Pretty bad service the give a appointment for two hours later, and then when the time comes up they send me a message and after 5 minutes they send me another one saying that they move forward with the next appointment, so I show upIn the store waited for another half an hour and hasn’t been help yet.

Bought a laptop for my business today after retiring my 11 year old desktop. I went in a while ago to feel the difference between the 14” and 16” MacBook pro and wanted to make my purchase online to be fulfilled through the Mission Viejo Store. I paid for the same day delivery and it arrived within a couple hours in perfect condition. So excited to open my new Laptop and get started! 💻

This has to be the worse Apple store in the chain. I called in advance to ensure a Tech would be available and was told to come in. Upon arrival, I was told to come back tomorrow. My displeasure was escalated to 3 people each of whom showed no concern for me or the fact that I was told to come in. As if the experience wasn’t bad enough, I was given a dissertation on Tech staffing. I’ve never seen such a universal disregard for customer service across multiple employees — in one store.

I am computer challenged, so let start by saying I need lots of help with my Mac Air. Tyler is the Genius technician who helped me. He is upbeat, friendly, intelligent, and kind. He answered all my questions and never lost patience if I needed to see how something was done more than once.I went to another computer repair shop to help me get back into my locked out Mac.( I forgot my password) they wanted me to leave my computer and pay $100. Tyler had it fixed in only moments. Lesson learned that I need help start with Apple. I am very impressed with how they treat their customers. They made sure every step of the way I was checked in and helped.Tip: located in Mission Mall close to Nordstrom, upstairs

The technician attempted to deceive me by insisting I needed to purchase a new phone when all I required was a screen replacement. Furthermore, without asking for further details, they immediately inquired about water damage. They provided no alternative solutions for screen repair. Seeking clarity, I approached another employee who outlined a more professional approach. They suggested examining the phone for water damage, with the assurance that if present, they could reassemble it and return it to me. Conversely, if there were no signs of water damage, they would proceed with the screen replacement service. This stark contrast in professionalism between the two interactions vividly.

Stopped by after work to ask how much an ipad mini case costs, and to ask if its worth getting a case with the keyboard included. i stood by the wall with the ipad cases for 10 minutes while everyone else was busy. nobody even bothered to let me know that they would be with me shortly. i walked out after feeling like an idiot for wastingmy time.

I visited the Apple store in Mission Viejo and purchased an iPhone 13 for my mom. She encountered significant issues with it, and sometimes the videos do not display properly. While attempting to comment on Instagram, she faced difficulties. I explained the situation to one of the Apple store staff. Initially, he claimed I didnt purchase the iPhone from their store, but after showing him the receipt, he attempted to downplay the issues. I clarified that the problems were intermittent. Its absurd to think I would bring my moms iPhone here without a valid reason. I requested to speak with his manager, and other rude individuals joined the conversation with raised voices. This was an unprecedented and disappointing experience in any Apple store. This is a shame for Apple.
