Victor Ho helped me walk through a case after a motorist hit me on my motorcycle with no fault of my own. I truly can not describe how quick to respond, and helpful Mr. Ho was throughout the course of my case. Insurance, Medical billing, and property damage is complicated to deal with on your own, and I was able to get a maximum payout with Aramayo and Hos help in under a year. Thank you again Victor for all the help. I am so happy my settlement is closed and in the past!

Ive never been involved in an accident where I needed to hire an attorney. I wasnt sure what the process was like, or where to begin.I was recommended Aramayo and Ho, APC by my sister. From my very first conversation with Victor Ho, he was pleasant and he put me at ease. He was friendly, professional, and showed empathy immediately.He set expectations and went beyond to meet them. He was excellent with keeping me updated in regard to my case, options, and communication. I met Victor Ho from social media. He offered to call me for a free consultation to get a better understand the resources and support I need during this process. I spoke with Victor for roughly 30 minutes. That phone call changed my mindset and provided me the comfort and confidence I needed when selecting a lawyer. I opted to go with a larger firm with more (employees) — an option I regretted shortly after. The other major firm may have had more ‘man power,’ but I was left in the dark. I couldnt get in contact with my attorney when needed, and they frequently asked me to complete unnessary tasks. When I needed assistance changing medical providers, I wasnt able to contact my lawyers to transfer billing. Eventually, I felt stuck. I remembered the feeling I had after my phone call with Victor, and I wanted that comfort and sense of agency back. I needed a lawyer who I could rely on to support my needs. I reached out to Victor Ho, who transferred my case to his partner, Charles Aramayo. Charles did an incredible keeping me informed throughout the case, and worked with my medical providers. Even my chiropractor noted that speaking with Charles was refreshing, and he enjoyed how thorough and responsive Charles is! In regard to the case, Charles did his due diligence to protect me and supported me every step of the way. When my word and photo supports weren’t enough evidence for my statements, Charles did his own research, which confirmed that skid marks on the road didnt come from my car. He proved they were present years before my accident took place. Victor was the best thing to happen to us after our being given the run around by insurance companies. Although it was a small claims accident, Victor treated us anything but that. Throughout the entire process, he was clear and concise about every detail that needed to be attended to and gave us clear options for next steps. Even checked in with us when there were no big updates just so we knew we werent just a number to his firm. Although I hope to not need him again (who wants to get into accidents), I would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs his firms services. Thank you Victor!!!

Victor made dealing with a car accident more than bearable. He referred me to different clinics that were near where I lived. He followed up after every significant appointment/procedure to see how it went. He supported me, not just as a client but as a person. He went above and beyond and made lawyers less intimidating. Victor has assisted me twice with legal issues and both times, he was extremely knowledgeable, caring, helpful, and most importantly, successful. Victor is amazing! I had absolutely zero experience in what to do after a car accident, and genuinely would have walked away from the incident with nothing had it not been for him. Every step was explained so thoroughly, and it always felt like I was just talking with a really, really smart friend. If I ever get into another accident (knock on wood), I will immediately call him and know he’s there to help. I am amazed to have walked away from a traumatizing experience with more good feelings than bad.

Charles Aramayo helped me with a case I thought would be impossible to win. He was very understanding of my busy schedule and always accommodated. The fact that the attorney fees were less than others allowed me to recover more in damages which was amazing. Although my case is now closed Charles is always willing to provide support when I need it. DO NOT HESITATE TO HAVE ARAMYO AND HO AS YOUR LAWYERS!! They helped me, someone who knows nothing about the law or what to do after a car accident, with everything I didnt even know I could have. After my accident, I was ready to just file a claim with my insurance and leave it at that, but after contracting Victor, I got much needed medical treatment AND my car fixed in RECORD TIME. I didnt even contact anyone myself, he did all the heavy lifting and communication for me! Which is great, as I was a terrible wreck after my accident. Through out the entire post accident problems with the hospital, insurance or with the other party he took care of the whole situation fully. Even after everything was settled he continued to assist me with the hospital double billing or adding more bills after the fact. I would reccomend Victor any day.
