Received my equipment in a damaged box. Package was not handled as fragile, equipment was just put in the box without any bubble wrap. Package was not pack properly.This equipment was calibrated for me by my Dr. Because of the way it was ship, I dont know if it will benefit my needs. I have contacted my DR and this company.Speaking to your representative, who was very pleasant and understanding. I offered to send pictures of how I received my equipment and was told there is no way to send theses pictures to your company. I am still waiting for answers.

Had an appointment for pickup at 5. Arrived 10 minutes early and was told it would take fifteen minutes or less. Waited until 5:15 and called again. Guy answered and said oh...your waiting...let me see. I will have it out soon. At 5:20 the box came out. Looks like they left you high and dry out here. Its a good thing you called. Really?

Apria’ service was very good as far as prompt delivery and friendly phone customer service. My health insurance paid for a Drive Power Neb Ultra Compressor Nebulizer. I was still sent a required form that asked for my guarantee of payment. This was very confusing since my healthcare company approved the payment in full. My only other critique is that the instruction manual for the compressor nebulizer lacked a much needed diagram picturing and labeling the included individual parts. Where the circular white foam filters went took a while to determine what they were for and where they should be installed.

New to Apria. Kaiser member. Just got a new CPAP machine through Apria which arrived with the wrong tubing. I called Apria 3 times to get it corrected. Was hung up on twice, after being on hold both times. Got through the third time to a representative who insisted I had the correct tubing. (I have been using CPAP machines for 15+ years and know the parts to my machine)I finally got it through to her that I needed the grey heated tubing and not the white, non-heated tubing. She said she would mail it. 10 minutes later she calls back and says she can’t ship it because I need a new prescription for the correct tubing. At this point I politely told her that the situation was out of hand, and not my fault.I terminated the call and contacted Kaiser, who told me I did not need a prescription for them to fix the error and they would take care of it. I am not looking forward to dealing with Apria in the future if this is their level of customer service.

I was able to rent a transporter chair and was also able to have it picked up. When I scheduled a pickup, the operator did not tell me that I needed to be there for a signature, even though that turned out to be the case. I wish they would have told me ahead of time.

Absolutely TRASH customer service! I paid and confirmed my order and information with an official sales representative when they called my phone this morning. They said i can go pick up my CPAP device TODAY. Later I called the actual location in el segundo to confirm if I can pick up my order and the first lady that picked up said wait for a call and someone will call you and she took my phone number. I waited for a few hours and called back close to closing and another girl picks up the phone saying no they ment theyll call you if they need to verify information and I told her no, the first girl I talked to earlier took my number down and told me to wait for a call then the the 2nd girl says okay and she disconnects the phone. I had to call back once again for a 3rd time and then a guy answers and puts me on hold multiple times and finally says inventory isnt done yet try again Monday. I was sooo pissed off. Apria is very unprofessional and disorganized. Thank God I didnt drive there expecting to get my device today with traffic going on. Im a first time customer and this experience put a bad taste in my mouth. Ill never buy from this company again.

The 1st rep did not correct an old address so when i tried yo log in to sign RSS i could not as my info, which i provided ws not correct. I had to then call (mean while my equipment was delayed and i have not received it yet) and the cs rep was RUDE. I have never spoke with any agent more condescending and blatantly rude before. If i have a choice i will never use this company again. I only hope there are no issues with my equipment

I had the most wonderful experience at APRIA in El Segundo. Thanks to the professional, and hardworking customer service I have ever been treated with. Clarice Ligon-Johnson is as professional as they come. Not only is she a people person, but knows her craft. She explained everything to me with ease. I wish I would’ve met her a month ago, because that’s how long I been trying to order a cpap machine. Clarice didn’t beat around the bush, she put it in her hands to find out why this was taking so long. So here I am 2 days later I finally got my cpap machine. Thank you for your hard work, and caring about the customers. I appreciate you work so much Clarice.

My delivery instructions were to call me a half hour before delivery so I could meet the delivery. The porch is exposed to the street and porch pirates are around.We came home later and the delivery was on the porch, with no phone call.They said the delivery was signed for, which was impossible.Apria has competitors that might not do business this way.
