My company switched over from calyx just before the 3.4 update and we could not be happier. Arive is light years ahead of calyx point. The ease of use, functionality, the look, the ability to have a real online application and also be able to collect docs through a secure portal is amazing. I can’t believe we were on point for so long. It’s constantly getting better and new features get added. Could not recommend arive more!

I like the software but it does have issues. For one its too rigid. Fields dont allow you to change them or the selection offered isnt listed. The Broker Origination works more from a lenders point of view than a brokers with defaults not easily overcome. Making adjustments to a file isnt that easy. They need to not be the compliance police in the software. Customer support could be better in that they dont have enough personal. I do believe the software is very good and could be much better if they stay on track.

Arive has been a game changer for my business! I have been able to streamline the loan process for my clients as well as my loan officers. The customer service is top notch and very accessible. Harish is constantly implementing changes to better the system and listens to the needs of his users. I 100% recommend ARIVE!!!!! Do yourself a favor and get rid of the 10 other apps you don’t use and consolidate by moving over to this LOS/POS/PPE system.

Arive has been nothing short of miraculous in our Brokerage. When Calyx point dropped the ball in March 2021 with the release (or lack thereof) of the new loan application, we made the move to Arive and have never regretted it for even one moment. Arive is a living software system with updates and improvements for originators monthly. Amazing to see how seamless a good LOS can make the originating experience. Thank you Arive!

Arive is the missing link in the Broker world. My only regret is not switching sooner. I was using calyx thinking that was the only solution and it was exactly the same as it was in 2004 when I first brokered. I hesitated to switch because I have a team of 8 assistants and with business busy I was worried it would vault business making changes. I finally made the move and it was two days of minor inconvenience learning the system and virtually no slow down. My only wish is I did it sooner. The system was built with the broker first of mind. This is such an incredible tool that improves by the day. If you aren’t using Arive you are missing out. So what’s best for your business and make the move!

ARIVE is the ONLY LOS you need as a broker! ARIVE includes a pricing engine for supported lenders, LOS, POS, and MCRs. I just completed my Q3 MCR within 30 minutes! Ive used Encompass for 10 yrs and LendingPad for 2 yrs. My only regret was not switching sooner!

I have used a few LOS systems in my career and Arive by far is one of my favs. Not perfect...yet but easy to use and the team actually listens to your needs. The live chat support rocks!!!

My entire office has been in love since we switched over. UX/UI is beautiful and it matters so much when you have to work in something regularly. My staff got trained so quickly because they just enjoy using it.
