I had amazing help from Chelsea! She is a lifesaver. I was having a lot of trouble with my previous insurance giving me trouble and she swooped in and saved me . She gave me a great deal and let me know everything I needed. I don’t see myself leaving state farm any time soon . Thank you again Chelsea, I’m truly grateful ! Someone give her a raise !

I’ve had a really great experience with State Farm and Asseneth Marsala’s team of staff. They have been really kind, professional, friendly, and addressed my immediate needs with understanding. I was in a car accident in 10/2023 and needed to change auto policy from another insurance agency after my insurance rate sky rocketed. Asseneth and her team helped me with a smooth transfer with a better policy rate, and explained everything in a way I could understand. later we discussed other life insurance policy enrollment that would also help mediate costs, and during my emotional state thinking of all my finances, and my future, Chelsea and her team really helped me process, (also vent) and put things into perspective in a kind and compassionate way. My family and I had a great experience here! We were shopping for homeowners insurance on a property we were about to close on, every other insurance company was twice some more than three times as much as the premium we got here! Without sacrificing coverage, they were also able to save me money, and offer more coverage for my auto insurance! I was able to do most of this via text message and one or two phone calls, which made it very easy to accomplish with My busy life! Would highly recommend, and have already referred to them!

I had challenges searching for life insurance and what would be the best options for me. I got a quote from Chelsea at Asseneth Marsala’s agency and was pleased to find affordable coverage! In the world complicated insurance policies and rising rates Diana made the process very easy. More then easy she was able to offer the information in a pleasant way. Ive dealt with my fair share of rude agents and my interaction with Diana was great. Id recommend her to anyone.

I was shopping around for better auto insurance prices after being with Farmers for 30 years. I hit the jackpot when I found this company and Chelsea. I feel so fortunate for saving the money that I saved, and how efficient they have been throughout the transition. Chelsea‘s follow up is amazing and she is so detail oriented which seems to be very important in this industry.

I am excited to be able get affordable auto and life insurance with State Farm for my mom and I. I recently was involved into a car accident and State Farm took care of me immediately.
