My experience with Ashleys, lets start off by saying, No Pressure! Walking in, we were approached by salesman William. William started off by asking what was our visit for that day, he took the time to look up the things we were interested in directed us to comparable items that may not have been there. Allowing us to browse hed show up periodically just to make sure we were good. Again. No pressure or hovering. Mattress time came and thats when the patience and knowledge SHINED. This was over a 2 day period, he was still patient. At the end of the day he got my business livingroom and bedroom. William is the MASTER SALESMAN. Keep up the good work, an asset to Ashleys. William keep that great personality it made for a pleasant experience. Great customer service.

Absolutely loved the charisma, patience and understanding Johnny and Desiree provided to me and my family. They were welcoming and did not rush us through the process of buying our mattress and furniture. Manny provided us with truly 5 star service.We first selected a dining table with his input on style based on the design of our apartment and personal tastes.Next, Manny took us around the store looking for sofas without any pressure at all. He took us to a few different styles and sizes. Im much taller than my wife and he always kept our size variation in mind while suggesting furniture.On top of all that he was willing to work with us on pricing and took the time to explain all of the things we needed to keep in mind at delivery.Thank you so much for all of the help!

I had the most excellent experience and day when I went in the store looking for a much needed recliner for my wife who has health issues and needed something very comfy for sitting and sleeping in an upright position. Ben Valencia who proved to be a very Trusted Advisor greeted me as I entered the store. From the start he was of great help in assisting me to find what I needed. He suggested I apply for credit and to my amazement I was approved! Ben was very knowledgeable and quick to help me find exactly what I needed. Worst furniture store ever! I went into the store to make a purchase and right on the day of my delivery, I get a call stating that my mattress is on back order and don’t know when will it become available. So I cancelled the whole order and I was told I would get my refund in 24-48hrs. Fast forward to 4 weeks later, I am BARLEY receiving my refund back and that’s because I spent about 2hrs on the phone with customer service figuring out why they never deposited my refund back in 24-48hrs like that said. Point is, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! go somewhere else.

My husband and I came to look for just a bed frame for our king mattress we had already purchased. Not knowing what world we would enter into with the help of Manny. We LOVED manny and his customer service and hospitality. He even knew about our little island of Tonga and its only reigning monarchy in the Pacific Island. We bought one piece of furniture from here and had to go through 3+ salesmen to do so - two of which made us fill out reviews for them and awkwardly stood by asking for good reviews.They added a $99 assembly and delivery fee without us knowing - which was set up improperly and the furniture is uneven.After paying with MY credit card - my girlfriend received a notification 2 weeks later that Ashley furniture opening a credit card in her name. We never gave permission and declined any financing offers.This place is filled with sleazy salesmen

We walked in to browse headboard collection at this location and attended by Gellie and Johnny.Instead of a quick ‘pop-by’ we ended up buying furnitures for the whole house. This is due mainly because of Johnny. If not for him, we would not have made our purchase so decisively.He is friendly and attentive. Ordered a table a month ago, scheduled delivery for a few days later, the delivery team had everything except the bolts to put the table together. I had to call to order the bolts and was told it would be 7-10 days. It has now been 3 weeks with my table in pieces on my dining room floor. I have tried to call the store multiple times, but they do not answer. I have no status update. I would have never ordered this table if I knew it would be over a month before I got to use it. I will update this review if they make things right in a timely manner.

I ordered a bed over a week ago only to find out I could not get it until July this after giving my bed away and currently sleeping on the floor as well as having to go into the store which is a distance from me to find out. When I first walked into the store, no one greeted me or helped. They were very unfriendly. As I walked through the store, looking at furniture, I noticed other customers being greeted and helped. At that point, I could only assume I was being discriminated against because of my race (sadly to say). I knew I was going to make a purchase so I went to locate the store manager, Lino, and express to him my experience and he was not apologetic instead, to my surprise, he had the audacity to blame it on me! He told me I didn’t look friendly while walking in. The fact that he even spoke those words explains why that store location didn’t have much traffic. His leadership is poor. He’s clearly clueless while lacking emotional intelligence, empathy, and the skill set to provide exceptional customer service. Anyway, I was so upset, but surprisingly I didn’t leave the store. Instead, I sat down and called the 1-800 customer service line to put in a complaint. While I was doing that, a nice gentleman (who was a salesman that returned from a break) came up to me so kindly and asked if he could assist me with anything. Simon was so wonderful that I ended up making a $3,000 purchase! Thank you, Simon!

I have waited a full year to write this review to show the staff at Ashleys Furniture that they do not know what the customer wants.Not sure if the staff is still working here, but a year ago this month and this weeek I went into Ashleys Furniture to check out bed frames, mattress and other items for our house. I was approached by a guy in the bed department where all the mattress is at. I told the salesman when he approached me that I recently had received my Ashleys Furniture credit card and had $1,000 limit. He tried selling me a bed that costed $2000 when I specifically told him I want to keep within budget and check out the mattress in a box bed. He told me to forget about that mattress that I needed this $2000 mattress (only) and that I can extend my credit card limit. Who in the right mind as a salesman does this? He is not going to pay for my bills and telling me in a pushy way to get a credit increase so that I can buy a $2000 mattress. So I walked away from that deparment and kept ooking around.Then, I was approached by a woman and here we go again. She tried selling me a bed that was over the $1000 limit on my card. I told her I wanted a mattress in a box that I saw online. She tells me, Those dont last a year. Well this is the main reason I am writing this review to say that these salesmans are liars. My Queen size mattress in a box is in top shape. This mattress is one year old and still comfortable, still fluffy, does not sag or anything. Mattress feels like when I first took it out of the box.Bottom line, these salesman dont care about the people. I went in there letting them know I had a limit and all they can care about is for me to get just one mattress that goes way over my limit. Another salesman telling me their own products do not work. Well you are completely wrong. Find attached image. Sorry about the pillows (we are moving out).I hope management gets a new makeover because of these salesman I do not want to shop in store anymore. I bought the mattress and frame online and was not told by the computer to go past my credit limit.Hope you Ashleys Furniture reads this and rethinks their approach on customer service.
