2024-04-16 14:07:23I just recently bought a Dell Latitude laptop for 169.95, I waited 8 days for it to be delivered to me and when I opened it up it was the wrong model and it had scratches all over it and it didnt even turn on. I tried charging it twice but it still wouldnt work. I called the owner and they promised me a refund once I sent the computer back to them and they never gave me my refund. Now they have the computer and all of my money and I have nothing to show for it. I will be reporting this corrupt business to my bank and to the federal trade commission for robbing my account. They took the money off my debit card on March 25, 2024 and they still have not refunded me the money and I have bank statements to prove this. I also have receipts and other documentation to prove this. This company is a fraud do not do business with them they will scam you like they did me and then they will lie about their dirty business deeds and blame the customers. They will dumb down the charges so they look innocent. This company is doing dirty business and needs to be shut down and needs to be held criminally responsible for all of its customers that its scamming.Do not, I repeat do not do business with this company they are major scam artist.

2024-04-02 00:47:21These guys really are top notch. I came in looking for a power cord for my sons laptop. They had it and gave the laptop a quick charge. All for $30.00, great price. They also carry laptops and custom gaming PCs for sale. The manager was really helpful with all my questions.I highly recommend you check them out.

2024-03-13 22:27:31ASN depot sells refurbished computers, through Walmart, so I ordered one laptop, model 6530 they sent model 5530; wich they were offering for $178.99 and they charged $229.00 for model 6530, no only different prices, 6530 model come with 3.0 GHZ i7 16GHZ-500 GB window 10 pro 64 and laptop Camera, model 5530 no Camera, 8GHZ Ram, and 2.70 GHZ wich is great difference. I returned the wrong model but now ANS Depot, charged me $54.02 for restocking, and he tolls me that is a new Walmarts rule, so be careful when you deal with these people.

2024-01-11 01:16:25Brought my desktop in for a few upgrades. My experience was hassle free and well done. Due to some complications, the service took a bit longer than expected, however the team at ASN was responsive and dedicated, getting the problem ironed out in a timely manner.

2024-01-02 02:36:04BUYER BEWARE!!! SHOP AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE!!In the beginning of December I went to this store to build a desktop. I was met by the owner of the store and asked him if he could help me out with this. He told me it would be cheaper to buy a prebuilt and he showed me what he had on display. I decided to take his word and purchase one of his desktops. He set me up with the a unit, monitor, mouse and keyboard. That day I took it back home and set up the whole thing up. Not long after setting up, the monitor started to glitch and the screen turned black. After weekend, I found out the monitor was busted, I went back to the store to show it to him. He saw that it was non-functional and exchanged the monitor out of courtesy.Obviously the owner should do that given on the account that he sold me a broken monitor. Two weeks pass by and on Christmas weekend, The desktop crashed unexpectedly and did this repeatedly. I did all I could at the time to fix by doing fresh installs and reseating the graphics card and RAM sticks. I had no luck.I brought the desktop back and showed the problem to one of the techs and he didnt know what was the cause of the issue. Due to the holidays, they werent able to service me. So the next day I went to Best Buy to have Geek Squad to check it out. They did everything they could to troubleshoot the crashing and the random reboots with swapping out individual components, but to no avail. Once the week started up I had took some time off work to go the following Tuesday they were open and showed the owner what was wrong. I mentioned bringing it to Geek Squad which he angrily did not approve and told me doing that would void warranty with this shop.At this point I did not care about the paperwork and just wanted to get the desktop fixed. He did service in to check it out of courtesy but he said it would take a few days to test out the hardware. During the week, I waited and called a few times a day to ask about the status of my desktop and they concluded that it was the hard drive. They swapped it out and didnt charge me again out of courtesy because they were being nice. I picked it up that morning after and used it with no problem, until the night when it started doing the same thing before I serviced it. I brought it back AGAIN the next day and showed it to the owner.I told him it was a hardware problem, but the owner got defensive and gaslighted me telling me that I installed software improperly because they troubleshooted everything on that desktop. He went on to lecture me on how he has been in business for 30 years and has never gotten a problem like this, all the while blaming me for my usage. He offered me one more courtesy to reinstall the software to fix the problem. By this time I was fed up with his business and went back home to troubleshoot it myself.I tested litterally everything on that desktop by switching out the gpu, memtesting the RAM. and by Sunday morning I found out that there problems with the CPU using a troubleshooting software; this was the component that ASN and Geek Squad failed to troubleshoot. I decided to go to Best Buy and order a new CPU. Once I installed it, Everything started to work as normal. Please, if you intend to do business with ASN, do it with caution as the owner will sell you products that will break down on you. I wasted one weekend with a broken monitor and two weekends trying to get the desktop crashing solved. I dont plan on ever coming back here. Youre better off going to Best Buy or Microcenter because their stuff actually works. And Salman if you want to keep in business, dont fight with your customers saying they are the problem just because you have 30+ years of tech sales experience on your belt. I appreciate the courtesies, but it wouldve been better if you checked if your products worked correctly before selling them; also it would be nice for you to treat your customers like adults and not like a kid that didnt know what he was doing even though he majored in computer engineering.good luck 2 ya

2023-12-06 07:23:20I ordered a laptop, great price on I believe 11/30, Walmarts told me to pick up 12/2 when I got there I was told around 12/12. I needed it immediately so I had to cancel the order in which I forgot to do. I got an update on my order today and canceled. I then received a friendly message from them telling me my order was canceled. No questions or attitude, I would definately do business again with this company because of the way they treated me even though I waited and canceled..
