Clean store, good vibes, everything is structured properly and it seems like they’re always busy or helping someone. Apple always has great products The only beef I have is sometimes it gets very pricey, and then the age of irritation of needing to buy a new charger for a new device. But other than that seems like a great place if you’re an apple aficionado.

Went in to purchase a iPad but wasn’t sure which one. Michael Hawkins assisted me and let me tell you he was outstanding. From asking the right questions to find out what my main use would be for so he could recommend the right iPad. To him really answering all my million questions and being so patient and accommodating. I had to switch payments last minute and he was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This guy truly deserves a raise and a promotion. I even purchased some accessories and got coverage. Thank you so much Michael for all your help you are a true asset to Apple. The location of this Apple Store in an amazing nice mall, the store was busy, as always expected; however, I dropped their to get the new Apple Vision Pro, and thankfully, the staff were so much cooperative, helped me a lot and I got it at no delay, the security employees helped me as well to get outside to the Uber car, since it was raining.

Terrible service, Lairs, cheats, and con artists make up most of the staff. They say youll leave with a working phone.... you wont. They say well take care of you..... they wont. They say itll be covered under the warranty you pay for... it wont be. They make promises they cant keep to take your money and rob you blind. Give your money to someone else.

Had a Genius Bar type issue with my old iMac. Made appointment online. Was greeted immediately when I arrived and meeting was set up at the “bar”. This is a sort of admin person who then calls over the tech after asking some questions. Tech arrived within 5 minutes and addressed my problem. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Both employees were friendly and helpful. Manhattan Village is large so to find the Apple Store, look for Islands along the outside and part across the driveway in the structure or anywhere near. Enter the mall in the doors between Islands and Macy. Hang a right and you’ll see the Apple Store.

Went to the Apple Store earlier this afternoon and received the best customer service. It took long because I wanted a new phone and laptop. The Apple employees were able to educate and update me on the latest Apple gear since I have no clue what’s going on with technology today. Natalie and I think a guy named Bryan/Ryan helped us. Another girl with head wrap helped us find the perfect phone and laptop. The other two helped me set up my phone and laptop. This was so much easier compared to if I had done it alone. THANK YOU!Update: 05/17/2024, 9:04PM PSTCame to get my iPhone 14+ replaced and this bone skinny, Hispanic looking guy with dark glasses was recommended to me and my fiancé. I couldn’t remember my Apple ID pw so he recommended that I reset it. Mind you the new update does this security thing that takes up to an hour. He said that after the hour that we could come back and he’d have my phone replaced. We came back before the hour (8:40PM) and the guy WASNT EVEN THERE. We were approached by a heavy set Hispanic guy (no offense, for the sake of description) and he said that 1) they do not replace iPhones with warranty. They just fix the screens but keep them overnight and will be ready for pickup the following morning. The previous guy did not tell us any of this. He didn’t even stick around for the time that he said he would to help us. HE JUST COMPLETELY VANISHED. This location has disappointed me to the point of not returning. The first guy approached us with pure confidence and lied to me and my fiancé’s faces. I cannot spend my hard earned money at a place that won’t take the time to hire honest and trustworthy people.If you say you’ll be around to help me and that you’ll replace my phone, I expect you to do just that. I do not like to played and thrown through hoops for basic service. You do not have to worry about seeing me or my money again.

Saturday purchased iPhone for my son and he left his case in the store we went back in 10 min, spoke to a different sales man he was super RUDE said he don’t would not help said we keep I lost and found and it’s not there. But was in the trash and the cord was missing in the box and very rudely he said it’s not his responsibility to watch, he was yelling and talking had no manners to speak to a customer he said if you buy $1500 or $30,000 once ur done buying it’s ur responsibility you lost it’s like we don’t care super RUDE . Person who sold the phone was nice but he left don’t know who threw the case in the trade and too the cord out why was it not in the lost and found and was in trash where was the store MANAGER when employees speak like this I had to purchase the cord horrible customer care I don’t know if it was cause I was Indian they spoke to me this way? Like I was nothing ? Did not care ?

Spent more than 3k and I was asked to make several calls to pickup my new computer only to find out they effectively changed the pickup time without notifying me. As a result, I ended up waiting an hour in the store.

They are HORRIBLE!Shuch a bad customer service even less humanity…I went there last 04/22 arround 3pm and a young guy with tatoos on his arms I saw among other tattoos a treble clef and a pentagram on his right wrist said he nedeed my laptop serial number to repair it even if I show him the invoice in my name but the true is we can find that number under the laptop… he knew it! I even asked him! He told me he couldn’t do NOTHING but he just tried to make me lose my time…Incompetente at an extreme level

Stopped by to request some assistance with recycling my mother’s very old iMAC after quite a long day. Felt that I needed to give a proper shout out to Manager Chris and Daniel the Genius for being authentic and truly going above and beyond with helping us.
