Very professional installation and service. Service representative made several stops during the installation to check on progress and answer questions. The project manager was awesome and always very respectful. We made some changes during the project and they were handled perfectly. They were always on time and on budget. Highly recommended.

The first time I used Ariel Hardwood Flooring Specialist and have been very impressed with Ariels complete knowledge of wood flooring. They showed up when they said they would and the quality of flooring and installation have been impeccable! They would call along the way to make sure we were going to be ready and rescheduled when we were running behind to accommodate us. I will certainly use them again!

Ariel and his repair men were very courteous, professional, and even prompt!!! It has been a while since we have had repair guys show up on time and do exactly what was promised. The charge for our repair was quite reasonable for the time spent in repairing our floor. We definitely would use Ariel Hardwood Flooring Specialists again in the future!

Ariel Hardwood Flooring Specialists did a great job on our floors. We had some floor damage in one room from a leaking air conditioner. We didnt notice it for quite a while because of the carpet so the water sat for a while and the floor buckled pretty bad. We decided to pull the carpet and go with the hardwood underneath. Ariel came in and fixed the damage and got the floor looking fantastic. We liked his work so much that we had him come back and do our other two rooms and hallway. The two rooms had also been carpeted by the previous owner so we had Ariel and company pull it up and do his magic. We couldnt be happier. And his rates were fair and reasonable.

When I reached Ariel Hardwood Flooring Specialist they were the first company I spoke to that had the flooring I needed in stock. Then they suggested that instead of buying a bundle of flooring and purchasing a bunch of different stains that they would indeed put a few panels together and if I picked a few different stains they would stain the wood for me. Give these guys a shot if youre looking for a stand up company that delivers on their promises, is run by a good group of people, and makes the task of working with them straight forward.

He was recommended to us by the wood floor manufacturer back East and we are so glad we listened. Reliable and expert installation . Gave us finishing options to compare, and did a l1000sf job in one room that came off flawlessly. We did have some settling problems with the slab / heat /cold - Ariel came back the next season and repaired the problems under the original contract. We installed flooring from Ariel and are very happy with our purchase. Initially we were surprised by how much variation in color there was from plank to plank, as well as how much horizontal/cross grooves there were. But when it’s all in the space it looks great! And helps with wear and tear. We installed it as part of a remodel and contractors were not careful with it and they did not lay down proper floor protection, but it held up very well and I am very happy with its durability so far. Our home is 100+ years old and the flooring fits with both the darker original trim and the new white kitchen/trim we’ve installed, making it the perfect versatile flooring that we used in the whole home. We’ve had it for over 9 months and we have recommended it to others that are looking for an engineered hardwood flooring that will wear well and fits this style.

Ariel hardfloors just installed hardwoods throughout our home and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they did. We wanted to change out our old tile floors and decided to go with hard wood floors. Ariel was not only superb at installing these with precision but they also gave us tips for the upkeep to have our floors last as long as possible. Will definitely be using them in the future to polish and refinish when the time comes

Very responsive and professional roofing company. We were adding an addition to our home during the winter months and had to get our home sealed up. We ended up having a few delays with framing and weather, but Ariel Hardwood Flooring was very patient and worked around our contractors schedule. My husband and I are currently renovating our home and bought from Ariel. When installing the floors we used the tongue and groove method and it was a lot more simple than we thought. We have had the floors for about 6 months now and they have held up fantastic! We have two dogs and were nervous on how they might held up, but so far so good! We are extremely happy with our floors and get so many compliments when ever anyone comes over. Highly recommend!

When I arrived at the Ariel Hardwood Flooring in the morning, I found that a lot of flooring products and brand in this store. The store is very clean, you can see a lot of flooring which are put on the ground. The manager said it can help customers to choose their favorite color flooring.They were very easy to talk to both on the phone and in person. I called them last week, and got their business day-from Mon to Fri-8:30am to 6:00pm. When we went there, they took the time give us all our options, showed us the samples, and advised us on what is best for our house.
