I must say just how awesome Art and Soul is and how much my daughter and I love this place! Not only have we made new friends within our class but the teachers work so well with our littles and it is such a joy to watch. I look forward to continuing with dance classes with our amazing teacher Ms. Sara and appreciate all that work put in with our kids! Would Definitely recommend giving this place a try if you haven’t!

Our family loves Art & Soul and the different classes/ programs they provide. Our oldest takes ballet with Ms. Jennifer and she looks forward to class every week. It’s been amazing to see her even use the dance moves she have learned outside class and during other sports 😂. Thank you Ms. Jennifer for doing such a good job with the kids!

My daughter has never been happier than when at preschool with her incredible teachers Ms. Courtney, Ms. Aaryn and Ms. Emily. Each of them has taught her to get in touch with her creative side. She looks forward to painting everyday is so proud to showcase her work afterschool! Also gardening is now one of her favorite hobbies. We love Art & Soul!

Art & Soul has been well loved by my daughter for years now, as she hones her skills in Ms. Barrie’s class. The environment at this art center is very artistically stimulating and she enjoys the overall vibes and challenges while perfecting her craft under Ms. Barrie’s wing. It’s pretty amazing how her natural talent blossomed into what I, although a biased parent, consider professional grade of inspired work. Art & Soul has proven to be more than just an extracurricular activity, and more of an amazing outlet for artistic passion and a solid platform to grow natural talent. Their work is regularly showcased in exhibitions on premises, where families of little artists have a chance to admire the range of accomplishments in their best works. A huge thumbs-up to Art & Soul and Ms. Barrie from my daughter and family - keep up the good work!

We love Art and Soul. Emily is a great communicator and resource to try and find the right fit for your child. Teacher Sarah was wonderful for my 3 year old and now my daughter is with Kayla and Nicole and she’s improving and growing her skills and having a great time. They all have done a great job teaching basic dance in an age appropriate and fun way. This place goes all out for shows, does photo shoots and are helpful and accommodating. My daughter has been in dance class with Miss Emily Roshelle for nine months and she absolutely loves it. Miss Roshelle is so patient and engaging with each child (3-4 year olds). Miss Ava recently joined to help teach the class and my little girl adores her. Both teachers inspire my girl to dance, even at home. Not only does my kiddo love her time in class, we deliberately arrive a few minutes early to pick out a coloring page that Miss Emily stocks. I’ve never met an office/studio manager as detailed and thoughtful as Miss Emily - she remembers every child, has an answer for every question, and always keeps her cool even when there’s 30 people circulating through the lobby. We love Art & Soul and its staff!

We love Mrs. Susan and Mrs. KimberlyMrs Susan has given two of my daughter’s lessons in piano, clarinet and trumpet for over 10 years. She is amazing at all instruments. She’s taught my daughter how to read music as well as play them very well.The other teacher my youngest has learned Violin from was Mrs. Kimberly. She also is amazing and within one month my little one had control of her bow and we never had to hold our ears. 😂.Both teachers are wonderful and work wonderfully together.

We feel very fortunate to have found the dance classes at Art and Soul for our now 4 year old daughter! She started when she was 3 with Teacher Tessa who did an amazing job helping her feel comfortable and helping her adjust to the new experience. I can really see how much she has learned by the way she moves to music at home. I think the class has really helped her with coordination and balance in other activities as well. Now that the class is bigger she also gets to work with teacher Eva who is incredibly sweet and supportive to Iris, and has helped me a lot when I am getting Iris into the classroom while my other 2 children are running wild.

Such an awesome place! The teachers have been wonderful. I have a neurodivergent kiddo and he was having some anxiety during his first session, and the art teacher Ms. Rylee was very compassionate and accommodating of his needs. He has been going for several months now and really enjoys it! Similarly, my daughter is in dance and really enjoys her teachers Emily and Ava.

We love Art & Soul! My daughter is thriving in Barries Art with the Masters class. Barrie creates an environment where everyone can be themselves, with no pressure and lots of inspiration. My daughter was so excited to submit art to a local art show recently, and to find a painting there by her teacher. Im grateful to have watched my granddaughter grow in the Art & Soul School of Creative and Performing Arts preschool program. Emily is always charming and helpful. Its always a warm and welcome feeling when Ms. Courtney and Ms. Aaryn greet us in the morning. Not only have they taught my granddaughter music, art, dance, Spanish, and more, they given her the opportunity to grow and build confidence. My son started attending junior cartooning this year with Ms.Courtney Williams Who is the teacher in charge for that class. I have to say she is so kind, patient and over all just an amazing teacher. My son only likes using certain supplies when it comes to coloring or drawing anything and each time Ms.Williams is very understanding of that. My son is also sensitive to loud noise and Ms.Williams brought over protective headphones to let my son wear, I am so great full that she is my sons art teacher.

Art & Soul has been THE best first school experience for our toddler!!! We cannot thank the teachers and staff there enough!! Every day we were warmly greeted by the lovely Miss Emily whom kept us apprised of all school happenings.And our daughter could not wait to get out of the car to spend the day with Miss Courtney and Miss Aaryn. They made this first big step away from Mom and Dad far easier than we were expecting, and we have been blown away with the education + social interaction she has learned this first year at school. My daughter is enrolled in their ballet program.She is looking forward to her class with teachers Devin and Eva every time. And if it is a day when she is in a mood to resist and she is not willing to go, she is always happy after a class.The class is fun, there is enough practice and my daughter is looking forward to a recital and wearing a beautiful costume.The teachers have a way to interest children in activities and sneak in rhythm practice and movement practice.

My daughter has had such an amazing experience with miss Caroline, she is currently my daughters singing instructor but she is also working with her on piano as well. I love that she trys so hard to find songs that my daughter will enjoy, that challenges her voice but she can also sound beautiful singing. My daughter always looks forward to her weekly lesson.My son also comes here for art, he has a group art class with ms.barrie, she is so patient with his craziness and they are also work on amazing art projects.

Both of my kids have been attending the school for about 6 months now. The kids teachers, Mr Carlton and Hashim, are wonderful teachers they are very nice, patient and understanding. The office staff is also awesome with communicating and they are very accommodating. Reasonable prices and a great community feel. Love this place.

We had our daughter’s 10th birthday here and it was amazing. The kids loved the art activity and had a great time dancing. Addison and Harlow were fantastic party hosts, they were creative, fun and made sure the party ran smoothly the whole time. A new favorite birthday spot for us!

Ms. Emily, Ms. Courtney and Ms. Aaryn are beyond exemplary. Art and soul preschool is such an outstanding program because of these three teachers. Never met teachers with more heart, kindness, compassion than at art and soul. This school is our daughter’s safe place and I have never had one day where she looked backed when saying goodbye. She loves the teachers like family and often talks about them in conversations with us during dinner. It’s going to be so hard to say goodbye at the end of the school year. I hope every child has an experience like we have had this year at art and soul preschool. 10/10 school and staff. We feel so blessed to have found this school and Emily, Courtney and Aaryn.

Bridget is an amazingly talented dancer and teacher. The way she instills confidence in the kiddos while also teaching that dance is about fun not perfection at this age is so refreshing. Each kid enters and leaves the classroom happy. There’s a reason we make the trip from petaluma for her musical theater and choreography class. Bridget’s the best!!!!

Hashim does a wonderful job providing engaging and focused lessons. He teaches my five year old in a group piano lesson and is able to incorporate music theory while still keeping it fun. He also provides my 7 year old with private lessons, giving him specific feedback and helping him read all parts of the sheet music. Communication is great and I feel involved in my childs musical development.

Art and Soul is an incredible studio. My kids have attended art classes with Courtney, danced tap with Jordan, taken music lessons with Crystal and Rachel and dances hip hop with Sarah.The music lessons are excellent. My girls learn so much on a weekly basis. Amanda teaches the students to sing and play the piano flawlessly. She works with them at their level, makes it fun, and tries many different techniques to make sure the student understands what they’re doing. She’s fantastic and I highly recommend her.Rachel has been teaching my older daughter for two years. She understands my daughter’s goals with her singing and gives her the tools to achieve them. She’s constantly challenging her in the best way. She motivates her to be her best.Sarah teaches hip hop so well that many students take her classes again and again. We want to continue with her next year.Courtney has the most fun art classes ever. My daughters absolutely loved her classes but due to schedule changes, we had to stop taking them.Emily who handles the back office is absolutely amazing! She can handle anything that comes her way.Tianna is new but has caught on very quickly. I can’t imagine having to learn so many parents names, kids names and classes in such a short amount of time. It’s great!Unfortunately we are not able to take piano with Crystal anymore due to schedule conflicts, but she’s an incredible teacher. Anyone would be so lucky to have her as a teacher! She was the very first piano teacher my youngest has ever had and has left a lasting positive impression.

Being part of the Art and Soul family this past year has been an absolutely amazing experience. My daughter came into their preschool program pretty much non-communicative and is now talking and interacting with her peers as well as her teachers. Miss Aaryn, Miss Courtney, Miss Melissa, and Miss Emily could not be more warm, welcoming, and supportive. They truly love what they do and it shows when they teach the kids. I love that the preschool program offers art, music, and dance lessons to the students, and my daughter has grown both academically and artistically since she has joined. They entire staff at Art and Soul School truly have the hearts of teachers and have all helped my daughter thrive over the last year! My daughter loves her group piano lessons with Hashim! She is so excited to go every week, and is learning great fundamentals of music and piano. She loves to bring her practice book home and work on what she is learning. I love seeing her filled with excitement for music. As her parent, I also appreciate Hashim’s brief check-ins with us after class about how my daughter is doing, and what she’s working on.In terms of Art & Soul, I appreciate having a lovely area out back to sit and wait during the group lessons. It’s so nice to be able to see her class in progress as well via the screens in the lobby and back patio area. It’s also affordable as far as music lessons go, and her class is not at all crowded, so she is fully able to learn at her own level with help from Hashim.I recommend group music lessons with Hashim to whoever is interested!

We are so thankful we stumbled upon the Art & Soul School of Creative and Performing Arts via Instagram. We were looking for a preschool program and had not come across one that just felt right until we walked into their building and were welcomed with open arms. Almost two years later and we are so sad to be saying goodbye to their preschool program. I dont get to go to drop off often, but when I do Ms. Emilys warm, friendly and genuine welcome makes me feel like Im there every day. Ms. Courtney and Ms. Aaryn constantly go above and beyond and complete the dynamic trio! These three have created an environment that my daughter LOVES being part of and its hard to get her to leave. You have fostered a strong foundation of her love for school and words can’t express our gratitude for that!

We absolutely LOVE Art & Soul! We have had so many classes with them over the years from dance to art to music and even their preschool program! We love it all! My 5 year old still talks about Miss Aaryn and Miss Courtney from her preschool days, and she keeps a picture of them in her room. She felt so loved and so supported in preschool, and it really prepared her to be successful in Kindergarten. Right now my oldest daughter is in Clay Building with Ms. Laura, and she LOVES it! She brings home all kinds of fun creations, and shes always excited to go to class, and cant wait to tell me all about it afterward. I love this place! We just heard about Art & Soul from a friend, and since they just moved locations from Windsor to Santa Rosa it’s an easy location for us. I have taken my 3.5 year old to dance lessons and she absolutely loved it. The teachers are fantastic and the staff/front desk/coordinator is warm, welcoming and super helpful. All of the teachers are fantastic. We will be starting their preschool program soon and my little girl can’t wait. My daughter has been attending the special needs chorus and adaptive dance classes at Art & Soul and has learned so much. There are special events and performances, too. We feel so welcomed here. Being around so many talented people has also rekindled my girl’s interest in the arts, both in practice and as a spectator. Thank you for the excellent teaching as well as the warmth.

Hashim is a wonderful piano teacher. He makes sure his students know the important steps of playing the piano by practicing scales, reading music, and getting comfortable with the piano. He challenges his students and is patient and kind.

We love art and soul music and dance! We have been coming here for a year now and my kids have taken several dance classes, piano, music Fun Time, pottery and art! Every class and teacher is amazing!!! We love Lauren and the front desk girls at both locations are so sweet and helpful too. Highly recommend

My daughter has been taking music and art for 2 years at Art & Soul. She started when she was 18 months old and is now 3.5. Today her music teacher told me she can locate notes on the piano and is able to sing and drum to the beat! We are thrilled with her experience and best of all she loves Class!!

I am in the hip hop/jazz class and my teacher is Athena. She is awesome and makes the class so much fun. I honestly love to go to the dance class and learn new dance moves and techniques. Athena is super talented and amazing at teaching us.

My daughter attended a summer camp in the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic. I felt like the school did a great job keeping our kids safe while giving them a chance to have fun and be around other kids! Temps were taken every morning and hands sanitized before children entered the facility. They were spaced out from peers during activities and each kid was given their own supplies to use throughout the week as to not have shared items. We signed up for another camp as well as a weekly dance class!

My 3 year old LOVES this place. So far she has gone to the mini socials and dancing feet class. As she gets older we plan to take more classes. Emily at the front desk is awesome and so helpful! All of the teachers have lots of patience and are great with kids. I definitely recommend this place for any age.

My daughter (3 yo) has done a dance class and the summer Moana camp at the Art and Soul in Windsor. She loved going to the dance class because they learned and had so much fun. The performance at the end of the class was well organized and SO FREAKING CUTE. The Moana camp was the first camp my daughter ever did and she looked forward to it every day. It was totally Moana themed with paintings, sculptures, coloring, singing, and they even put a dance program together by the end of the week! Impressive. I am also a teacher and brought my class on a field trip to the Santa Rosa location. My students and parents said it was one of the best field trips-and I agree! The children did both art (oil pastel and watercolor resist) and music (played drums and learned rhythm). The kids were totally into it and the staff was so friendly. They even gave them a tour of the place. Highly recommend Art and Soul-both Santa Rosa and Windsor locations. Both locations are clean, organized, and have helpful and polite staff. Art and Soul rocks and is so great for kids!! Highly recommend.
