Was very excited about the croissant “Persian Princess” as its sold out most of the time after 2-3 hours from the cafe opening.Came in the morning specifically for this croissant just to find out that it almost doesn’t have any filling inside… check the photos yourself.Very upsetting especially for the price they are asking.

Very pretty desserts. Some looked better than they tasted but they were still all solid. Have to go back and try the macarons canelesUpdate: went back and tried the macarons and croissants and that’s totally where they shine here. Upping my rating to a 5/5. Macarons are insanely good especially the passion fruit milk chocolate. Try the apple tart and the hazelnut filled croissant as well.

Saw this Bakery featured on the news and decided to try it out! The desserts did not disappoint!! We got two cakes and 4 macaroons. Everything was delicious! The cakes are so flavorful! Service was quick and polite, and they even let our daughter pick out a free macaroon! Clean and fancy establishment with a nice dining area out front. Its definitely worth a stop!

For birthday cake, pre-order it by phone/ins ahead at least one day ago and to pick it up as scheduled. Would never let us down. The Tiramisu, the cheesecake and the Eclair are all great in taste. My European friend says that they are quite the same taste as what in French. They offer some special cakes during the festival, like the Easter Tiramisu/Exotic/Easter Egg/Easter Chicken and sunny Side up.

Met up with a dear friend here on a rainy Saturday. Was not disappointed. Some of the treats were brought out and disappeared right before our eyes while waiting in line. One bite and transported to heaven. Coffee also very decent - an important factor for me and I’m sure I’m not alone. Cozy outdoor seating, simple and pretty decor, a staff as sweet as their, um, well you know…sweets. And look at the boxes. Can’t wait to return.

This is my first time visit. The store is bright, clean, and well decor. The staff are very friendly. Ed was very kind and helpful. He even complimented me a macaroon as a first timer. Wow. This place is really amazing. Super clean inside and the display of of the treats is very well kept. The gentlemen that work there are always insanely kind and helpful. I have always felt welcome coming into Artelice. The food is very good as well. We grabbed a couple croissants, an eclair, and some macaroons. The gentlemen that helped us gave us some complimentary macaroons as well and it made us feel super special. Front patio is really cute too and a great spot to sit and enjoy the food and coffee. So happy this spot is up in Burbank. Ill definitely be coming back.

They sell the most amazing spiral croissants here! The one I had had vanilla custard and hazelnut cream filling.We arrived right when they opened and there was already a line. The wait wasnt bad, though. The bakers were so kind and generous, they gave us free macarons!

The two gentlemen behind the counter were extremely helpful and genuinely friendly. It’s amazingly rare to come across customer service of this level.Now, for what we ate. I got a slew of macaroons which, I can’t remember which ones but, they were all delicious. You can’t lose with any of them! I also got the Roche which was layered with the most incredible flavors.My wife ordered the Valentino and the Cheesecakefraise and the Hazelnut Latte. She loved everything she ordered. I tried them both and I have to say the flavors of both of them was explosive! They were bright and powerful. I can say that if you haven’t been here, then you’re missing out!!!

I love everything about this place. The service is always excellent! The deserts are such a delight to just look at! It’s like a child all over again but instead of Candy it’s elegant, fresh, light in flavor; not so sweet yet softly decadent. Now the croissants are absolutely elite. The macaroons are so colorful, lightly crisp, and pleasant. This place has class down to the take home containers and bags. Simplistic decor yet airy with a hint of color. A delicious dessert place is youre a foodie and the customer service here is top notch! I took my fiancée here after eating dinner near by since I heard good things about this place and I always see a lot of people in there so tonight was the night to try it. The employee working there are so friendly and provide amazing customer service. Theyll take the time to answer any questions and explain each choices. My fiancée got yhr Tiramisu and I got the exotic. We also got some macarons which are very good here as well. We ate our dessert outside in front of the place since they had outdoor seating.

Purchase pastries for your loved ones, your neighbors and don’t forget yourself! They are featuring specialty Patisseries and croissants for Valentines. And as always are packaged beautifully and taste incredible.Treat yourself!! The desserts here are as delicious as they are beautiful. Kambiz is friendly and attentive. I never want to go to another bakery again. This was the highlight of our LA vacation. Im lucky I dont live in LA, or Id be going here every day...Everything they have is like a delicate, delicious work of art. We tried about half of the sweets, and since sweets are my weakness, I didnt get to try any of the baked pastries, but they were so beautiful they look fake!The real star of all the pastries was the ghost (raspberry, pistachio, and lychee), which is obviously unfortunately seasonal. The Cheesecake Fraise was also a standout. But you truly cannot go wrong with ANY of them!

I usually wait until at least 3 visits before I rate a business. For this I waited an innumerable amount of visits because I just keep coming back. My personal favorite is the Matcha Croissant. I am obsessed! This is the best piece of pastry I may have ever had, and I have been to Paris, I know! The Pain au Raisin is a close second. I usually take these home and pop them in the oven for ten minutes and they are lovely.The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Particular kudos to Zach, who always has patience and great recommendations, but especially to the owner Kambiz. When you enter and are lucky enough to be greeted by him, he projects warmth and humor towards all his patrons. And, yes, he is a lovely treat all in himself. So should you meet him you will enjoy several sweets that day.So go to Artelice. I highly recommend.

Pretty good croissant. Lots of lamination. Not too buttery. Good coffee. Nice people.Gateau St Honore was frozen in the middle, which was disappointing, as it was rendered tasteless and crunchy. So if youre going to eat anything with a filling onsite, Id advise letting it sit for 30 minutes or so before eating it. Probably perfect for takeout in the SoCal summer, however.

I was walking around, waiting to get my eyebrows did, and I came upon Artelice patisserie, the best place that I have ever walked into. They have such beautiful, colorful and tasteful desserts, and the macaroons are to die for. The employees are very polite and courteous. Prices are reasonable but let me tell you the taste is exquisite. I would definitelyrecommend this place to anyone who comes to Burbank. Will definitely come back to this place many many more times. If you are in Burbank, consider yourself lucky to have this nearby. If you are in LA in general, make the pilgrimage! Growing up in The South, every town has its down-home, local bakery with usual assortments of cookies, cakes, pies, & whatever pastry the grandmas and aunts who work there felt like making that week. This place FEELS like those homey bakeries from down South with regard to the sense of welcome you get when you walk in. However, it far surpasses anything this Health-Conscious Country Boy ever expected in terms of what I see as as healthy sweets. The selection is broad, but not intimidating, and ranges from the extreme, intricate, and highly technically made pastries, to more simple, primitively familiar and comforting ones as well. I chose three different Macarons and a Spanish Princess Croissant (Leeks and cheese), and they threw in a 4th Macaron on top of that, wow! Though I didnt partake, they offer an assortment coffee product as well! The store itself is one of the most lean, clean, modern, well-lite food purveyors Ive ever patronized (which is a pet peeve of mine, in a good way), and has a great little veranda (porch we say in the South) to enjoy the day and your pastry on! Finally, the store hours are limited, which I rather like and admire. They close at 5 or 6 every day (depending on weekday or weekend), which says to me, Hey, we are here for quality time and not mass blast quantity time. If that is too subtle, just bite into anything they make if you need convincing of quality baking fused art! I WIL be back, thank you!

Ive tried a few things over six or so occasions in the last year or so—Im not really into anything Ive tried so far, aside from the macarons and caneles; those are definitely good and not overcomplicated or oversaturated. Ive had some of the eclairs, the chocolate cake, Saint Honore, and Sophia, but they are far too, pinkies out, for me, and I find the sweetness of all these too overpowering. Im more interested in simple fare, it seems.My wife likes the 100% Chocolate Cake, though, so points for that.The staff is nice and responsive. Its fairly clean. Their touchscreen registers could use a wipe down, though, the dust was pretty clear from my view.

A must try! Beautiful creations that are fresh!My experience here was unforgettable. I had stopped in after lunch 10/22 while on a business trip. I originally only walked in to admire the beauty of these brilliantly hand crafted creations. I ended walking out with a couple unforgettable desserts. Sadly the maid at my hotel threw them away by mistake thinking my room was checked out! I am 100% sure she must have kept them for herself lol I went back to get more to bring back home. The customer service alone was worth a 1 star. My partner and I walked in after lunch next door and an older male (possible owner) who was standing at the dessert case gave us the absolute most uncomfortable stare down ever. No smile, no greeting, no hi. He then encouraged one of the female workers to come assist us instead. We were very confused as the couple who walked in behind us he took over with their order. However she was the absolute sweetest and explained all the desserts and helped us from start to finish. We left her a nice tip at checkout. As a business owner myself I know to greet clients immediately when walking through the door even if I’m tired up. This place needs to work on their customer service. I would not return.

Love ordering from Artelice when I host showers, tea parties or dinners and don’t feel like making my own desserts. If you call in advance, you can order mini versions of nearly all their pastries. Nothing is fresh (at least none of any of my items) coffee tastes like vinegar. My friends and I, after a filling lunch, stopped in to this shop. The young lady behind the counter was so courteous, but also let us know shed be with us in a second. The gentleman that helped us after was also super kind! He explained that his partners were the chefs and that they were all the talent. Talent is an understatement. They were pastry genius. Get out the dessert Mensa, and you will find these chefs at the top of the list. If this was food wars, my clothes would be flying off at the pure deliciousness of the food. We got two desserts, the Sophia and the Cheesecake Fraise, and I shared them with my friends. After that, the gentleman brought out more to try, and we tried them all.The Sophia was a lovely rich chocolate, but not bitter. It was a lovely, smooth chocolate that as soon as it hits your tongue, melts into your mouth. You know the dessert that the Marovingian gives to the lady in the matrix? It was this.Next was the Cheesecake Fraise. The outside was covered in an orange shell, and the bottom of the dessert was sweet puff pastry. The orange and the Cheesecake and the strawberry inside all come together to create this wonderful symphonic masterpiece in your mouth. This one was my favorite.The first was a vanilla pastry. In the middle was a fruit filling that was absolutely divine. You could cut into it with a plastic fork. The vanilla and the fruit filling made the pastry absolutely gorgeous. The vanilla wasnt overpowering at all and with the fruit, the mix was absolutely amazing.The last pastry was a very complex banana pudding. It had puff pastries that were hardened with a simple sugar. Inside the puff pastries was also a vanilla filling. On top of this was a whipped topping with another puff pastry on top. Everything by itself on that plate was amazing but when you try it all together the flavors mixed in such a way that it is impossible to describe. To call it banana pudding would be dishonor on myself. It really was so much more than that.This dessert spot is one of my top favorite spots in all of Burbank. I have only been to it once. Thats how good it is. I will be returning. 10/10

One was the Saint-Honoré, consisting of four candied balls filled with luscious cream, while the other was a Palova. My party and I were blown away.I quickly went back inside and informed the male associate, “You win.” Living 30 miles away, I wasn’t planning on bringing any desserts home. Now, here I am purchasing my own cheesecake fraise and Saint-honoré.
