Phone service is so-so, BUT customer service is brutal. I literally spent 3.5 hours on phone being tossed around to get a simple question answered: How do we change the outgoing message on our business phone main number? I went through 6 reps, IT, NOC department, supervisors - all the way up the pike, and no one knew the answer. I was told a higher level sup would call back - ghosted. Still cant change the message. I was teaching them how to use the Comm Admin panel in some cases.Also, FYI, if you want to make a simple name change on your account - they will make you delete the entire account, return equipment, then build a whole new account for you at current pricing, have to start from scratch, reset usernames, passwords, etc. (They call it an assignment but it really is a an account closure and a new rebuilt account).

My Company, Star Drug Testing has been with Norcast for 10 years. My experience with them began about 4 1/2 years ago when I purchased the controlling interest in Star. From the beginning I have found Norcast to be professional and competent in all of their dealings with us. From my very first phone inquiry, a friendly attitude of going above and beyond for their customers was in evidence. Recently we were approached by our contact with Norcast, Chris Robles, to review our current services. As a result we were offered upgrades that have allowed us to work more efficiently, thus, become more cost effective in our operations. Communication was outstanding from the install to launch resulting in a relatively seamless transition to a new system. Bottom line we not only have a better system but my monthly cost was actually reduced. Being a small business often does not lead to the highest priority for many of todays service companies. I want to give a huge shout out to Chris and the Norcast team in how special they made us feel. If you are looking for a communications company to partner with I would highly recommend giving Norcast a call.

Wanted to add an additional stellar comment about my most recent experience with Norcast. Our internet went down, we called Norcast (no frustrating prompts to get us to the technician, how refreshing) and the technician quickly figured out our problem, our modem needed replacement.Norcast has stellar customer service that is very friendly, helpful and right on. It is so a joy knowing that Norcast has our back and is a local company who cares about its customers.Having Norcast as our telecommunications provider has been a fabulous experience. Their services and customer service is far superior to the large phone companies and is less expensive. Many of their employees have been with them for years and they know exactly who I am when I call in...it is so nice in this crazy complex world to work with a company who gets what you need and makes you feel special. I highly recommend Norcast as your phone company and Internet provider.

Weve been using Norcast for years and theyve beaten the competition on many different levels (weve never liked Verizon anyway! Spent years hassling with them before Norcast came along) They beat them in price (have always matched or beaten their rates); they are available to us within a minute of our calling them (we have a direct line to an actual person!!); they are friendly, great communicators (they help you understand things - they dont talk AT you); they are fast and get your phones installed quick when you move or when you need a change; they work through issues over the phone with you 99% of the time so they dont need to come out; and most of all, they are a great team and they work together well to make sure their clients are always happy. Norcast does all of our phone work here at Access Publishing. They are great to work with, and I needed to get voicemail forwarded to my email. I called the support and they had it setup with in the hour, its great to be able to receive voicemails directly to my phone, especially when im out of the office. I highly recommend using Norcast to any local business .

Norcast contacted our nonprofit organization to offer support our phone and internet services. Over the past four years, they have saved our agency $50,000! All of those funds were put back into our direct services for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. Micheal, Orah and the entire staff have gone out of their way to provide us with excellent services. They are not only an excellent communications provider but they also have hearts of gold. The promo price was supposed to be $35 for Wi-Fi and a free month when in fact my first bill was $72.95 and no free month 😡. When I called they blew me off like they were totally unaware of a promo.

Very poor follow through by Cameron. I called at 9:30am excited to get a quote for new internet service. I was told my information would be given to the Sales department and someone would follow up. I called again at 2:30pm and spoke with Cameron who stated he submitted my inquiry at 11:30am and he would escalate the inquiry. I missed a call at 4pm and called back and spoke to Cameron again who couldnt give me the quote and preceeded to hang up on me. I have no idea how the reviews are so high. Will let Lennar about my experience so they dont recommend this company or Cameron to any new home buyers.
