ARRC Technology is a company who believes in Giving Back. They kindly donated the Girl Scouts of Central California South an entire computer lab. This donation will allow hundreds of girls to learn coding, Robotics, Microsoft Programs and give Troop Leaders the ability to conduct training. Thank you ARRC for believing in our youth and joining in the Girl Scout Mission of building girls of courage, confidence and character!

I want to give a shout out to Mo who always does a fantastic job when taking information for the issues I am having. He always understands what I mean when I say Im having issues with the thingamabobby because I clicked the thingamagiggy.Also to Chris S who always takes care of us. He is knowledgeable and always explains why the thingamager isn’t working. Not only is he knowledgeable but he is fast and efficient.They both are always pleasant to work with. Thank you gentlemen for all the hard work you do!! Keep up the great job!!

Smart people! They saved my company! I called because my payroll system was freaking out (again!!!!) within an hour they had someone out, took care of my issue within 10 minutes and did not even charge us! :0 cool deal! Thank you! we have been with them now for a while and will never use anyone else! I would highly recommend!

Extremely expensive and Extremely rude and heartless CEO. Did business with this company for years and was over billed, billed for services we never recieved, hard to get in touch with customer service and when a tech finally did come out they didnt know what they were doing. They pad their billing and long contracts. Billed for hours more then should of due to the fact they didnt know what they were doing. Not for small business owners in a tough economy. Very rude staff which is apparent from top CEO down to the techs.

Highly recommend ARRC for computer needs. What an amazing showroom and knowledgable staff. ARRC is a big supporter of the community and give back with trainings to those of us that need help with learning technology even down to simple Microsoft programs. They make sure they understand the needs of the office to make sure you would be set up best. Thank you ARRC team for your continued support!

When asking if they have a technician familiar with my software, the representative dodged the question. I told him that I would love to hire them to take care of my tech support problem, but needed to know that their tech had experience with the software I am using. Otherwise, they would just spend the whole time on the phone with softwares tech support trying to figure my problem out. Once I said that, I was told Thats not how it works. Apparently, its not the customer who hires the tech support guy. Its ARRC who decides if you are worthy or not. (ie/ If you are naive and lucrative enough for them to take advantage of.) I was very disappointed with the shadiness of the phone call. At least I dodged a bullet by not going with ARRC for my technical support!

They find excuses how to get out of supporting the infrastructure you hired them to service and now I am stuck in a contract and our business is suffering on a daily basis. Run from this company. They have a high turnover of technicians and they have to re learn about our business everytime. Their is a huge lack of communication between their staff and the client suffers.
