I usually don’t write many reviews but Im very happy to provide this review. Arsalon is an experienced, knowledgeable, and professional agent. One of the important positives for us when working with Arsalon is that he was always easily accessible to communicate with us via phone, email, and texts to help us as needed. Towards the end of the process of our home purchase process, we ran into some snags with the builder and Arsalon was always there to help us navigate the issues.Honestly, we could not have asked for a better experience. Arsolon recently helped me with the sale of my moms condo. He was patient, empathetic, kind, and helpful. He was never pushy or in a rush for me to make a decision; he offered his opinion only when asked. I asked a lot of questions and he always made me feel heard and respected. Ive had the pleasure to work with Arsalon in late December 2020 to the closing of my sold home in the first week of January 2021. My first impression of Arsalon is that he is truly knowledgeable about the real-estate business. 10 stars for Arsalon! We became first time home owners owners and we couldn’t be happier with our home buying experience. We found our home in just 2 weeks and we have Arsalon to thank for.I interviewed a total of 8 real estate agents, all with 5 star ratings in Zillow, google, Yelp, etc. We had initially chosen a different agent but the service was not personal, we were treated as just another client, given a number and then sent to talk to multiple people with different functions. At that moment we decided to reconsider our choice and I’m glad we did. This was going to be our first home, it is a special moment and we wanted to feel, well... special. Arsalon is by far the best realtor Ive ever worked with. He was always available when I needed him. He was knowledgeable about the properties in my area and had a very specific plan for selling my home that worked out excellently. He even paid to have my home staged out of his own pocket. I cant say enough good things about Arsalon Badri! My husband and I received unexpected job offers in Sacramento (we were living in Southern California) and needed to find a home in Northern California ASAP. We spoke with Arsalon via phone/text/e-mail several times before coming up to look for homes. I was impressed by how quickly he responded to any messages. He was always calm and collected, which was so appreciated given the stress of a sudden move.Arsalon compiled an extensive list of potential properties based on the want list we gave him. On the weekend we came up to Sacramento, he had appointments made to see 16 properties! Everything went seamlessly, and we saw some great homes. One of those homes in Land Park ended up being the one. Arsalon got our offer in to the listing agent right away and it was accepted! He was on top of everything during the escrow process. We just got the keys last week and couldnt be more pleased. Never met anyone as responsive as Arsalon Badri. I lived in San Jose, CA, 2 hours away from Elk Grove. We contacted him on a Wednesday, he had us looking at 100 listings the next day and booked 10 of our favorite properties by the following Saturday. We bid on 2 houses, that by Monday, both had accepted us. Arsalon responds to emails and text messages almost instantly and at any hour of the day or night. This is arguably the most money anyone will spend. Its a confusing process. Yet I felt confident that Arsalon was getting us the best deals in our best interest and he held our hands carefully through each part of the process. He covered every tiny detail, ex. set up extra inspections sometimes without me even asking (but he of course got my approval first). He even took care of the tiniest details, like sending us measurements of the fridge and washer/dryer. He is extremely personable, easy to talk to and ask questions, but seemed aggressive and attentive enough to go to bat for us and get us what we need/wanted - constantly updating me at every step of the way. I got the house I wanted at the price I wanted, he negotiated all the repairs I wanted, etc. This could have been the most anxious time and most confusing process of my life, and Im not exaggerating when I say Arsalon made it as comfortable, didnt even think it would be that smooth. I contacted Arsalon and two other separate realtors who all had good online reviews.I called all three realtors around the same time on the same day. After speaking with a few different realtors, it was clear that Arsalon was- BY FAR- the BEST! Arsalon is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He was always available to answer calls, texts, and show properties. I even dragged him out in the pouring rain several nights to look at properties, and we were always greeted with a smile. We looked at at least 15 properties before finding THE ONE. Arsalon also never took the salesman approach, which we had experienced with a realtor prior to finding Arsalon.He made the process so easy, and was very quick with getting the paperwork completed. Due to a death in the family, I had to sell a CA home when I live in Chicago. Arsalon handled everything - from helping me pick out paint, paying for and hiring a great stager, hiring and paying for a carpet cleaner that worked magic on the carpets, and taking care of moving excess furniture into the garage.The house sold in 3 days - substantially above the listing price. While in very early stages of trying to figure out how we were gonna find a realtor and what kind of place we wanted to buy, my husband found the reviews of Arslons Five Diamond Realty. Much confused us at first, like how it said that his place of business is open 24 hours on google. My husband and I took a shot at making him our realtor after seeing a lot of great reviews and we do not regret it the slightest bit. Arslon is truly is best realtor in the game. I get off late from my job and he was willing to show us properties we were interested on our schedule. For instance, we saw a property we liked at 7pm, we texted him letting him knowing we were interested and he immediately responded showed us that property and another one and was out with us till 9pm. He is a very heart warming and kind man that is very comfortable to be around. He always goes the full 9 yards and more for you, making that he can do everything he can to get you the place you want. You can literally text him in the middle of the night in order to put in an offer for a place. Great service. Was able to set up houses next day that we were interested in. Arsalon Badri was available night and day when we had questions and was very knowledgeable and friendly.
