2024-02-05 19:25:34I already know I am going to have a “perfectly fine” battery according to Apple but the lady at the front checking people in was speaking non-sense, I got shooed out of the store without her even telling me what time my appointment is, zero stars, sad you want me to pay for a battery when I have to bring a portable battery with me anywhere just to keep my iPhone 13 Pro from dying twice a day. Oh did I mention I even pay for Apple care too??? They want me to pay because my phone shows 85% battery health, my last phone stayed at 81 percent for a year, what a joke of customer service, wouldn’t even offer to help me to switch to my other phone saying I have to go to T-Mobile as well unless they are getting money from me.Added a picture of the empty store with at least 7 employees twiddling their thumbs when I have to wait for over two hours? Already waited for over an hour.

2024-07-01 19:54:20I wish I could give a zero star. I want to repair my Mac for slight water damage. I just want to explain to the service guy but he didn’t even listen to me. The word ‘water damage’ like triggered a button on him and he insisted it would cost 300 dollars (my Mac has apple care +). He didn’t even take a look or did an inspection. He just said needed a replace of disk. I think that is ridiculous since my Mac works fine. Then I went to UCSD bookstore. The guy there was so friendly and professional. He did a full inspection first and said everything was good and I just need a replacement of display which is free with apple care plus. Anyway, I’ve never seen such a rude, unprofessional and arrogant service guy.

2024-06-19 03:30:53After a long wait and some minor confusion finding an employee… MARCOS was an absolute pleasure!!!! He was able to assist me with my issue and fix in 15 minutes what I was unable to figure out in a week!!!! Thank you MARCOS for the excellent customer service!!!!

2024-04-16 21:39:27Had a wonderful experience getting my phone repaired. While I waited, there was a Procreate presentation from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., and my friend and I loved it. Every staff member I interacted with was awesome!

2024-04-27 00:47:38These guys are super busy but they made time for me when my work computer broke down at 5 PM. Every one was incredibly kind and helpful and got me out of there by 7 PM with a new laptop, all data transferred and backed up and a smile. Very happy with their service.

2024-04-03 23:15:54I had an appointment at 4:40pm, so I arrive on time and I’m directed to wait at one of the tables, and that someone will be right with me. After a half hour goes by watching employees stand in a huddle on their ipad’s, or help customers walking in to ask about the vision pro, I walk up to an employee to see what’s going on and she very rudely told me that my technician was on his lunch and that there was a call out, so I should go and sit where I was waiting. About 10-15 minutes later my technician, who was very helpful, comes out. I have no problem with waiting, I completely understand call outs and things happening, but why wasn’t I informed when I got there? Why was I told someone would “be right with me” when in reality it would be almost an hour when I had an appointment in the first place? I could have walked around the mall a bit or got some coffee or came back whenever they were ready instead of sitting and waiting for over 40 minutes looking like an idiot while everyone else is being helped, even at the same table I’m sitting at. Multiple times an employee would come over to put something in the drawer next to me and no one ever said a word. I made eye contact with them multiple times, they would look at me and still nothing. I’d say if you need help, choose a different store but if you’re buying something, you’re definitely at the right place because their priority is clearly only sales.

I took two classes here this Saturday on how to improve my photography skills and how to shoot more cinematic videos using my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I highly recommend taking their classes for the info and the friendly people teaching you. Both my instructors were great and would take more classes with them. Make your reservation on line and grab a box. (You’ll know what I’m talking about when you get there) Thank you guys down at Apple UTC

2024-05-09 04:05:37Terrible arrogant service .. I’ve been a dedicated Apple customer and pay for the enhanced AppleCare+ monthly and never use it .. last week I accidentally crack the screen and brought it in thinking the screen would be replaced with the $29 service fee they promise with AppleCare+. After waiting they declare “it’s a scratch not a crack “ and say they won’t repair it unless I spend $99 which I can do without AppleCare .. no standard of definition a crack is offered .. the arrogant manager Frankie comes over and does the same thing even though the crack, and yes it’s a crack it happened from a drop .. and bothers me when I use the screen .. he says it’s a scratch again no standard offered .. how arrogant no wonder apple is under investigation for arrogant monopolistic treatment of customers .. they deserve the investigations and don’t deserve loyal customer like me that pay 000s per year on products and services and never even use AppleCare+ .. no wonder their margins are so high .. they just collect the fees and declare everything as not covered and play judge and juryCan wait for the standard Bs “we’re so sorry to disappoint we aim to do our best and bla bla bla “

Them “Do you have an appt?” -Me “no, i just want to buy a battery.“Them “you need an appt “Them “Its going to be two hours “Me “can I just buy a battery”Them “you need an appointment “If your 30 people in there cant help the 10 people in there…. I for-see the downfall of apple products.Im buying a battery of the internet. I was gonna pay extra if you could do it quick.Dont waste money here, just go on youtube and learn to do it yourself. Its faster than 2-3hrs
