I’ve been coming to Dr Irvani’s for 10 + years. The staff are like family. I love that my dental hygienist are always checking in on my cleaning visit making sure my brush and flossing routine is consistent. When additional procedures are required such as fillings, etc Dr. Irvani’s work is top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Irvani if you reside in the Orange County area.

I had such a great experience with Neda and Dr. Irvani. I was a little nervous coming in but they eased my nerves and my cleaning and cavity fills were quickly and painlessly done. The front desk ladies are also warm and friendly. They notified me right away when a closer date was available for my next appt. Today was the first time I met Dr. Irvani and the front desk staff. Just walking in I felt at ease and welcome. I like returning to this office. It is very clean. All the appointments start on time so no need to wait. The teeth cleaning procedure is not painful, and the results are stunning. All coffee and tea stains are gone. They also reimburse you quickly if there is any difference between what you paid and what your insurance paid. Headache free. I strongly recommend Dr. Irvani’s office.

I went in today for the fist time with this Dentist, Dr. Irvani and was not sure what to expect as I had two previous terrible experiences with other dentists. All I can say is that Dr. Irvani renewed my faith in dentists and was very wonderful with me. He was respectful, listened to what I had to say and took his time. I did not feel like a number nor did he rush to get to his next patient-something I have experienced a lot lately with other dentists. My front bottom tooth chipped and he bonded it with a few others and I was very pleased with the outcome. He did a GREAT job!!! In addition, he listened to what I had to say and did not treat me as a number. Nor did he rush working on my teeth, something that is also very common with dentists today. Do not stress out if you are in the position that I was in, in terms of locating a competent dentist as I will tell you try Dr. Irvani. He has your back!

I would like to extend my most sincere thanks to this office for remarkable professionalism, kindness, and care.I was first referred to Dr. Irvani about 11 years ago. My partner at the time had done some tech work for his office and had told me that he was switching his dentist (whom he was happy with) to Dr. Irvani on the singular basis that the integrity of the people in the office impressed him. Given such focused, glowing praise, I naturally followed suit, and I have never once regretted doing so.While my experiences with Dr. Irvani the past 11 years have all been positive, it was my visit today that prompts me to write this review. Due to COVID and procrastination, I had not been into the office in an exceptionally long time, yet I was greeted by name when I came through the front door. Then, in conversations with both Neda and Dr. Irvani, they referred to details from past visits with ease and specificity that made it seem as though these details had very recently been discussed. Whether these situations were due more so to professionalism or to actual memory being brought to bear is of no importance to me. What IS of importance to me is that these interactions created a feeling of ease and care that I believe is absolutely invaluable in a dental environment--a context in which most peoples psychology is that of marked unease. Kindness and integrity offered to people in an inherently sensitive situation is a blessing that extends far, far beyond dental care itself.For the fairness, sensitivity, efficiency, and generosity I am extended at Dr. Irvanis office, I truly cannot recommend him enough.

Dr. Iravani is an exceptional dentist! I recently went to him for two fillings and I couldnt be happier with the results. He is incredibly skilled at what he does and managed to complete the procedure in just 20 minutes. I was amazed at how efficient he was while still being very thorough.Dr. Iravani is also very reasonably priced which is a huge plus. I didnt feel like I was being charged an arm and a leg for the work he did. Additionally, his check-in and checkout processes were seamless. I had an emergency and Dr. Aria was not open but he picked up my call and went in just to help me with my pain! That is rare! I needed an emergency dental appointment for one of my crowns that was in a lot of pain. The dentist fit me in first thing in the morning. The new patient information was easily done on their website and minimal. Everyone in the office was very nice. The dentist in particular was very direct and to the point. He was very honest, unlike a lot of places I’ve been. Since my particular case required a specialist, he didn’t charge me. He also gave me a referral for endodontic treatment. All in all, seems like a trustworthy dentist actually wanting to provide dental care to patients.

I can’t recommend Dr Irvani enough. My regular dentist was out of town and I was in so much pain on a Sunday. His website has a phone number for after hours emergencies. I texted him and within minutes he got back to me and was able to help. He came into the office straight from a plane and got me out of pain for the night til I could get a root canal the next day. He personally checked in with me to see how I was doing multiple times, answered my questions right away. I’m so thankful I found him.

A few months ago I decided that I wanted to put veneers on my front teeth. I was no longer happy with my crooked and discolored smile. Last year I switched to this dentist to get some work done + repairs on root canals/crowns from my previous dentist. I feel much more confident in Dr. Irvani and his staff to always take care of my dental needs, they are exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced. The quality of their work is truly unmatched. Dr. Irvani is an excellent dentist! I personally get a lot of anxiety from going to dentists because the local anesthesia wears off quickly and I end up feeling pain. Came in with an insanely painful and infected abscess deep under my gum and tooth which required extraction of the tooth as well as treating the infected tissue, followed by an implant. I was visiting California from Maine and had a tooth break. I was able to get in to see Dr. Irvani the next morning (a Monday) and by Friday I had a new crown in place, a procedure that would normally have taken at least twice as long. Dr Ivanis friendly and efficient staff handled all the details that first morning, tracking down my insurance info and informing me of my options, and the doctors easy going manner put me at ease immediately. And I never felt a thing, even after the extensive preparation the tooth required. The man is a wizard with a drill. Im very happy with my new crown, and though 3,000 miles is a long way to go to see the dentist, Im tempted to become a permanent patient. Since I work in the dental industry, I was aware that Dr. Irvani has an excellent reputation not only with his patients, but also his peers, so I made an appointment to see him. I have gone to Dr. Irvani for many years. In my experience he is honest, straight-forwad and looking out for his patients. My spouse and daughter have a fair number of dental problems and have always reported that he took care of problems in the simplest most efficient and patient-oriented manner, neither embellishing nor neglecting the work needed- straight practical advice with the patients needs foremost in mind. A few times when traveling, he was kind enough to email my spouse with advice - much appreciated.My own teeth have few problems but I am cursed with a small mouth and TMJ. For myself, the hygienists are as important as the doctor. I used to dread dental visits due to the discomfort associated with cleaning, my jaw protesting through the entire event. Dr Irvani has hired the two best hygenists I have ever had- Zeeba and Melanie by name- who both learned how to work within my undersized orifice deftly and quickly and my visits there have been consistently pleasant and efficient.His office staff are competent, friendly, efficient, on time, no insurance issues, easy to make or change appointments. We have been going there for over a decade and are unlikely to change anytime soon.

I cant say that visiting Dr. Arvani has been fun (replaced a crown and repaired a filling) but Dr. Arvani and his staff made the experience as stress-free as possible. I knew I needed some major work and I was given a free exam to evaluate my specific needs. I was given a clear cost estimate of the needed repairs before I left that day and I made an appointment for the next week. The intial work was done that week and the permanent crown was put in 2 weeks later. The pain and sensitivity I was feeling are gone.

I was referred to Dr. Irvani by a customer of mine about 10 yrs ago & have never even thought of changing dentists even after he moved his office,which made it a further drive for me. The friendly staff he has also made it difficult for me to want to look for another dentist. With that being said, one of the main reasons i chose to stay with Dr. Irvani is the fact that every time i have visited him i have NEVER had to wait in his lobby more than 5 minutes before i was seated, can anyone thats ever been to other dentists say that. Its not about just getting you in there so you dont have to wait in the lobby, the minute your seated the dental hygienist is there immediately performing her work & when she is done Dr. Irvani is there within 5 minutes to say hi & check to see how everything is going, whether it be social or dental related. DR. Arvani actually over-grounded one of my back molars. It was obvious that Dr. Arvani took off too much of my good tooth, through grinding it, which was what my other dentist intimated to me when he had to ty to fix it. Dr. Arvanis cap, which he put on my back molar, has fallen off twice and had to be replaced. At that time I saw him seven years ago, I refused to sign off on Dr. Arvani doing a root canal if he thought it was necessary while working on my teeth. I told him absolutely not, and that I would go to an endodontist if it was necessary. Seven years later, no other dentist ever suggested that or tried to get me to sign something that would give them the right to do a specialists work on my teeth. I have gone to three other dentists routinely for exams, check-ups, and other work, etc. Perhaps he has improved his dentistry and ethics from seven years ago, but I did not go back when it appeared that getting a good payout from my dental insurance interested him more than taking proper care of my teeth. Furthermore, at his office there were signs stating that patients would get 5% off their dental bill by posting a review online. Why would anyone post a negative review of Dr. Arvani if he could do a proper or improper job on your teeth depending on what you posted? Moreover, I was very uncomfortable with two of his female staff arguing with each other in front of me and the other patients. Also, when I smiled at him since I was new to his office and nervous, he looked at me like OMG, dont smile at me (as if I would be interested in him--NOT!). Sorry Arvani I smiled at you once out of nervousness being at a dentists office that I had never been to before. When I spoke to Arvani about whether he could help someone close to me, Arvani warmed up to me seeing I could bring in other patients for him. I have been wanting to give this true review for years since I had promised to so after he did work on me, but I never got around to it. Here is the truth of my experience, and I would never go back to him or recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Irvani is the most kind and gentle dentist that I have ever met. His office has the most state of the art equipment to perform the most state of the art new smiles. I had major decay under my “perfect smile” false teeth bridges. Unfortunately they all needed to come out. In one afternoon session the Doctors removed the bad teeth, performed bone grafts as required, and installed (5) threaded posts that the new “perfect smile” teeth will attach to. Going to the dentist is still not my favorite thing to do however; the anxiety and fear that used to come along with visits has dissolved. I recently had a terrible experience at Avalon in RSM so I switched to Dr. Irvani. This place is definitely the nicest dentist office I have ever been to. Ive been to some questionable places before so Im stoked on that. Ive always had a pretty bad experience with X-rays because the things you bite down on in your mouth hurt ridiculously bad. For the first time in my life, the X-rays didnt hurt. I was in and out pretty quick with an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed this Saturday. Im stoked to have found a good spot so close to home.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and really like the staff, the office and I believe they do work well and they’re honest. I researched many offices before trying this one out. They’ve been good, but today blew me away...I went in for a cleaning and after taking xrays I was told I needed 2 fillings. I was confused because I take care of my teeth brushing at least twice a day with an electric toothbrush, flossing every night, using mouthwash etc. and I don’t have a history of decay. I haven’t needed a filling since I was a kid. The DH asked me if I had been drinking sugary drinks, but I only drink water. She then asked me if I was adding lemon to my water, again I answered no but then it dawned on me that a few months ago I started adding vitamin C to my water. This was it. It was too acidic and was eating away at my enamel. This made sense. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and experienced they were to dig into this instead of just writing it off. Also, our insurance is about to change and they were able to fit me in before the change. Also during the cleaning Missy continues to give me tips on how to keep my oral health in the best condition. Other DH in the past just clean the teeth and never even say a word to me. I’ve never felt like they were selling me anything like I have felt in other offices. On the contrary, they stand behind their work and only recommend what they think is needed in their professional opinion. I highly recommend this dentist and the staff.
