Arosha is the best! I have had Arosha screen print and embroider all my projects for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. They do very high quality work but most importantly, are excellent to work with. From design services to helping select the right styles, its a pleasure to work with Arosha Inc. I love that the very best screen printer in town are a family run, local business.

I have nothing but positive things to say Arosha! I was looking for a company that would put a design that I had on some T-shirts for me. I only needed eight and I was very very picky about the shirts- material, cut and color. These great folks were so helpful with my many criteria. Plus, they had a huge selection to look at. They spent well over an hour searching and calling various companies. They finally found the perfect T-shirt and they did all this hard work and I was only getting eight shirts. Additionally, they help me choose the color to be used to put on the shirts. They emailed me pictures to double check everything including the foreign words that I wanted on the shirts. and when I asked their opinion about different things, they were knowledgeable, and made very good points for me to consider. with their help, the shirts turned out perfectly. Im going to get another 8 shirts for a different trip and I look forward to working with them again.

Our elementary school has been using Arosha for the last 15 years. They have done everything from staff and student t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and totes. We dont use anyone else because we are so satisfied working with them. They are super friendly, thorough, hard working and always produce a great product when asked. Its a great family business and we will continue to use them for as long as they are around.

Arosha and the team have always pulled through!! They have helped us with many orders whether they are big, or small. Their work and customer service is amazing, and they go over and above to make sure everything is executed perfectly! I couldnt be happier with everything Arosha has to offer! Ive gone to them about 5x and they will be my only choice moving forward for my business. I found them on a recommendation from a friend after two miserable experiences with the quality using online embroidery and screen printing companies. I love Aroshas comprehensive showroom of sample items so I could touch and feel the physical products before ordering. Ive used them for both embroidery and silk screen printing and their work is always precise, professional and significantly higher quality than anything I ordered previously from online vendors. But most of all, their customer service is incredible as they are a family-run business and the whole team is an absolute JOY to work with. They are so friendly, accommodating and light-spirited with laughter and love. I truly cant say enough positive things about my Arosha experience!

Were the UCSB ultimate team and our program has been going to Arosha since the 90s and we can safely say that this company provides some of the best service weve ever had when it comes to printing. They go above and beyond when it comes to finding apparel to print on and are very responsive. Their printing times are very reasonable and the quality of the stitching is unmatched. We will continue to use them for as long as they have us. If you need anything embroidered, Arosha is top of the list.

I cant say enough good things about Arosha. Everything they have made for us has been right for the first time, and they always steered me towards quality items that lasted and reflected well on my organization. They are good listeners, and really know their products and their craft. Therefore, their advice has been consistently spot on. My orders tend to be complicated, with lots of mixes of sizes, styles, and colors, and they have never made a mistake yet.I have been using Arosha for three years, producing swag for graduate school recruitment events for Earth Science at UC Santa Barbara, after years of being let down by other suppliers that kept disappointing me. I initially came to Arosha because of the promotional items they produced for the music program at Dos Pueblos High School for which they created great designs. Some of my sons shirts have been laundered a hundred times, and still look good.Great business partners, and super nice people. As good as it gets.

I expect a high level of customer service when I make a significant investment for my professional organization. Arosha has delivered each and every time. I have strict deadlines and he staff work hard to meet them without failure. Moreover his level of communication is high which I greatly appreciate. This makes it much easier to get the project done in a timely fashion and deliver exactly what I need. His graphic designs are excellent and he makes a significant effort to ensure that his materials and products are high quality. I have ordered graphic designs for t-shirts, embroidery for high end jackets, as well as vinyl lettering and graphics for our building and vehicle fleet. Thus I rate his business 5/5 for customer service and 5/5 for great quality. I will definitely continue to do business with Arosha Inc.

Ive given him multiple challenging projects, large and small, and he always comes back with a great quote and high-quality execution. He and his team have what feels like infinite patience and a willingness to go the extra mile to find just the right cut or color of clothing you are looking for, and his design team is very helpful in getting your design set up to reproduce well in whatever medium you want. Attention to detail and exceptional customer service! Thats what sets apart Arosha, Inc from the competition. I wanted to customize a runners jacket for my wife. The staff at Arosha, Inc assisted me with a plethora of choices of jackets clearly explaining the difference in the material, the liner, comfort, fit etc. Then they assisted with artistic design to customize it with personalized lettering to be embroidered on it. From the phone callTo in person, was so very pleasant...This is a printing company, I’ve Born andRised here in SANTA BARBARA, never really needed this service, until now, the couple that own this business has been there in that location for 32 years, both of them were so nice to do business with, I just wanted a pony league shirt with my grandson name on the back of it, gave me a discount and even a nice adjustable mask for free!! I worked with Arosha for almost a year. Initially, things seemed ok. It took a while for Arosha to figure out how to make our product, so time was spent on screens and testing. During this time I paid for R&D. When the testing was done and we were ready to print, Arosha sent a quote for nearly double the initial estimate. Wow! ok... that sucks, but what can I do now after months of testing and fees? I went with it. Looking back, I should have known better. Last February I went to place another order and the quote came back much higher than my initial orders. I upped the volume and they reluctantly kept the original pricing. Again, I should have known at that time that all was not well. Now here I am, placing another order, and pricing comes back 2.5 times higher that my previous pricing. This is not a 10% increase folks, this is 2.5 times higher! Holy Cow! My business cant support this, theres simply now way. I pleaded with Arosha, and even offered to DOUBLE the order quantity. 600 units instead of 300. His response? 15% discount on the order. Ive spent nearly $800 in non-refundable screen fees, and thousands total, not to mention tons of time. And after that Im left burned. I have to go find another screener and begin this process over again. Never, in years of working with suppliers, have I encountered this type of interaction. There was no communication about pricing, no indication that they couldnt make it work at the previous rates. Just waiting for me to place an order and sending over an inflated quote as if nothing was different. I really hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. Im so frustrated by this whole process and dismayed. Maybe the positive reviews here speak to smaller orders, or more straightforward (as I mentioned mine took some R&D work which I paid for), or something else, but my experience has been so utterly horrible. If you work with Arosha, I urge you to sign a contract which clearly states pricing. I learned my lesson on that!
