Im giving this visit one star because the man who helped me with my bone density scan was wonderful. The rest of the experience was absolutely awful. I did all my paperwork online days before the appointment. I arrived 25 minutes early. I stood in line for 45 minutes before even getting to the window to check in. While I was waiting with a long line of other people missing their appointments, my first appointment was canceled For not showing up. When I explained the situation when I finally got up there, they checked me in for my second appointment without telling me they would not honor my first appointment. This place is absolutely ridiculous and appalling. There were people with canes and people over 80 that were standing in line for 45 minutes with no one helping them or letting them sit down. Do better Arcadia Imaging do better

I had an incredible experience while going for my CT. The staff were all friendly and extremely professional. My technicians Anya and Steve went above and beyond to answer my questions and make my visit as comfortable as possible. I will be choosing this office for any future needs

It was great. Everybody treated me with respect, took care of me and being in that little tunnel was no big deal. They provided a mask your protection on top of that the big protection and I was done and it was great. I will never go one of those tunnels again without a mask on my eyes, well done thank you very much

I came in as a walk-in and was quoted a hour wait but was actually seen within 10 minutes! The front desk person was kind and helpful. The radiology student who conducted the X-ray was awesome - friendly and detail-oriented. Everything was efficient and pleasant for me. There were several people in line when I was there having difficulty with getting in so it seems advisable to get clear instructions from the referring doctor and triple check arrival time and check in procedures.

My appointment was for 11:25 with a check in of 11:10-just by chance I got there at 11:00 and was out by 11:22! Quick service, my technician (Anya, I believe) was nice and great about explaining what was going on. Sure, they were busy and a bit crowded, but having an appointment always helps!

My experience was really good the staff was amazing. I was nervous at first for my biopsy but once I got in the room the nurse and doctor explained everything and would let me know what was going and and what was getting done step by step. Didn’t feel a thing very fast. Thank you for a great experience.

Everyone here is kind and courteous, apologized for the long wait time, but it seems like the long waits are an existing problem that can be solved by hiring another full time x-ray tech. I had a chest x-ray scheduled for 10:30 AM on a weekday and didn’t get in until about 11:45 AM. Quite a long wait, but given they have one x-ray tech, it’s understandable. Kevin who was my tech was great, and the team there is severely understaffed from an x-ray perspective. I hope they can hire someone quickly so that I patients schedules aren’t so impacted. I was literally in and out in less than 5 minutes after getting called.

I had a five-star experience at Arcadia Radiology Imaging! I’d recommend this place to friends and family who need imaging tests it provides.I found it wonderfully time saving being able to register for my appointment from home! I didn’t have to balance a clipboard on my lap while trying to write neatly on important medical forms.When it came time for my appointment, it was OUTSTANDING!!! Shawn the medical technician who did my two tests couldn’t have been more professional! He was also extremely friendly.He was incredibly organized and communicated every detail of the tests I was having. The tests went quickly and Shawn was GREAT talking me through them, I even learned a few new things! Arcadia Radiology Imaging is very fortunate to have an employee like Shawn on staff!

Friendly staff and plenty of parking. The only issue I had is their online system which allows you to schedule only one doctor’s requisition/order for the same day. I had two requisitions/orders and wanted to schedule both for the same day. There was a phone number to call in case you needed help with scheduling but the automated message refers you back to their online system. I finally sought help through Live chat and it literally took 24 hours for someone to get back to me.

Overheard staff tell someone at 9:20am that they were no longer accepting walk ins for the rest of the day. So keep that in mind

I came in for CT Scan & it was a great experience from the registration to the procedure itself. The tech who welcomed me was very nice & accommodating, he called my doctor fot a Stat order since I’m seeing him the following day. The lady tech who did the procedure was very nice & knowledgeable. The person who did the x-ray & DEXA scan is very patient, polite and understands the needs of extra time required by seniors. My aunt was called in very close to the appointment (although the facility management posted a sign due to shortage of staff, wait time is longer than usual)- maybe it has to do with me uploading all the required documents before the appointment date.

The staff were all so friendly. They were all fast and the place was super clean as well. Had a late appointment yesterday around 7pm after work and the staff were the best. Had kind of expected them to have the “im ready to go home” attitude which I would’ve completely understood, but they didn’t. The receptionist was so patient with everyone, friendly and helpful. The technicians that helped with my ultrasound were just as friendly. Even the cleaning lady that was cleaning the restroom when I walked over was nice and helpful. Very bad service.They charged me multiple times, more than they quoted me at the beginning. They sent me multiple wrong bills.My insurance company, blue shied of CA, paid them part of the bill. And then they claimed the insurance company reversed the payment after half year! And they bill me all again. When I wanted to talk to the supervisor, then I was told, not available.

I showed up with an appointment. There were 4 receptionists and only one was checking in the patients. I waited in front of them for more than 5min to be checked in. I got there 20 min early and it still took 50 after my appointment time to be called and there were only about 6 people in the lobby waiting. My X-ray tech had me change into a gown in the room he was doing the X-ray in. No locks but at least he knocked on the door after a couple of minutes to see if I was done changing. After the X-ray, he asked me to wait while he verified that the X-rays were good. A second guy just walks in (no knock) and says ok (my name) we’ll send the info to your doctor. Who was that guy and why did he not knock on the door for privacy?!?! Not too happy with my experience and also their appointment system isn’t very helpful.

With that being said, Daniel was super helpful with assisting me on how to get it done. Another 5 stars goes out to Kevin who took care of the X-rays needed. I was in & out within 15 minutes. They helped fix a big error still posted on their website that directs patients to do all paper work, ID sharing and appointment confirmations on line. But Also lists check-in from outside the building protocols— which are apparently NO LONGER active— but still remain listed. Not even a response from the text number to notify that this system is shut down. Very frustrating after having to wait so long for an appointment and following all of the requirements listed. Luckily, they’ve got great people to handle the intensity and chaos of Avery busy imaging center!

We have appointments at 1:20pm and asked we to arrive 1pm. After we arrived,only one receptionist.we waited about 10 minutes and one receptionist come out and check the paperwork and charge copay.then asked to wait. After we waited 30 minutes, no one callus and we asked the front desk lady.She Ck the computer and said 30 more minutes . If you want, you can do next appointment,.We decided to wait because my wife had head injuries with headaches and possibly bleeding inside the brain. Another 30 minutes was passed.There was one lady come in and said she got the call and said MRI m’échine is broken and she came for reschedule. I was so mad because no body told us. I asked the front desk lady again the m’échine is okay or not.. After10 minute, she came out and said m’échine is okay now and you have to wait 30 minutes. We decided to wait because my wife had suffering headaches. Another 30 minutes was passed and called her name. We went inside and waited another 20 minutes. I can’t wait anymore and told my wife call me after you finish because delayed a lot of my work.25 years ago,the manager came to my office and asked me to refer patient and I did. Now sorry. No more later.

I took my mom here for years, service was great but not today. They accidentally double booked the appointment which she was scheduled a couple month in advance. Instead of given her a call to reschedule, they texted my mom the day before her appointment instead. Unfortunately, my mom didn’t check her text. My mom showed up but of course they were not able to take her in. Fast forward, they rescheduled her to next day but also mentioned to her that she can come back later today at 5pm. So she did. Guess what? A different receptionist shared with her that they don’t have her down for 5pm and currently No appointment available today. What a joke!

The front office group were very helpful to me for this visit. I needed to find the authorization, Desiree? was very helpful and got it and scheduled for me. then the MRI scheduler for am shift tried to get me an earlier appt. and said if there were any cancellations she’d call, and her second shift replacement would also be aware.I got called at 9pm to come in if I could because of a cancellation. went, all were so kind . so I git my test run a day earlier. im so thankful fir the kindness. its very rare these days in the busy hustle bustle if everyones lives. thank you

The girl at check in is clearly not a morning person. My X-ray technician was very pleasant. I think his name was Kevin or started with a K. He was very nice and answered my questions. He helped start my day with a smile and great attitude.I just had a Mamo this week. I hate when employees complain about their co-workers and supervisors for everyone in the waiting room to hear. Those women need to be more professional. Complain in private and if you don’t like it there, quit and find yourself another job.

I did my FNA biopsy with Dr. Brown Charles. During the operation, the doctor first use the small needle, it seems not working as he mentioned to me. Then he said follow the procedure, he changed to a big needle for operation. After the FNA, I got sick. I got fever. My face got swollen, my neck and my ear hurt so much. I have to eat Tylenol and Motrin to relive the pain. I called them twice, they mentioned to me it’s not their problem. At last, I see my primary doctor, my doctor mentioned I got infection due to FNA. I just want to share my experience here.

I think it is extremely inappropriate to have women and men in the same waiting room in the back. Women are potentially there to have mammograms and/or vaginal ultrasounds for which they are required to change into a gown, without a bra or without pants, and then sit in the waiting room with strange men in the same room. As a woman this made me very uncomfortable and I felt very vulnerable. The service was great and my techs were wonderful, but thus is not ok.

Big overcharge!! My wife and I went there over past a couple of years for radiology and exam. The last time they charged us roughly $150 and $250 respectively as “deductible portion”. We just contacted our insurance company and confirmed that it they have already paid under “paid amount”. But they refused to return the money and kick us to their billing department which is super hard to reach by phone. We both had great faith in medical institutions before but this is an extremely bad experience!! So hard to get our money back!!Not sure if this is constant and intentional, or something happened to you too. But it won’t hurt you to pay special attention to their charges!!

Took my mom here a few months ago for an x-ray. We didn’t have to wait long at all. This evening I took her in for her MRI appointment. Front desk John was very friendly. I heard him helping others on the phone and he sounded very friendly and patient. My mom got in right away since we filled out the pre-registration online. The MRI tech was also very friendly. It made the whole experience a lot less stressful for my mom. Would highly recommend this place if you need X-ray or MRI.

First of all, it was easy to make the appointment for a CT Scan. When I arrived, nurses at the reception were great. The nurse who prepped me before the Scan was very helpful. I was very disappointed with the technician who did the Scan. It seemed like she was only there to get the job done and get me out of there. I mentioned to her that I was feeling dizzy and off balanced when I sat up after the procedure and she quickly walked out of the room saying sit there till you get your bearings. My walker was out of reach (she could have moved it closer to me) and fortunately I did not fall when I finally stood up to get it.

The young female receptionist was very rude. I came in as a walk-in with my orders. She said Optum has not authorized the US and X-ray. I explained to her that the order was the authorization, and she started to back peddle and said we dont do walk ins. The earliest available appointment is next week on 8/24. I explained to her that my doctor needs this US and X-ray by 8/14, and I am willing to wait all day. She said dont bother because its not a guarantee that well see you today or tomorrow. At this point, I knew she didnt want to help me. As a nurse, this is what is wrong with our healthcare system. You have non-healthcare workers determining your health exams. As a healthcare worker, I would advise to not go here. It may be convenient for your doctor to get your records, but this place is not worth the time. Patients look miserable in their dirty waiting room. I wouldnt know how well the techs are because I never got the chance to see them. I called Hill Imaging in Pasadena, and they said they could see me today at 13:45. Just make sure youre still NPO and arrive 10 minutes later. Done and done.

This place is poorly managed. When they set appointment times, its clear theres very little care implemented into their protocol.On two separate occasions we were quoted incorrect appointment times. I set these appointments for my elderly mother. The wait doesnt bother me personally but when my mom is forced to wait an extra hour after being told not to eat for 10+ hours.Theyll say our appointment time is 10:00 AM, but when we get there the story changes. Our appointment time was actually 9:00 AM, so my mother has to sit hungry and uncomfortable for upwards of 90 minutes.If they tell us our 10:00 AM and we get there on time, Im told by the front dear that were an hour early.If you unfortunately find yourself at this place, make sure to ask for the name of the person who provided you the appointment time. They seem to have zero regard for accountability.

You can also submit your document online which makes it faster when you check in. once I got the text and went to the front desk, took me about 10 min before I go in and another 10 min to finish. I had to go for my first mammogram (yay— the joys of hitting your 40s!). I didnt have any expectations except the usual annoyance and dread of visiting a medical office and wasting your time waiting to be seen.I received a text message the day before to confirm my appointment and fill out paperwork online, upload docs, etc.I was told I had to show up 20 minutes before my appointment time, so I did that. When I got to the window and gave my info, the receptionist was pleasantly surprised that I had completed everything already when she looked me up (I guess most people dont and thats why youre told to show up 20 minutes earlier).It was an extremely quick process after that. I sat down for maybe two minutes before I was called and led to a dressing room to change. Then the rad tech got me immediately after that. She was so warm and friendly. It was an uncomfortable but quick process and I was out of there in what felt like 15 minutes.Everything was so smooth and efficient with no wasting of time. Best medical appointment Ive had in a long time, maybe ever?

I do want to give a shout out to John Lui (I hope I spelled that right) he was so warm and friendly, They were running a little behind regarding the MRIs and a patient was upset. The staff are super friendly and were able to assist me even though I didnt make an appointment. Their policy is to make an appointment first before going in but I think it depends on the services. I had walked in early in the morning before the crowd and i got lucky. They still helped me even though they were short on staff. They have air conditioning and you dont have to wait outside. They have enough chairs in case theres a crowd yet the chairs are spaced 6 ft which I liked a lot. The facility was super clean and I felt comfortable that their sanitation was on point. There are plastic shields that are between you and the staff when speaking to the front desk but the holes in the shield were made into a perfect size so that you could still hear the staff better than most places and i was able to slide through any documents without any fears of catching covid. Quick service too! The staff will tend to your needs and they all have great attitudes like they enjoy their job for them being nice to me. very helpful and excellent service!
