This review is based on their Oakland location - but due to the horrible customer service there, we wont be using any ARC locations. On my last print job, they charged me about 4 times as much as the exact same print job at another printer. To make things worse, when I asked to go over the invoice they became rude and aggressive. I specifically asked about certain charges that seemed to be the wrong quantities and other charges that werent what I asked for and they basically would not offer an explanation and told me I was wrong. They also printed on paper that was much larger than was needed, in order to charge me the higher price - waste of money and paper. I submitted a complaint on their corporate website - and they called to offer apologies, but did nothing to remedy the situation. In fact, they had the manager of the Oakland location call me (who was the exact same person who was rude to me in the first place) - and he was extremely rude and hostile AGAIN on the phone. We ended up using another printer, who rushed the job and got us our brochures before our meeting - at a quarter of the price that ARC quoted on their invoice. My company will never be using any ARC locations again. I advise you to do the same.

I worked here a couple times in 2016. They discriminate and harass their employees and temps. The building interior looks and smells like it hasnt been updated since the 1980s. Theres no real breakroom as they hold conferences in there half the time because there is no space left in the building, which Im sure is well over capacity and surprised they are allowed to stay open on that fact alone. There are no nearby places to eat. Theres no privacy whatsoever and they dont allow you to leave the building on your breaks, anyhow. If you are a customer or vendor then just know, they will treat you like they treat their employees. Run away as fast as you can.
