Where do I start. I can not say enough positive things about Suneeti! Ten stars across the board! Suneeti helped my family and I rent a home in Mission Viejo. From the initial inquiry all the way through signing was incredibly responsive, helpful and professional. Suneeti went above and beyond. I’m so grateful to her for all of her help!

Had the pleasure of working with Suneeti. Very professional and informative with my rental unit. She educated me about the move-in inspection process for my tenant. We picked Suneeti Argade from a pool of Realtors because of her experience, her ability to understand the market and her expertise in negotiating the best transaction for our family. Suneeti suggested a higher that expected list price and advised and helped us with getting the home ready and staged for proper market impact. She prepared high end marketing materials, effectively marketing the property for a great exposure the first weekend. We received multiple offers and were able to sell the property for $75K more than the list price, and this, when the market had begun to adjust and some of the neighborhood properties were staying on the market for months. She also helped represent us in inspection process, where in we did not have to discount or offer incentive to the buyers. She met the appraiser and made sure to point out value features of the property and also assisted us in the termite clearance process. Her service was impeccable as at times, she would stop by in person, for timely signatures on the paperwork.We certainly would recommend Suneeti for your Real estate needs. She is very personable, professional and gets the job done.

Suneeti was a truly outstanding realtor. She helped us with the purchase of our first home in early 2022, and her knowledge, patience, and professionalism were essential to the process for us two real estate novices. She was attentive to our wants and needs, guided us through formulating a plan, helped us locate options that met those goals, navigated us through a challenging time in the real estate market, and was available and patient with our questions. In just a few minutes of chatting with Suneeti about anything related to real estate it is evident how much she loves and enjoys it. Because of that she is not only deeply knowledgeable, she is also extremely innovative. During the pandemic she found ways to still connect with her client for a personal experience and help them buy and/or sell their homes. She treats each client as if they are her friend who she is helping out rather than just a client. Her knowledge base goes beyond the Southern California, in the areas of Los Angeles and Orange County, market, which she is truly an expert on. Qualities that stand out immediately are her professionalism, superior knowledge about real estate details, and effective communication and negotiation.Suneeti has helped my wife and I on real estate matters. Suneeti has represented us as buyer or seller for homes 3 times in the past. She is a consummate professional who has over 25 years of experience and who goes over and beyond being simply a Realtor. She also demonstrates highly effective negotiating skills.Because of her thorough grasp of home renovation costs, along with an understanding of the latest home design trends – Suneeti is able to advise a seller, even with a tight budget, on impactful home improvements and staging. The bottom line is, because of her experienced input, I have seen that she sells homes for significantly higher prices than they would otherwise sell for.

Suneeti is a fantastic Realtor who goes above and beyond in helping her clients.
