I have never had such a positive experience as I have had with Dr. Whitley’s office. You can tell that her staff support each other and for that they make the office a lovely place to visit.One of the hygienist, Nani, is a treasure. Not to mention her impecable health care, she took the time to get to know me and is genuinely supportive and curious.Dr. Whitley is thorough and at times hilarious. She is kind to her staff, which is something the enlivens the whole office.The office manager Valerie remembered me from my first call and has been so helpful and understanding of unique health needs and insurance issues.It makes me very sad to think I will have to leave Ashby Dental when I move from the area soon. I doubt I will ever have an experience as positive as I have had here. I highly recommend Ashby Dental to anyone who can access them for their dental needs!

Dr. Whitley and her staff were the most pleasant dentistry team Ive ever worked with. My first visit being during shelter in place felt like it was actually a good thing since theyre only letting in 1-2 patients at a time, so there wasnt a wait and I immediately got to see the doctor after a very brief and enjoyable check-in with her Dental Assistant. Dr. Whitley was thorough and kind, and genuinely seemed interested in building a relationship with me as her new patient. Im so glad I found her and am sure Ill continue coming here for as long as possible!

Dr. Whitleys practice is the most well run and organized medical office I have ever come across. Ive never had to wait, everything is run on time and every detail greatly organized. Helen is positively wonderful and clearly on top of everything. Ive been going to Dr. Whitley for 9 years and she is by far the best dentist Ive been to across the 5 states Ive lived in. Luckily, I havent had too many teeth issues in that time, I mostly see her for cleanings. But the few times I have had an issue, her work has been excellent! The hygienists are excellent as well, efficient, thorough and everyone there, especially Dr. Whitley, are lovely to chat with. I will be going to them for as long as I live here! And Im truly grateful for the entire team!

Ive been a client here for more years than I can count and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive been so appreciative of the service Ive received, Dr. Whitleys approach to any dental issue weve resolved, and everyone in the office is a real pleasure to work with. Dr. Whitley is very practical and Ive never felt she recommended anything I didnt truly need. They take great care of me and my husband. Visits are quick and to the point and parking is a breeze behind the office.

I havent been to the dentist in years and needed to find a new comfortable place to go. A couple coworkers recommended Robin Whitley due to her ability to make my highly dental anxiety induced boss to be calm and comfortable with her and her team. I have had only great experiences with regards to my own treatment.Every visit is efficient and comfortable. They explain exactly what is going to happen and the receptionist is very clear on payment options and next scheduling steps. If you are ready for a new dentist or are starting fresh, I highly recommend!

Dr. Whitley has been my dentist for 20 years. She is a wonderful dentist. I go to her every six months for cleanings and she always informs me if she sees anything that needs to be taken care of. Her staff are very proficient and welcoming. Dr. Whitley has excellent skills. I have never had a problem with any dental work that she has performed.

Amazing experience with Dr. Whitley! I had an emergency procedure needed, and my own dentist was not eager to get me in for an appointment. Luckily a coworker of mine recommended Dr. Whitley and they got me in same day! They treated me with respect, kindness and were extremely thorough. I will definitely be coming back!

I have been Dr. Whitleys patient for 20 years!!! I love going to the dentist, too! I went yesterday for a routine cleaning and met Annette. She was great! The only sad thing is I didnt get my regular chat with Dr. W. because she was out. Oh! There isnt enough space to tell you about Ms. Helen. I love her spirit and we always have a good laugh about something when I visit. My visit was short with her because I had to get to another appointment, yet I will tell you that she is great at working insurance plans to minimize out of pocket expenses. If you know of anyone looking for a caring dentist who is practical and genuine, you better tell them about Dr. Whitley!!!

I switched to Dr. Whitley after my long time dentist retired, and at the strong recommendation of someone I trust. I needed significant dental work, after not needing anything but cleanings for decades. I didnt feel completely comfortable in the office where I had been going. I am a little claustrophobic and can get anxious when someone is in my face. Dr. Whitley, and her entire staff, were terrific. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. Dr. Whitley is my dentist now! Her assistant is great and the receptionist/office manager Helen has come to my rescue more than once.

After being shuffled from one retired dentists new practice to another, I was ready for a new dentist. I was referred to Dr. Whitley by a friend and I couldnt be happier. Dr. Whitley is straightforward, friendly and most importantly she listens. My whole family switched over to her practice and I refer everyone I know who is looking for a great dentist, to her. Also, her receptionist is very friendly, always remembers me (even if its been a long time since my last visit) and takes the time to help me understand exactly what my insurance will cover (which can be oddly tricky). Dr. Whitley and her staff make dental care a breeze for me and my family.

I have been a dental patient of Dr Whitely for over 22 years. As a senior, I have had many dental challenges including the need to get several root canals. Because of regular cleanings and her excellent care, I feel my dental health is very good.In the chair, her work is as comfortable as one can possibly expect. In my case, even more importantly, her work has always held up without premature failure.Dr. Whitely personally supervises her friendly and professional staff and is always aware of the work of her very capable dental hygienists. Her office supervisor Helen efficiently takes care of all billing and sends timely and helpful appointment remindersFinally, I now regularly drive 2 ½ hours from Watsonville to see Dr Whitely preferring this long commute to seeing another dentist. If you want great dental care, you will get it with Dr. Whitley.

We love Dr. Whitleys office! I started bringing my kids here when I was looking for a good pediatric dentist. While she doesnt specialize in kids, she is great with my two girls, who are now 7 and 11. Helen at the front desk is so warm and welcoming, shes always a pleasure to speak with. They always have cute themed decorations around the office depending on the season. All of their hygienists are great, and just recently they someone new, Annette, who is fabulous. We chatted about all sorts of topics while she was working on my kids, Id come here just to hang out and talk! I just love Dr. Whitley and all of her staff, it doesnt get more professional or friendly than this!

The moment I walked in it was all good. From the awesome customer service to the extremely caring and compassionate assisting team this service beats any Dentist’s I had been to in 40 years. The wonderful comfort of heated and massage chairs impeccable sound system and even had TVs to ease the pain and worries of the dentist. Dr Whitley is very knowledgeable on her practice and truely cares for her patients teeth and she aims for proper dental hygiene care and protocol for her patients teeth. I love this place and have been recommending this place to all. Totally and completely satisfied with my smile and the work of this outstanding dentist office!

I was pretty nervous going back to the dentist after not being seen for so long. I showed up in her office with tooth pain. Dr. Whitley was very calm, thorough and put me at ease of any fears I had from my last dental experience. Which was not pleasant at all. Shes very good at her job. This really is a fine, efficient practice... and now that Im aging into slightly more complicated dental situations, I find Dr. Whitley to be extremely knowledgeable about such things as TMJ issues . A first-rate experience, as usual. I went in for a broken filling, which Dr. Whitley replaced with dispatch, and while she was in there she noticed two chipped from teeth that I had gotten in a fall--I hadnt even noticed them. Fixed them right up, too. She is really, really good.
