The company at this address has promised 14 days delivery, Today Dec 21 -doomsday- I do not have the BackUp for W-8... Could it be a scam? Anyway, doomsday.... I will see.
Thought this was fraudulent due to all the reviews, but found out this was a legitimate Blizzard purchase. It would be nice if that could be in the description instead of Arvato with a non-working 661 number.

2020-09-22 21:44:28Was directed to this shady company from a link on the Adobe website, claiming to be an affiliate program, but the website was functionally inoperable and completely insecure. Even the support form on the site was unusable. Seems to just be a data collection racket, and almost certainly selling info collected from fake sites.

2012-12-24 03:12:31I also have not received the Backup disk for Windows 8 Pro. Another thing, I cannot install the Windows 8 Pro I ordered from Arvato Digital Services online. I tried five times, the install was not successful. Now I want a refund, but dont know where to call or contact the company. It has to be a scam. I believed I was downloading from Microsoft when I did it.

2016-07-25 17:51:05You guys are being so silly, this company contracts with Microsoft and isnt scamming you. They are Microsofts legal representatives. Do you have any idea how fast they would get shut down if they were trying to impersonate Microsoft? They also do fulfillment and billing for several other companies (such as Oculus Rift) . Arvato is under the parent company Bertelsmann, one of the oldest and most respected companies in the world. Maybe do a little research before screaming SCAM HELP SCAM IVE BEEN SCAMMED I SAWS IT ON THE NEWS AND IT WAS JUST LIKE THIS A SCAM SCAM OMG. This is a great company.

2014-06-06 01:27:13I got scammed by this company. They illegally posed as Microsoft to sell me a Windows 8 upgrade. It was a fake copy that ruined my laptop. I spent $60 on the fake software and $140 to fix my pc. They are phonies do not do any business with them.

This is because arvato illegally sold me Windows 8 and now Microsoft has banned all product keys sold by this company. Thanks to arvato, I am stuck with Windows 7...

2015-07-08 17:58:46I purchased bit locker from Arvato they installed it, emailed me the receipt which included both the Identifier Key which works but the Recovery Key says incorrect now Ia m locked out. Called Microsoft the manufacturer but after 8 hours on the phone they said they sell it but do not support it. Guess Im screwed. Both Arvato & Microsoft are worthless
