High quality group of people that work at Arts! Their team went out of their way to ensure I could ride my bike by finding a loaner shock while my shock was sent in for warranty. Always a good experience!

I needed a complete overhaul on my Yeti and from the moment I walked in I knew I was in the right place. Sandy(mechanic) performed a thorough check over of the bike when I brought it in. After some discussion, we agreed that he needed to open to can of worms to figure out what it needed. He emailed me a plan and price to make it happen.I was blown away when I picked it up! This bike is 7 years old and rides better than the day I got it!! THANK YOU, Art’s for your amazing workmanship and attention to detail!!10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

Proud to say that I bought my Levo from these guys! I ride as fast as I can in sketchy terrain so when spending that kind of money I was looking for the perfect platform to start a custom build. To justify the expense I needed the perfect size frame for my riding style, progressive/ adjustable geometry and add on’s to suite my immediate needs. I believe that if you have the right equipment mountain biking isn’t nearly as dangerous and way more fun!After much consultation and consideration it became apparent that I was dealing with a shop full of experienced riders. So whether you’re a beginner or a professional these guys have your back. Kudos to Arts for making it all happen for me and Kudos to Specialized for designing such a capable E bike.

I went to Arts Cyclery after looking around at other bike shops. I saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. I went in to get my bike chain replaced and a small tune-up along with buying a bike lock. upon entering the staff greeted me and was incredibly nice. I was able to get my bike fixed within a week. I also got the dates mixed up and brought my bike in a week early and they were kind enough to hold on to it for me until the appointment day. My bike is now fixed and runs smoothly again! The price surprised me with how fair it was. I will definitely come back here for my bike service and highly recommend it as well!

We are fortunate here in SLO to have a several great bike shops. The guys at Arts Cyclery however, take things to the next level. I have had them help me with quick things like brake lever bleed and derailleur adjustment. The most recent project was a creative internal routing of a dropper post cable on my hardtail. Totally recommend Arts, these guys will listen to your needs and will offer best customer service ever. They make you feel part of their crew, just join Taco Tuesdays rides and you will see it for yourself.

Jake was really helpful in finding a bike that fits me and my needs. He is extremely knowledgeable about mountain bikes and has the best customer service, which is rare nowadays. He fixed my tire on the spot too! Highly recommend.

My fiancée and I just moved to SLO and we came in looking for bikes to commute and cruise around on. Jake was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to help us find bikes that fit with what we wanted. He also gave us some great advice and some cool trails to check out. Great conversation too. Service like that is unmatched and always appreciated.Looking forward to our tune up!

I was absolutely blown away by the knowledge, kindness, and professionalism the staff showed. There are quite a few bike shops here on the Central Coast, but I knew where I would take my business after the first phone call to Arts. They answered every one of my presumably dumb questions with enthusiasm and did not make me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about. I never felt pressured to make a decision, or was hard upsold to a more expensive bike. At one point the employee I was working with didnt have an answer to a specific question I had, and instead of making something up or giving up he offered to go over a few of the specs online together. Every person I had any sort of interaction with was the same way, and you can tell everybody there actually enjoyed what they were doing.I purchased a mid level bicycle, but got treated like I spent a million dollars. I could not recommend this shop more.

They were busy with other customers, there was only 1 person working there the day I was there, took them 10 minutes to look and see what was wrong with my gear selector .

Had an encounter this evening at the store which was less than stellar. When we arrived we asked to see the Specialized Turbo Turo and was asked ‘for what?. Bypassing this obvious gaff when we saw the bikes the dude showing them basically refused to explain anything or even lower the seat so that we could sit on the bike (it was raining and we did not expect to ride them around the store - we’re adults - not animals) and basically left the store with the feeling that they could careless to a bike by having to explain anything. Won’t be back - will take my $10,000 budget for bikes elsewhere. Can’t give it 0 stars and still post but oh well.
