Arjun is truly an expert at what he does. He’s been with us from when we found this house to now when we sold it with his help. His knowledge of the local market, pulse of prospective buyers, is so spot on. His strategy on how we prepared the house, listed it, drew buyers in and demonstrated it to bring in offers was done so well.We had time constraints, and a need to get the best outcome on the sale and Arjun more than delivered from his side. Arjun provided us with outstanding service when selling my parent’s home of 44+ years. My parents passed within 2 months of each other and they left behind a very large home, each room filled with not only furniture and artwork, but years worth of collections. Their Trust stipulated that the house be sold as soon as possible and Arjun helped facilitate a smooth transaction via in person meetings and video conferencing. We had a 21 day close which left very little time to empty the house of its contents, of which there were many. Arjun not only helped us through the process of finding companies that would accept our donations, he also came to the house and helped us to pack and move items and worked closely with the junk removal company that arrived on the final day before close. Arjun is personable, knows how to market your home and will work tirelessly without throughout the entire process. We would not hesitate to use Arjun in the future, should need be. We will also highly recommend him to any person within our circle that is looking at either purchasing or selling a home. Thanks Arjun!

Arjun was a godsend for us. We were not just first time home buyers but also new to the Bay Area. He helped set the right expectations for ourselves by questioning us about our criteria, needs and nice to haves, and by providing us with market context and typical buyer sentiments. He gave us unbiased opinions about the houses we toured together, and we appreciated his candidness. Once we narrowed down on two houses we really liked, he was extremely strategic about our approach and bids. He made several contacts with the sellers agents to get full context and decide on the optimal bidding strategy. He understood us well and was a strong pillar of support and guidance during the bids and thereafter, particularly given certain unique complications that we faced. He is very resourceful yet honest when he does not have the answers right away. He takes the time to research and give us detailed explanations. If you need a knowledgeable realtor and a very capable negotiator - Arjun is your guy!

Arjun is the best realtor I have worked with till now, period, and I have worked with many!!! Deserves all the 5 stars and more if there are!!!Arjun helped us buy our new home in Santa Teresa in Nov 21, and he is one of the main reasons we got it. He knows how to beat the current crazy market, and goes well above and beyond your expectations..Very easy to work with, open-minded, and always on your side, no matter what! He has also helped us rent our current home with the same level of enthusiasm he has shown to buy, though his benefits were the bare minimum on it - shows his professionalism. Beyond a relator, we also found a good friend in Arjun!Give him a chance, you wont be disappointed, rather be amazed!
