Ive been here 4 times in the past month. All 4 times they were having a two for $6 special with two different fish sandwiches and a roast beef sandwich. Two of the times I went they had no fish?! When they did - they were pretty good. So its a hit and miss game I guess.

The lower rating is due to the food itself. It still tastes like Arby’s, but the size of the sandwiches are noticeably smaller than they used to be, and the amount of beef put on the roast beef is laughable. You are basically paying for an overpriced $3+ sesame bun. Fast food just isn’t worth it anymore with the rising costs and the reduced portions.The drive thru service was speedy and fine. Curly fries were good - just expensive.

I hadnt been to an Arbys in over a year I think, but after going to this one, I might have to start trying to seek them out. Staff was friendly and processed our good deal coupon very quickly. We got the #1 small meal which was a brisket sandwich. The food was fast and fries were good. The sandwich was a little lacking in MEATS, but overall fine.

Worst experience ever. Will never come here again. Terrible service. Outside of the store there was a advertisement for a mint chocolate shake outside however when I asked for it, the drive thru guy yelled and said we do not have it. I then decided to get a jamoca shake instead. When I got to the window I recieved a small shake. Not only this, but this guy was still yelling every word. I was going to go back inside but I realized that I had no receipt nor was ever offered one. The line took close to 14 minutes for 2 cars other than mine to move through. I have also heard rumor that the frying oil is only replaced once every 2 weeks. I have never seen fast food treat their customers this terribly. I am usually very tolerant for little mistakes but this was absolutely unacceptable.

This Arbys is very clean, the food is hearty, and the service is quick and friendly. Verizon wireless signal is terrible, unfortunately. So dont try to order online from the parking lot if you have Verizon.

I was picking up a door dash delivery. They were sloppy and took no pride in their service. Handed me 3 drinks in a broken cup holder, I had to ask for a new tray, it was tossed at me to fix myself. Horrible service

I go there because I worked for Arbys in my youth. I need to stop going there because Im disappointed every time. Last time I got the 2 beef and Cheddar and the bottom bun was hard like it had been on the shelf all day. I wish there was another one nearby, but instead I just wont go anymore.

I had a great experience coming to this Arbys why? Great Customer Service, easy access to drive through, menu was easy to read with a selections of items, and plenty of parking lot. I ordered the Swiss cheese aju french roll with their yam sweet potato fries and curly fries and a nice cold Dr.Pepper drink. I suggest you to add on onions inside the French dip roll.Enjoy....

Went to the drive through here. The host just shoved the stuff out the window without looking. The fries were stale. The soda didnt have mixture right and tasted terrible. The soda was also more than 3/4 ice.

Im not sure I would buy again but I tried the Wagyu burger. No big whoop. I couldnt tell much difference. The patty was thicker than others and not as dry as fast food hamburgers. I just think I wouldnt buy again. BTW, their fries are really good,!

Came for shake and gyro sandwich. Shake machine was down. Manager upgraded sandwich to combo (drink & fries) at no charge and says to come back for free shake. NOTE: 2 stars because I paid for shake in advance prior to finding out theres no shakes. Was only told this after my sandwich was ready not before I paid for my order. No sign or mention by cashier when he took payment.Was not offered a refund of payment for shake by manager. I had my receipt and I had to ask for refund of shake I did not receive to go back to my card and then re-ring a sandwich only. Will check card transaction. Having seen Arby’s advertising on TV promoting the fish sticks and fries I drove to Arby’s on San Marcos Blvd. The picture on the display showed a basket of fries and three good sized fish sticks.As I placed my order to go the server, a very pleasant person offered two additional fish sticks for two dollars. I accepted and noted as I paid by credit card the cost was ten + close to $11:00.I arrived home and found only three very small dry fish sticks and a handful of fries. This was shared with my wife for dinner. This was my first visit to Arby’s and will be my last.

This location is drive-thru only, which wouldnt be bad if it werent for the incredibly long wait. With only a couple cars in the line it still took nearly 30 minutes. A good chunk of that was spent sitting at the speaker waiting to order.

I didnt even know there was an Arbys close by! I feel like they are becoming less available. There menus items have not changed. So your local favorites are the same. This location was not busy. Which is nice. Located on a main street. Careful on the street because it does get busy due to the Highschool and construction. The cashier was extremely professional. Thanked me as I left. Experience of 14-Jan-2020I have enjoyed Arby’s Potato Cakes for over 30-years. When there weren’t any places that offered a beef sandwich, there Roast Beef with mayonnaise with an order of Potato Cakes.I hadn’t been to Arby’s for the last few years. When an Arby’s coupon flyer arrived in the mail showing a deal of $6.79 for two crispy chicken sandwiches, I decided it was time to get another order of Potato Cakes and a couple of Chicken sandwiches.When I ordered the Potato Cakes, I discovered they offered three pairing sizes (2, 3 and 4). I had always gotten ordered two-potato cakes before. Hearing 4 Potato Cakes would be available for $3.09; I said, “Make it so!” Wait time was about 15-minutes before the order was in a travel bag.The Chicken Sandwiches unwrapped at my home were not warmer than the plate or my room. Each bite of the chicken was tough to chew, and unusually dry. My trip from Arby’s to my table didn’t take more than 10-minutes. Not enough for the sandwiches to not be more than room temperature. Potato Cakes were perfect and stopped me from going back to complain.I have many more coupons that aren’t about Chicken Sandwiches that aren’t likely to be used for a different sandwich.

Arbys is great. The food is made and kept fresh. For the people complaining about not having dine-in, we are in a pandemic. Dining in services are much harder to keep clean when understaffed as usual. We do not want to expose ourselves and our families because you want a sandwich. Drive through can be slow because people change their orders at the window, or decide they want to add more items. We, to the best of our ability provide great customer service and will always Make It Right.Be informed before you make a bad review.

Havent been to an Arbys in a while. The menu has changed quite a bit. I ignored the newer stuff as I went to get my roast beef sandwich fix.I got the 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich combo, an order of jalapeno bites with bronco berry sauce, and a cherry turnover.All the food was just as good as I remembered. I love their sauces: Arbys, Horsey, and Bronco Berry.Drive through service was fine. Had to wait a little longer because of the jalapeno bites. However, the service was great!I will definitely go again, and maybe try some of their newer menu items.

The market fresh sandwiches are delicious and I usually go for them when I want healthier options while on the go.The gyros are also surprisingly yummy and filling. Im a huge fan of Greek salad and after having some epic ones and various Greek restaurants, the salad here left a lot to be desired even though the gyros didnt.Great for a quick bite and some delicious seasonal shakes.

People on the internet joke about who is keeping Arbys in business?? Well, the entire cities of Carlsbad and San Marcos.... the line was about 15 cars deep for the drive thru (yes, it was prime lunch rush) but the entire staff was HUSTLING!! I checked out the menu for this location online before driving there. They didn’t have at least 4 of the items I tried to order with the employee saying‘it’s discontinued’ . All of the classic beef sandwiches were very dry and the meat was not even warm. I ended up going to Jack in the Box. Since I have to drive about 25 minutes to get there, it was not worth the trip! The only thing I thought was bad is that the employees cam stand around when not busy and play on their phones. To me its not teaching our young people how to be productive at all. One of the last Arbys in San Diego County, this is the go-to for a beef n chedder. Unfortunately, due to the supply chain crisis at the time of writing this (1/2/22), there are some classic items, such as potato cakes, that were removed from the menu nation-wide. Otherwise, the staff at this particular location is always polite, professional, and you tend to leave with the correct order vs missing or incorrect items as with other places. Definitely recommend Arbys, if youre in the area.

We had the new Chicken Pecan salad sandwich and when we got home to eat it all in ingredients fell out of the sandwich. The sandwich does not look like the picture, which is very deceiving, but the sandwich was very good. The chicken isnt chopped up, they are chunks of chicken and its only an ice cream scoop of chicken plopped in the middle of the bread, the grapes and green apples arent chopped either they are also chunks, the pecans are very tiny.

The Arbys on San Marcos Blvd in San Marcos has undergone a terrific make-over. The design is streamlined and clean. And the menu has had an upgrade, too, with four new sandwiches, in addition to all the traditional beef sandwiches. The steak with garlic butter was really good, although I think the bacon fights the garlic. Id leave the bacon off that sandwich.

Love Arbys and its not around the corner from me so when I go Id like to have the order right. First off the line to order went down the street. Today we went and specifically asked for 4 beef and cheddar on sesame seed buns. 2 with sauce and 2 without sauce. Going through renovations but the drive thru is still open. I have an F450 truck and it is a challenge to get it through the drive thru so be careful if you have a large vehicle. The staff is very friendly (especially the guy with the southeran accent) and the food was amazing as always.

I was confused because it had been so long, I forgot that they have only two sauces, arbys sauce, and horseradish sauce which they call horsey sauce. Take responsibility for all of your online business listing, specially those most utilized, and do not expect people to go the long route to your website. Today is 10/3/18. This in regards to the Arbys on San Marcos blvd in San Marcos Ca. The franchise is undergoing a renovation on the inside. There is no sign designating only drive thru business. A portion of the parking was filled with cars, other than construction. Wish I had known that before parking and walking inside, oh well. I proceed in the drive thru line, requesting the 2 for $6 roast beef with cheddar...they state there is no coupon...interesting, I had in in my hand...expires 10/31/18. Had to reconcile at the window. Franchise should be aware of coupons. Food was aok.
