was going to take a while, but I was genuinely impressed by the communication, and ability to work under pressure, and still maintain a positive attitude. By the time I was helped (which did not take nearly as long as I anticipated) I could see right away myself it was like a well oiled machine. I told the gentleman what issue i was having, and he was able to identify the issue and what part i needed, and the estimated price so fast I myself didnt even need to share what I thought the issue was. In my case it was the battery port. They gave me an estimated completion time, so I went to eat down the street, they called me about 10 - 15 minutes before the time they gave me to come back. (Had to take my food to go) At that point I asked the cashier to just roll out the red carpet already. I didnt even get this kind of service at the restaurant I went to. My best suggestion, dont take my word for it, go and see for yourselves, I cant nor would i be able to make this up if my life depended on it. This review was genuinely earned. Good job to everyone working there. I have a cosmetic issue with my phone currently and I will be going back again.

Very trusting and professional. I had a scheduled appt today, 8-23-21 at 10am at the store in Glendale. I thought I was going to need a charging port replaced. The tech took a quick look and noticed a small metal piece that broke off from my charger that I didnt see broke off inside. He removed the obstruction in less than a few seconds, cleaned it up, no charge. Will be back for sure. Professional, quick and trustworthy!

They are so unprofessional in every way possible! The only person that was professional and actually did an ok job was Ken. I came in for a phone repaire on friday. First, we gave a guy named Andrew(who turned out to be the manager somehow) a new contact phone number bc the old one on file are not in service anymore, and double checked with him and make sure that will be the phone number they will contact us. He literally wrote it down, recite it back, and said he will make sure thats the phone number they will use to contact us and the phone should be ready in 6hr.We called around the pick up time only for them to tell us theres more repair they needed to do, and they werent able to contact anyone, why? BC ANDREW NEVER CHANGED THE SECONDARY CONTACT NUMBER, then he had the audacity to try to gaslight us and said we never gave him another number. No apology was given even after him realizing we DID give him the new number and MADE SURE he wrote it down.So they have to take another day to fix my phone, but the next day, they called to let us know that samsung system was updating and wont be ready until another day, this is extremely frustrating but I wont blame it on them. They told me they just needed the system to calibrate my screen and it will be quick, it should be ready to pick up on sunday 10:30am.Funny thing is, THEY DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 12PM ON SUNDAY. How can you be so disorganized?? Not to mention we asked them to make sure to charge my phone so I can at least use it when I pick it up, which they agreed to, but they didnt charge my phone at all. As a matter of fact, when I picked up my phone, it was at 12%. We had to sit waiting for about 20-30min waiting for my phone to be charged. The only reimbursement we received was a $25 dollar discount from a $750+ bill.If I could give this place negative stars, I would.

I work up the street and stopped by today because my iPhone stopped charging. Jose was awesome. Upon arriving there I told him the issue and unlike other places he quickly stated oh could be lint give me a second. He went to the back and right away came back with my phone working. True service at this store as Jose did not even try to upswell or come back with anything other then him fixing it. He did not charge me but I’ll be stopping by to tip him as just yesterday I was at another store and the person there said you need a new lightning replacement in the phone. Brought my ipad with a cracked screen earlier last year. They talked me in into the assurion insurance for $25/month and replaced my screen. However, when the screen was fixed they inadvertently damaged the home button and charging area.. For the time being they moved the home to a digital button. They told me to bring back and they did it for free. I brought in to fix, but by now the ipad wouldnt charge. They told me it would be a quick sater fix. That was 11/3. I called each week and got a different excuse: supply chain issues, holiday rush, saterer broke, short staff. I finally picked it up after 2 mos. They are nice enough people, but they are smarmy salesmen. By the way assurion denied my claim 2x because they said it was a preexisting problem.

Brought my phone in to be fixed and the guy in the front could not have been better. He explained to me how everything works so I knew what was going on, told me about the type of phone and why itll be a different process (I have a Google pixel 3 so they needed certain parts) and he told me about a 4 hour wait, which was perfect for me. And when I came back after 4 hours he had my phone, screen fixed, cleaned out my charging port (it wasnt charging and turns out it was because it was dirty) and even charged my phone. Worst customer service EVER!!! Literally the most difficult unsatisfactory unsuccessful service experience of my life! I took my laptop in just to get the screen fixed. They quoted me and told me it would be done in a week so I left it for them to work on it. Two weeks later since I hadn’t heard from them, I called. First call said still waiting on part but should be there and done by the end of the week. Again I heard nothing and called the following Monday. One guy said they were waiting for the technician I got disconnected and called back but the next guy said they ordered the wrong part and waiting for it to come still. Another week later I called because they continuously failed to communicate at all ever about any updates. This time they said the part was there and they would work on it in a day or so which sounded crazy to me since I was calling at 10am right when they opened. Why not start on it then? Finally a whole week later again I said I want to pick it up and the guy talked me in to keeping it there because the part was already on its way? PROMISING if they didn’t have it done by Friday again I could cancel the part. So of course finally almost two months later IN THE END I call again because they couldn’t reach out and take any initiative or responsibility ever to contact me even after I incessantly requested it due to their lack their of prior. When I call this last time they said that they canceled the order because I wanted to pick it up. I was mind blown because I did want to and only left it because I was promised to have it done and they talked me in to leaving it since I had already waited this long. Come to find out it just sat there for another week with no call to even ask me if I had canceled it and if I would be picking it up. I can not believe they still never did anything to it after 2 months. RIDICULOUS! Anyways I ended up finding another place in Glendale who fixed it in less than 5 day looks brand new for less than a 1/4 of what uBreakiFix unrealistically quoted me. And it’s better than new and I saved money and they did it so fast. I have no idea what the hell uBreakiFix was doing with my laptop!!! I came in to uBreakiFix to see why my iPhone wasnt charging. At the time of my visit, I had been stressed the night before, trying to navigate my way through 20 hours of air travel while conserving my phone battery as much as I could. Though I was frazzled by the time I entered the store, within ten minutes, the store manager was able to fix a bent pin in my phone and send me on my way, no charge.Needless to say, I celebrated with Portos right afterwards. I was in and out in no time, and they certainly dont try to take every cent out of you! If they can do it for free, they will. I went to two Verizon’s to get my phone fixed because I couldn’t hear out of the ear speaker. They sent me to ubreakifix and the guy there was so cool. He ended up just cleaning the mesh in the front of the speaker and I could hear perfectly. Do not go this location unless you are really into mansplaining. I was referred here by the Pasadena location (who had replaced my battery about a month ago) to take a look at my laptop that was going to sleep (not shutting down) randomly while using the keyboard. Both the associate and supervisor insisted something had to be wrong with the battery and refused to consider any other scenario until the battery was replaced. I believed it was something with the keyboard or internals. They also kept trying to mansplain to me that it was still the battery causing it to shut down (I kept repeating that it wasnt shutting down, but going to sleep), and that the battery could be overheating (It wasnt, I checked). The battery had to be ordered and would take 7-10 business days (two weeks). I restated what the issue was, randomly going to sleep only while using the keyboard and not the mouse, both on battery and plugged in. Again they wouldnt even look at it until they were able to replace the battery. I gave up, had them order the battery and left.As this was clearly an unacceptable situation, I poured through some Acer specific online forums and found the solution myself. Turns out it was NOT THE BATTERY (shocker I know).... My specific model is sensitive to strong magnets that can trick the the laptop into thinking the lid is closed, putting it to sleep. All I had to do was change my watch band. After the way I was treated, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE.

My wife broke her phone screen a few days ago. Because she uses a password manager that uses two-factor authentication, this meant that she was locked out of her email account and her chromebook. Spoke with Andrew, who was brutally honest when I asked him to replace my battery on my Note 5. I know I have seen kits to replace it myself pretty cheaply, but there is also a high chance of breaking other components. I saw that on DIY videos. Dont know where to start honestly. I had experienced a dead pixel on my phone and came in with warranty to get my phones screen swapped. Little did I know I was going to leave with my phone in worse shape than ever.First issue, I picked up my phone after repair and noticed dust in the camera lens... a LOT of dust. I told the worker up front and he said it looks fine unless I have OCD about it. What? Yeah, my fault leaving it in there but I would expect it back inside after the repair. Had to make another trip the day after and pick it up once again, whatever.Third and hopefully final issue, I was inspecting my phone today since I use it caseless and noticed quite a lot of dust accumulating along the sides. Little did I notice that the frame is separated from the back glass and wasnt glued properly so dust is settling in there and catching onto the ridges.I am definitely never coming back here again. About 6 days ago, my iPhone 6s stopped turning on or charging. We took this phone to at&t, which is where we have a contract, and they tried to fix it but they couldnt. Then we took it to the Apple Store. There were 10 associates and 2 customers. They wouldnt let us even talk to an actual representative unless we made an appointment. The first appointment available was two weeks later. We ran off to ubreakifix. It was 6:50 when we left the Apple Store and it was 6:58 when we parked our car. I ran to the ubreakifix store on Brand blvd. It was 7:01 when I entered the store and the employee( a 510 ish guy, with dirty blonde hair, pale skin, and dark colored eyes) said that they are technically closed but that he would help us anyway. He took the phone to the back and in about 10 mins he came out with the battery replaced and my phone working great!We gave him the $70 that the battery cost and we thanked him a lot. He said no problem and that he couldnt leave us hanging like that. And I said the Apple Store sure did. Anyways this Store is the best. Dont even bother with Apple or anything else. Tl;dr Adam correctly diagnosed a charging problem of an iPad and fixed it without charging me.My 7-year-old sons iPad broke on his birthday. Apple store at Americana wanted $249 to replace the charging port. A local repair shop wanted $149 to replace the charging port (board level repair: which is correct). I brought in my sons Nvidia Shield Tablet for an estimate to fix the charge port, they gave me a good estimate and I brought it in for repair, so it could be fixed by my sons birthday. We went to pick it up, paid, and were on our way back home when my son noticed the touch screen was not working correctly. They said they would fix it at no cost because the part had been broken on their initial fix. I had took my Note 8 to get back Glass replaced. I asked the guy i want to see the part they use . The guy nicely went to the back to bring the part and show it to me, i overheard a girl talking in the back about my request that why would he ask that doesnt he know we are Samsung authorized dealer and ... so the guy came out and he showed me the part and i agreed to fix my phone through them . The girl all of a sudden came out saied quality check his phone before taking it in so I said okey. they took it in and the girl came out and said there is water in your phone and we cant fix your phone and she showed me a page saied water check. I said okay and i walked out . Went to Samsung them selves and they got my problem taken care of and i mentioned them about the water and they said the phone has no water damage and what that report had said was just moisture detected in the charging port that the phone records but does not mean water in the phone .Dude you are awesome @UbrakeifixLady you need to change your attitude @ Ubreakifix

I went in with 1% left on my phone because the port wasnt charging. I had tried cleaning it to no avail. They checked and saw it still had some connectivity so tried cleaning but that did not work either so they popped the cover and reseated the plug and everything started working. When I asked how much it was I was told no charge, its just good customer service!
