I had a trigger finger release a couple of weeks ago with Dr. Jason Solomon. He’s a great doctor he was honest and direct about everything. My hands is healing really good and you can’t even tell that I have surgery around my thumb.I can move my fingers normally like nothing happened to it. It’s just dry skin around but everything is great. The staff are excellent they took care of me really well. I’m happy that Dr.Jason Solomon is my doctor😊

I have been to this office before and had had an issue with Dr. Solomon just being nonchalant. I ended up with Dr. Nikachina Who was very sweet, very caring and very concerned about my health she ended up leaving the office moving somewhere else I end up with Dr. Strom, who I thought looks like a demon he came in didn’t really speak just went straight to the paperwork started asking me questions about medication instead of him trying to understand that I was telling him I don’t take a lot of medication’s but the shot that the last doctor gave me had helped. He told me he didn’t have time. This was after I waited an hour and a half after my appointment to see him I don’t recommend him. Actually the person that left is the only person that I would recommend they are. I’ve heard Dr. Patton is pretty good but as far as picking up the phone getting appointments when you get to the appointment, the appointments take an hour or more to get in and the doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me and told me he didn’t have time to give me a shot so now I have to stay in pain for another month and a half until the next appointment which I don’t think I will ever be going there again. I am now in the process of looking for another pain management facility because of Dr. Solomon and Doctor Stom EVER NEVER I am 63 years old and very versed in customer service and also in the medical field. This place is a joke now I did go to physical therapy was there and he was OK but the place was just dingy dark and it wasn’t clean enough for me to wanna do physical therapy there so I will be looking for another physical therapy office.

Had an appointment today. I showed up early but yet still had to wait over 2 hours past my appointment time to see the doctor 🤦🏽‍♂️… Not very good with time management here. I’m a patient not a paycheck. This place is about 22 miles from my home... awesome first visit/impression 👍

It’s a big relief to get quality care like this! I came to see Dr Patton for a fracture. The wait was shorter than most other specialist visits I’ve had. Admin were kind and efficient, and the nurses and x ray techs seemed compassionate, like they really care about my pain and healing. Doctor encouraged a thoughtful, conservative approach to healing- he made sure all my questions were answered, and left me feeling confident in my healing process. Thank you, Arrowhead team!

(Orders Tests without transparency or decent permission)....I had been called for Hip replacment surgery by Redlands Community hosp Today at 12pm... I was So excited to Finally hear I may have a chance to re-enter my Birdsinging culture which Ive been away from 5 yearsall from these hips and pain...Only for all my hopes and dreams to be Massacred by Dr. Chan staff Cancels it ten minutes after the hospital schedules it for tomorrow in 12 :30 pm April 18th 2024Native People of our area be ware... San Manuel, Agua Caliente Pala Family.. please listenI have been Working Hard for my A1C to get it down, My weight also because when I met with Dr. Chan for a Hip Replacement in Oct23... he immediately said no and gave me logical reasons and a timeline to reach my goal to possibly have another chance.I worked on my A!C down to 6.7, weight down and everything looked great so he said: I do not have any reason to tell me no now.. His words.Until Now ... He found another one... Ordering a test that should have been done last week.. for yesterday. I was told to take test, challenge and passed the goals and met nearly, Still no empathy nor taking care when ordering test that may cancel a Surgery. It is so Irresponsible and non beneficial for those of the surgical team.. I would have rescheduled but felt Targeted for Failure with these actions.I feel Sabotaged... led to believe its for this reason that reason all to still refuse this Native American a Fair Chance and Fair and Timely Health care...You Use Arrowhead, a name which describes where my family was relocated to the Hillsides in San Bernardino, on the San Manuel reservation.Yet rejecting Healthcare over Staff mistakes then blaming a patient, a Native American patient with Full Health care insurance and still gets treated Im at IHS, Indian Health Services which we know isnt accommodatingIts not right, I met all requirements only to find something to reject my much needed surgery even a Hospital and My Primary doctor believes I should have this Hip Replacement.Unfair... Unbelievable excuses and selective targeted care.

I absolutely love the doctors and the P.A’s I have seen here they alone get 5 stars. My 1 star is for the staff. The young lady at the front who was checking people in was so rude to every single person who can in. I think she needed to remember she deals with a lot of elderly people and not be so rude or condescending when they are not understanding what she is asking. Then the nurse who took me back. Was asking about my injuries and as I tried to explain what happened says “ I’m not asking about that just when did it happen “, but the injury gap in 2 parts. Then when I’m telling her a month she says a different year. I said no then it’s was then I don’t understand. Well of course not if you don’t let me explain. Horrible staff treatment. Update !! Once again I will repeat the doctors and the PA’s are amazing. The girls at the front desk not so much. It’s so sad when doctors are so good at what they do but have horrible office staff. I stood in line waiting to check in because they were having a personal conversation than I did for my whole appointment. Please retrain your staff and show them how to be considerate of patients who have different needs. The staff here is still going strong with the horrible treatment. They need to retrain or get rid of a lot of people

Dr. Solomon performed my surgery,excellent clarification on what was going to happen. I have had to Go to Arrowhead Orthopedics because I had a hip replacement and the staff there along with Kelsey Layne PA-C are fantastic. Very knowledgeable, professional, very kind, understanding, and information. I would see her anytime for my medical needs.

They value our time ? But takes 30 min To make an appointment when only 1 person in queue . Very poor management. Receptionist needs a new job .

I made an appointment to see a doctor two weeks in advance,I told him I was referred from Kaiser Permanente.When I got to my appointment they did not have any of my records they had to do three x-rays on the spot so that doctor could see where was the issue.Dr Allen was very good at pinpointing the problem, he recommended continuing my physical therapy and was going to make a request to Kaiser for an injection on my lower back.I called last week and nobody knew what was going on.I called today 12/28/23( That by the way it took 3 unanswered calls more than 15- 20 minutes each,Had to hang up three times and call again )The girl that answered my call reviewed my records and told me that she saw that they ordered for the injection was on file but the person in charge will send a request until next year.I told her to cancel everything,Told her that that facility wasnt worth it. Upper management has to do something about it.NOT HAPPY AT ALL..
