My family has worked with John on several occasions throughout the years, and hes always provided top notch guidance, and market analysis. Most recently he helped us sell our home in Orange Park Acres. He knows the OC real estate market better than anyone weve ever worked with, and takes real pride in his job.He was able to successfully manage the multiple offers we received on our home and helped us close substantially above our list price. Johns the only real estate agent I would recommend in the area.

We just moved into our home, and John made the process as easy and pleasant as can be. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and a lot of things we didn’t know. John was everything we hoped for in a realtor - kind, knowledgeable, patient, and never tried to up sell us. He advocated for us when we were closing and ended up saving us a bunch of money.We’re definitely happy to be done with the process, but my wife and I both kind of miss house shopping with John! Can’t recommend enough. Hope to do business again

Working with John and the ARC team was a great experience. John was fun to work with and fast moving. John definitely loves what he does and is very good at it. Our house sold in less then a week and we were very happy with the price we got. The home went to a great new family, who should enjoy it for years.During our sale process John had many referrals for the few projects that never got done, the things that we just didnt want to do ourselves and the ones that made the house look great at the time of sale.The ARC photography team we had was awesome also. The team put together such a great video and still shots of the house, I wanted to buy the house back myself.If you are looking for a Realtor that is down to earth, will tell you honestly what the housing market is doing in your area, give you his advise and still listen to your input before listing, then John and the ARC team is for you. Just be prepared for the quick transaction because once his team starts they dont stop until the deal is done. ( I dont think John actually sleeps)Thanks again John and ARC for a job well done.BH

My husband and I are first time home buyers and we are SO glad we worked with John to find our home! John stuck by us through a LONG process of putting in offers that we were comfortable with, even through multiple rejections in this insane market. John answered our questions fast and helped us through every step. The best part about working with John is his honesty. He wasnt trying to push us to buy just anything and would be up front with us if he felt that a property had some red flags. We truly appreciated his insight and helping us weigh the pros and cons of each property and offer. Were really grateful for his patience in not only answering our questions, but in guiding us through months of property viewings to find the best place for us. Hes also incredibly knowledgeable about real estate in various parts of Southern California. We cast a wide net, and John always had insights into the homes in different regions. John is also helpful in imagining the future. We often found ourselves getting hung up on the now, but John helped us think about how our decisions today might impact what we can do years down the road. He worked seamlessly with the sellers agent, our lender, and the escrow office to get us our dream home.

We were first-time homebuyers in an incredibly competitive housing market stacked against us. We had seen some houses with a few local agents, who were nice and seemed good. Then we met John, who was totally next level. He is courteous, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. He has been in the business for decades as both a buyer and a seller, and it shows. He would notice things about homes that the other agents did not -- a bump between two beams on the floor, different shades of the same color, the grade of material or quality of workmanship. While other agents at times appeared to be full of hype and unrealistic optimism, John was honest and direct when we toured properties, pointing out flaws or potential issues, whether major or minor, or praising unique or exceptional aspects of a home. When it came to searching homes, John not only considered our asks at face value; he tried to understand the reasons behind them, and our needs and wants now but also in the future. He was patient and prompt in answering our innumerable questions about specific homes and about the process once our offer was accepted. Not only did he help us find our dream home, he provided close guidance placing our offer and during the negotiation process. With his advice, we had our offer accepted (100k below the original asking price). Toward the end of the process, when we encountered one final hiccup from our lender that required a few days to sort out, John negotiated with the seller to extend our contingency so we would not potentially lose our deposit should the unlikely happen. Thankfully it did not and we were able to buy our dream home. John was there for us doing the home buying process, and still there for us today. Since buying the home, we have asked for his advice several times and he has continued to be patient and helpful. For example, he recently helped us find someone to build a sliding glass door for our bathroom who did amazing work. We are infinitely grateful for John and his team, and only have the highest praise and recommendation. He is a veteran in the real estate market committed to advocating for and guiding his clients into their dream home.

We bought a house in August 2022 and I am so grateful that we had John to guide us through the process. He was invested in what was best for our family, provided pros and cons, asserted his own biases, and provided thoughtful insights as we decided to proceed with buying our home. We felt confident we were making the right decision for our family with his contributions and we now live in a home that we love! We were hesitant at first but after talking through the pros and cons with John during a time when so many people were telling us to wait, he helped us recognize the advantages of buying the home we wanted that was a perfect fit, despite an overwhelming number of people telling us that it was the wrong time to buy. Had we waited, and not proceeded with buying our home, we not only would still be looking for the right home, but we would be paying a 7% interest rate instead of 4.75%. I could have never imagined that selling a home would be so effortless. The Arc team knew exactly how to help me prep my home for sale. The showing process was so easy and they ended up selling my home for over asking in less than 2 weeks on the market.
