I spent a month planning to come to this business to obtain my baton permit at $175. I scheduled the day off from work today January 28, 2023 without pay at 8:00 am. I spoke to the male and female of this business and they advised me to just come to the class. Right now I am here and the door is locked. So I called and spoke with the female, who got her husband on the phone with us and he said that he did not get an email confirmation. I advised him that I was not informed of no email confirmation. I was advised to just come to the class in which he asked me, Who told you that? and I said, You did! The female confirmed to him this is what was told of me while we were all on the phone. The man said, Without the email confirmation, he was sorry. I could not enter to take the class to obtain my baton permit with my security position. So I lost a days worth of overtime pay of 8 hours at $27 an hour from my job, was unable to attend the class to obtain my baton permit and now I get to finish my day very upset at the Arc Angel Defense business. I will NEVER call them again!!!Very upset, angry and unsatisfied customer!Chad A. Ferguson

Attended a basic pistol class with Arc Angel Defense. Extremely pleasant experience. I am a super newbie and was looking to learning more about gun safety and how to properly handle a pistol.Harry is a great instructor. Hes patient, respectful, and very professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions, regardless of how remedial the questions were.Highly recommend their services and looking forward to taking more classes with them in the future.The pistol instructions were easy to follow and yield true results at the range thereafter. Im proud to share my paper target-not bad for never handling a pistol.

If you’re looking for a thorough basic pistol class then you’ve found the right place. Harry was phenomenal in teaching us the ins and outs of basic handgun instruction. We had in class teaching and afterwards, we went to the range to use what we learned. I came in with no knowledge of firearms but after our in class instruction, I felt confident to start shooting. I’m so glad I took the class because it prepared me for things I would’ve never known about handling a firearm, the laws, how to clean a firearm and also the basic stances to fire a gun. Harry has many years of experience of operating firearms as well as teaching. His classes are affordable and teaches group classes as well as personal one on one training. Can’t wait to gain some experience with my handgun and move on to his shotgun course. After your training, he also provides you with a certificate.

My experience with Arc Angel Defense was nothing short of wonderful. Harry was my CCW instructor, and not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was personable as well.There was none of that Alpha Male Tacticool BS that runs rampant among firearm training schools; the information presented was delivered in an easily digestible format, and Harry answered my questions without making me feel alienated or stupid for not knowing.Arc Angel Defense is a place where people of all backgrounds can go & get specialized training without feeling uncomfortable. I highly recommend this business if youre looking to get CCW certification, guard cards, open carry permits, or if you just need livescanning services.
