The Aria Printing Team were incredibly trustworthy and reliable team to work with. They provided a very quick response to a last minute request (week out) and they were able to provide an excellent printing service (workbook for a workshop I was leading). I also appreciate the delivery drop-off they offered as well to my home. This is an overdue review but nevertheless, I want to make sure they get the recognition they deserve because they were fantastic to work with. I look forward to retaining and working with them soon again for my next printing needs.

Great customer service and location is very convenient! I initially communicated with Aria over email to receive a quote for my printing needs and I finalized my order over the phone. Literally 45 minutes after hanging up, I picked up my prints. The alignment and resolution looked great and everything was cut evenly. Will be back for my next order!

Drove 20 minutes away from San Jose. Got to the location at 9:30. And they told me that they couldn’t do my life scan. Then there were five minutes late to open the store. I would never come to this place again. Please call before driving all the way out here.

NEVER NEVER NEVER use this location for FedEx pickup! They charge 5$ for each package. I called FedEx, FedEx told me I do not need to pay anything to pick up my package! But the store manager told me that FedEx let them charge anything! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Had an excellent experience with Aria Printing. They created 2 outstanding graphics designs and 2x3 ft posters with foam backing for the Celebration of Life Event. The Service andQuality - all 5 stars. Glad we have this shop in our neighborhood.

Prepaid return label for DHL. Searched in the system, lead me to this store. Then I was told they do not accept prepaid label. Waste of my time to drive here. Should set up online profile accurately.

Great service and convenient location!I have shipped many packages and printed countless files here and always appreciate their fast turnaround and attentive service. They’re located right off Mission Blvd, so it’s super easy access from the Mission Area. I highly recommend Aria Printing & Shipping!

I used Aria Printing and Shipping for printing brochures and newsletters. I was very pleased with the overall service. Not only was the price very reasonable when compared to other well-known printing services, but the owner was also willing to work with the budget of the non-profit organization. My copies were ready at the promised time, and the service provided by both Ken and Tristan was friendly and polite. Id be very happy to give them my business again in the future.

I went to Aria Printing & Shipping to have my fingerprinting completed last Saturday, May 22, 2021. While LiveScan was readily available, the manager who was able to do the physical fingerprinting was out of the office when I arrived. Physical fingerprinting is a pretty unusual request, so I understood when the employee stated he was not yet trained in this practice.I walked around the block and the manager was back. He completed my fingerprints and helped me mail them and the forms I needed out of state at a reasonable price.

I had my wedding invitations and programs printed and they turned out beautifully! The staff was very friendly and helpful taking the time to make sure they came out just right. Highly recommend them for printing and shipping and whatever else you might need! Parking is easy and Starbucks is next door.

An update, On June 28th at 10:13 am, received a call from the store Manager instead of apologizing for the incident. He actually asked to remove the pervious review. Here is the thing. I was informed by Trustline that Aria Printing hasnt submitted my fingerprints to Trustline on June 5th. And that Trustline has mailed my application back to me. And informed that I had to do a stop on my Money Order, redo my Trustline application with other money order and resubmitted to Trustline. Because of Aria Printing and Shipping negligent. I had wasted so much of my valuable time. And he has the guts to call me up and ask me to remove my review!!! I contacted contacted Yelp and Goggle to inform them that the business contact me to tell me to remove the review that I made on Aria Printing & Shipping.-------‐-------------------------------------------------------------------Came in on June 5 to do my live scan. Today is June 27th. I contacted Trustline to see the status of my application. To my horror, Aria Printing & Shopping HAS NOT Submitted my Live Scan fingerprint to the Justice Department. I called Aria Printing to see what is going on. Spoke with a guy on the phone. He said that his manager wasnt in today and to call back at other time. I told him that Aria Printing charged me a total of 94 dollars on my Amex Platinum. 23 days later just to find out that Aria Printing DID NOT submitted my fingerprints to the Justice Department. I told him that I will report the charges to my credit card company, BBB, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, and to TRUSTLINE. My deadline is coming up and if I lose my job because of this. I WILL BE filing a police report for Fraudulent and will take them to court for Negligent. if he cannot give a an explanation why they havent submitted yet. Dont do business with ARIA PRINTING & SHOPPING. They will play with your job!!!! Stay CLEAR and go somewhere else!!!!

Great experience. Ordered posters and documents for a large job fair with almost no notice, but they were able to do it. Not only was the product perfectly printed, but the communication was excellent. Highly recommend!
