Art is a great guy. Very friendly and humble. He will save you lots of money in computer repairs. He knows his stuff. One week after repairing my laptop he gave me a courtesy call to make sure all was working as promised... and it was. I would recommend Art to anyone needing computer repairs.

Art has saved my bacon (and me a ton of money) on repairs beyond my skill level a few times before. Most recently I had a cracked (basically crushed) laptop screen, and he was able to get it fixed in a short amount of time and for a price that I would have paid for ONLY diagnostics at any other place. Highly recommend.

This place was found through internet. The owner already finished work that day but after our call he was waiting us . We kept him late after his working hours finished. We were ready to spend a lot of money but he found a simple problem, which was fixed quickly and by affordable price. And more over we got 1 month guarantee in case if it breaks again. I saw Arts ad online because I needed help with my laptop not turning on. I saw he had good reviews and people had lots of nice things to say about Art. So thats what helped me decide that I was going to choose his services. When I called, Art picked up right away. He was very helpful and friendly. One thing that I really appreciated, was he gave me great advice and tips to troubleshoot my laptop screen not turning on. Turns out I just needed to restart my laptop. But moving forward, I will definitely be calling Art for any future computer issues I may have. He genuinely likes likes to help people. Thats the type of business I like to support. Art, the owner, is an exceptionally honest person who goes above and beyond for all his customers. I went to Art PC Repair after seeing good Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. Art told me what he could do, gave me an estimate and replaced the hard drive in my laptop. It was like new. I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop. He told me he could do the same thing for my desktop that is old, so I look forward to getting that one fixed too. Highly recommended!

Replaced motherboard of old Dell laptop quickly and at very reasonable price. First place I took machine diagnosed problem but told me it was not worth repairing & didnt offer an estimate. Art gave me quote over phone that was acceptable, confirmed when I brought machine in, and followed through within a few days (had to order part). Very satisfactory service. No problems with machine in the weeks following service. I would definitely refer others to him.

Brought my old Lenovo in to install a bigger & better hard drive + ram to give to my grandparents. They still have a refurbished laptop from 2005 😬 & Art was both quick & reasonable, which I greatly appreciate. Ill take future laptop repairs to him because its hard to find affordable places these days. It cost all of $70 & I believe it was finished the next day.

I had a pc laptop emergency and Art quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a solution, completed the job in one day and did it all for the promised price of $45. When I asked Art for recommendations for purchasing another laptop he provided several models and resource solutions for upgrading my laptop. My laptop lost its internet connection a few weeks before the holidays. I saw the positive reviews on Google and decided to give PC Fixer a call...I was not disappointed. Art is not only a professional who knows exactly what hes doing and does so with obvious honesty, integrity and fairness. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!My laptop crashed when I was at the east coast seeing my gf. I shopped around asking for quotes and one of the shops I talked to charged $100/hr to run a diagnostics, get the parts, and labor. So I was looking at potentially $300-$400.When I came back to LA and found Arts place. He gave THE MOST REASONABLE and AFFORDABLE PRICE. Hes definitely been my go to guy and am probably gonna go to him when Im ready to do some upgrade on my desktop computer.Ive had to get my laptop repaired from him at least 3 times. Im great at editing videos on the computer, but when it came to fixing it. Art was clutch AF. Heres what Art has done for me:1. Fix my laptop screen and reinstall windows 10 when my hard drive crashed.2. Install a new SSD into my laptop.He saved me from having to spend money to get a completely new laptop.

My computer got a malicious virus and I went online to find someone to fix it. There were a few which popped up in Glendale, Eagle Rock area HOWEVER....Art PC Repair was the only one who published their rates online. Just want to say that I was relieved to find out about Art PC Repair (even if only by accident) after I cracked my laptops screen, otherwise I wouldve probably already bought a new laptop. I concur with the rest of the other testimonials here; very nice guy, and great if not reasonable price/rates.He had my laptops screen replaced with a new one in 8 days, which probably wouldve taken only 5 days had I only brought my laptop in earlier instead of on a Friday coz Im assuming that it had a factor in Arts attempt to acquire the said part over the weekend. But despite my week-long wait, Im satisfied overall.

I had 2 broken pcs. My first custom desktop pc had a problem with liquid cooler. Whatever simple task I tried to do, the cpu temperature would rise up to 100. The other computers motherboard was broken and it wont even turn on. Art did a great job fixing them. Now my main computers cpu is only 30-40 and the other computer works better than when I first got it. Thank you for the great work, service, and reasonable price!

So, I was outta town (in the desert) and for the first time ever, I spilt water onto my laptop keyboard. Ugh. It was a 5 year old Macbook Pro, and it DID turn on after Id dried it out, but the battery wasnt re-charging. So I brought to a local repair shop in the desert that had great reviews on this site - and sadly - Im fairly certain they broke it for good. I say this because I kept getting a different story from them; they werent returning my calls; telling me that a new cheap part would fix it; at one point the check-in gal was telling me how they were wiping it down with alcohol and rags and heat and stuff; and on and on and on. Agggh! Finally, they said they would have to replace the motherboard, and it would cost $600. So I took my machine and ran (well, walked out quickly).Luckily, I had backed up two weeks before the spill, and I keep my most important docs on Dropbox, so I lost very little data.When I got back to town, I saw the reviews on Arts and decided to see what he could do.First off, he asked intelligent questions, which demonstrated to me that he understood computers and that he had real experience and knowledge. Ultimately, he came to the same conclusion that the motherboard had to be replaced, but would do it for $420. (I hadnt told him how much the previous people had asked.) That was still too much for a 5+ year old machine, so I asked if he could pull a few docs off for me. He said yes and offered me such a low price, and it felt just so nice to have an honest exchange with someone, so I asked him he wanted to keep the old computer afterwards in exchange for his services - because honestly, what am I going to do with it - I could have sold its parts on Craigslist (Id recently put in 8 GB of new memory into it), but I didn’t want to have a computer-parts-murderer come to my home - so now, he (Art, not my Craigslist murderer) has already called and has the memory stick ready for me, but it just makes me crazy that I can’t have more of these open, honest negotiations with other human beings.So, if you want to deal with someone super-smart, honest, and fair, Art is your guy. If not, Im sure there are plenty of other repair shops in the area.

They explained my options and I agreed to have them send a person to modify my computer. Was having troubles with my computer randomly freezing and I had ran a ton a different tests to see what was causing it yet I still couldnt find the source of the problem. This man put a corrupted hard drive in our computer when asked to fix it he said only for $40 more, he then removed the hard drive during the repair didnt return it and didnt give us our money back. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON!!!!!!
