Wow! Exceptional care, Laura is the most thorough and articulate hygienist I have EVER Encountered in my life!! (I’m 55) Yolanda helped me put together my treatment plan and apply for a credit! Explained everything and was patient and helpful, compassionate and professional, and Vanessa at the front desk was friendly and reassuring that I will get help today. Also! The dentist working today filed down the sharp edge that was cutting my tongue!! Yesterday I went to two different dentist that did not bother to file down this razor sharp edge for me!! This place is by far my new dentist and I’m so grateful!

The first person who greeted my, the dental and and hygienist were all very nice. Everyone was nice. I was told a prescription was going to be called in. When to pharmacy. No prescription called in. Called, no answer. Went over to over lock. I am guessing closed for lunch. Left two messages regarding my prescription. No return call. Talked to office and worked it all out,

I went in and had a long visit cause needed some work done. They make sure everything is easy to understand. Dr. Pathak and Yolanda were very friendly and Laura the hygienist has an amazing level of energy that makes the visit to the dentist enjoyable overall great visit.

I needed 3 teeth removed and upper and lower dentures. My original upper was very crooked due to more bone loss on one side. Dr. Pathak and Lab Tech Claudia went above and beyond to get me an even, wonderful smile! Dr. Todd and Assistant Karla were so good during the extractions. I felt nothing and so quick! Front desk is team great! I am 100% happy with the outcome and everyone there! I recomend them 100%! Thank you Hollister team!

I called in the morning and they were able to get me in within 30 minutes and the staff was amazing. They were able to see me same day to do fillings and complete treatment by Thursday. From the staff to dental assistants, hygienists, dentist and billing were amazing. My previous dentist couldnt even accommodate the treatment plan he planned from February. Aspen even called insurance to verify along with getting lower prices. Highly recommend. I even spoke with the regional manager to express my pleasant experience and quick attention. Highly recommend.

Worst dental experience of my 68 years. They cant seem to get the scheduling in sync with Corparate so I have had to reschedule my dental appointments 3 times and they dont seem to care to fix it. They are overpriced as well.UPDATE: My scheduling issues were addressed and the treatment I received during my appointment was top notch. From the dentist to the hygienist the work was painless and quick. I look forward to my next visit and you dont usually say that about going to the dentist.

The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, but most important very knowledgeable. The staffs were very welcoming and the dental hygienst was very informative of entire procedure.Beyond I met Dr. Ichhya Pathak who was very welcoming, friendly and professional.She got an ability to put you at ease if you have very bad dental anxiety Dr. Pathak was so gentle and explains the entire process very well which makes you feel more reassured.Very professional and highly recommend this clinic.Appointments reminders are great especially for your busy schedule.

I cant believe that I actually look forward to my dental visits🥹You ALL have caring hearts and that is of the utmost importance when entering a dental office and sitting in the dental chair.I need to get everyones name because individual public recognition is warranted.I did get Lauras name because I have never ever had a dental hygienist who cared about me as a person... dont get me wrong because you all did. I was just so surprised that Laura didnt want me to experience any pain during the cleaning and she explained things to me so well and she is so knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience I had two broken fillings that needed crowns and the dentist was so wonderful very gentle and always exsplained to me what she was doing so I would feel comfortable . And her assistants are so amazing and very friendly I just love this office they also offered me a payment plan with a finance company that they work with . I was accepted and they also report to the credit beau to help to improve my credit score I really like that . I highly recommend this office and plan on continuing to be seen there . In the future . Yahrtziti the front desk girl is amazing. She always gets me seen ASAP whenever I have an emergency, which happens a lot. And whenever my insurance leaves me with a unexpected balance, she goes to bat for me and gets it all taken care of. Maybe I’m just her favorite :). But everyone there treats me well. I would like to give Aspen dental. The Hollister location a 100 stars from the beginning. To the end, everybody was so gentle and kind. I am really Glad I met everybody in the staff.The only thing I didnt really like was that my medical provided by the state of california was not accepted. But I look forward to working with yolanda To find and arrange a payment plan that can fit with my lifestyle.I spent the most time with jasmine. She was very genuine and professional. When she called me back to do my x-rays, Jasmine was very skilled with the machine, and the movements inside my mouth were very quick & gentle.My favorite part about my free exam was talking to the doctor she assured me I would love my smile and that aspen dental can be trusted. They were very thorough in helping understand everything, they dont try and pressure you to get anything done, they really are trying to help and I appreciate that so much. Dr Pathak is godsend. I had a a nasty case of gingivitis that had resulted into periodontal disease. She explained me the conditions and educated me on importance of attending to signs like gum inflammation and bleeding. Thanks to her consultation and treatment I have a great oral health now. She is meticulous, knowledgeable, and cares for her patients’ long term well being.The staffs at Aspen Dental are warm and friendly. Aspen Dental made me and my wife feel very comfortable, they informed us on everything they were doing, and they explained themselves to us to help us understand everything We needed to know! Worst dental experience. They injected my wife with anesthesia for the treatment and had her wait in lobby for over an hour. My wife told them that she has to go for our meetings but they did not care. On top of that, they did not refund me my money and said we will get this processed in 4-5 days. What a joke! You are quick to take the money but you cannot refund when you do not do the treatment or care about your patients. Do not waste your time here. Highly unprofessional!

I had 2 teeth that needed extracted. Due to the only dentist in town that takes Medi-cal, San Benito Health Foundation has no dentist in their facility. Simply put there isnt a dentist in San Benito County that accepts my insurance. I placed a call to Aspen Dental and was told they accepted walk ins but couldnt promise I would be seen so I made an appointment for the next open business day. I was told a new patient would have perks. I had X-rays and 2 tooth extractions. My doctor, Ichhya Pathak took great care of me. She made sure I was comfortable even though I was in horrible pain. The dental assistant that retook my X-rays was so much fun. Thanks Aspen for a dental experience and making me not feel like a burden for my unlucky teeth.

At my initial visit my appt was at 2pm. I didnt get called back until about 3pm. Ex-rays were taken & the hygienist did her exam & then I waited over an hour to be seen by the actual dentist. The dentist only spent about 10 minutes with me. Then the front office employees proceeded to go over the work I needed & how much that work would cost me. They went over my payment options as well. I didnt get any treatment done that day because it was too late by the time they were done with their process. I didnt leave until almost 5:30pm. I thought the wait & amount of time that I was there was very unreasonable. Other than that, they were very nice & helpful.

The staff are very friendly. The only negative comment I have is they dont explain the money part of your contract. If you dont pay upfront you wont be seen. Its as if they dont trust you. Also at my appointment I qaited a good 30 mi utes before they took the x-ray then I had to wait anothet 20 minutes to take another x-ray. Then they finally took my impressions then the dentist finally came in.

10 June 2022I was 3 years old when I had my first visit to the dentist. At age 25 most of my teeth were extracted. I saw the clear choice commercial and much attention to it. When I saw the commercial for Aspen, I knew it was the right fit for me. I told a friend about Aspen Dental and he went immediately. He had an excellent experience. I was amazed how quickly his problem was solved. He had a smile on his face that I havent seen in a long time.I made my appointment and I am glad I did. From the moment I walked in the front door I was greeted by Mima and I felt right at home. The entire front team was great. An excellent front team sets the atmosphere for the rest of the visit. The dental assistants, hygienist were all phenomenal and my hats fly off to Dr. Pathak who by far was the best dentist I have ever come in contact with. My teeth are awful, and Dr. Pathaks kind smile and tone made me feel good about myself. My self-esteem was low because my teeth make it impossible for me to feel comfortable smiling. Dr. Pathak and staff made me feel like a million bucks within a few days.Great team, Aspen Dental, Hollister.

I had an extremely painful tooth with an exposed nerve that needed extraction and was able to get an appt within 24 hours. Day of they even called me in for a sooner slot. Everyone I came in contact with was compassionate and had good energy, which is rare. Dr Paudel was gentle but quick and after 5-10 min we were done. Paid out of pocket and got out without draining the bank. I will be back next time I’m in town for a cleaning. Overall, I would highly recommend the team at Aspen Dental Hollister! Thanks, guys!

So I have to admit that I have a completely irrational fear of all dental work, because of this I avoid the dentist at all cost. When I finally did eventually go to the dentist I chose aspen because of the good reviews. So I wanted to let other people who have extreme dentist anxiety that this is the place to go. This was the first time I’ve been to the dentist in 3+ years and I had so many issues with my teeth, but the whole aspen team was really comforting and super helpful. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor, they were all very nice. They also were very attentive, I went in for a check up and they made time to give me xrays, cleaning, and filled two really bad cavities.I still have so much more dental work to get done but I’m not nearly as nervous.I highly recommend this office.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. 1ST OFF NEVER HAD A PAINFUL DENTAL VISIT UNTIL THIS PLACE. 2ND They did 2 fillings that cost me a $1000. I had to turn around the following week go to oral surgeon and need to get root canals in the same 2 teeth for another $2000. NOW ASPEN office will not close out my claim for me to get my 2 root canals (in the teeth that Aspen worked on) until I get my Crown put in that Aspen Dental ordered. Which I CANT DO until I get my root canals! I called the office every day for 5 days never received a call back. Now I am waiting for a manager to call me. not even sure whats going to happen but I probably will have to dish out even More money for their incompetence.

My tooth broke on my dentures and I lost the tooth I went to, two others dentist that told me it would take up to 10 days and I would be without my dentures. I was so upset. I call Aspen Dental they made me appointment to come in 1 hour. I had such amazing experience the staff, Dentist, were so so helpful my dentures were fix the next day. I have always had an extreme fear of the dentist. But here, everyone is so incredibly nice and knowledgeable that it was difficult to have that fear take over. I am an unfortunate soul that usually has to undergo deep cleanings instead of the quick and easy cleanings, but it was not until coming here that I found out WHY, and have a treatment plan set to finally make cleanings less painful. On top of that, I was astounded to not be crushed with a massive bill for all the treatments. They make it really hard to fear a dentist visit when you can afford it and everyone there is so nice.

The staff at the Hollister location were all very friendly and the cleaning was great, they were very informative along the way about why everything was being done. The billing seems to be very wrong however, they inappropriately applied my insurance benefits and charged me 3x what I should’ve paid out of pocket.

This past two weeks I got a hydro cleaning/scraping, which my teeth look whiter and great! Once the dental hygienist was inside though we noticed a filling fell out. I was scheduled for the following Monday (since those are my days off) and was in and out so fast. Dr. Pathan-Paudul is always great!

I’m a recovering addict and one thing that’s been a huge worry for me since I got clean is fixing my teeth. Plus with an extreme fear of the dentist, it’s been a huge challenge to say the least. The girls here have been great though! From my deep cleaning with the hygienist to the crowns with the doctor! The girls really care about making everything perfect. I still have two more crowns and a bridge to go, wish me luck!✨

This clinic is not an honest place. My insurance is supposed to cover 100% of the cleaning and they told me that they are going to charge me a deductible of $1000 for cleaning the right side and another $1000 for the left side, they charge as if they were going to clean a horses teeth. I clean my teeth twice a day with floss and rinse, they dont hurt at all, so why do they want to charge so much? It will be because they demand that the clinic has to earn a certain amount of money or because of commissions.
