Ahmed at Apple Fix It Pros is just a good person… honest, generous, kind… it shines through in how he does business and is further reflected in the growth of his company.I recently outgrew an old MacBook Pro he had helped update the software on. He helped me keep it running for years beyond its expected lifespan… so of course, I turned to him for guidance on my next steps and he was beyond fair… he was so generous in what he offered me…If you have any Apple computer (not iPhone or iPad) problems or are looking to upgrade… look no further!! 12/27/23 - I’m not a tech person and technology makes me nervous at times, but the men at this business are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable explaining the tech issues, as well as how they will fix them when it comes to your personal device. All around an amazing place and crew. They are patient, honest, and they get the job done extremely quick.I took my computer to get fixed because it was infected with malware and they were able to get it fixed by the following morning!The price to get it fixed was fair and reasonable in my opinion. Plus they were able to update my computer with the latest software.They explain the process and how they’re going to fix the computer so you’re not left in the dark too.

Well that was easy. These folks are the real deal. They are are tech experts, not salesmen or up-sellers. Honest prices and fast, fast, fast turnaround times. Had my MacBook with a swollen battery and butterfly keyboard issue repaired in a few hours.I had tried getting just the keyboard issue fixed a few months ago through one of Apples recommended service centers in the area, but they seemed disinterested and that started to become more trouble than it was worth.Glad I found AFP. If you value your time/money and just need your equipment to work, then this is the place.

I been going to this place few months and the owner always have great customer service!!! I had M2 Air 8GB Ram 512SSD past few days I noticed I am heavy user comes to editing, rendering, and multitasking with web browsing. I decided to get the MBP 14 inch M1 Pro let me tell you it’s a beast!!! The owner is awesome and knowledgeable comes to Computers. The Computer looks Brand new no scratches or scuffs. He makes sure it is good to go before you leave.If I need Mac Studio or mini going straight to this store. I recommend anyone if need MacBook. Thanks again to the owner and the staff!

I have been working with Ahmed at Apple Fix Pros for a few years and I cant say enough good things about him. He is so knowledgable and explains everything so you know exactly what is going on with your computer. His turnaround time is unreal...I dont know how he gets it all done! Ahmed is great!!! I have two laptops, both needing upgrades and one needing repair. He explained all my options in a simple way for a low tech guy like me to understand and provided recommendations. I greatly appreciated him fixing both computers the same day as my work schedule would have delayed my picking them up by three to four days. The prices are very reasonable and I saved hundreds of dollars by not having to buy a new computer. I will recommend Apple Fix Pros to anyone in need of computer repair/service.

I was so nervous about getting my MacBook Pro worked on. I own my own business and I need my computer every day. I didn’t have the time for a long drawn out fix but I also couldn’t afford to go buy a new one. Still, couldn’t watch the spinning blue circle any longer! All my anxiety was for nothing, however, because Ahmed fixed it — better than new — in a matter of hours! I cannot recommend him more. He is personable, explaining everything clearly, and the price was very reasonable. I am a very happy customer.

I was experiencing issues with my MacBook Pro getting hot and maxing out its RAM, so I took it in to have it looked at. Ahmed was great. He talked me through his thought process, did a free hardware inspection, and communicated with me throughout the process about what hed be doing, why he was doing it, when it would be done, and how much it would cost. He was always professional and easy-going. Id highly recommend Ahmeds services.

Ahmed was super knowledgable and helpful in communicating the issues and potential fixes. It was the compete opposite of my experience working with the Geek Squad in the past.I never felt like he was pushing any particular service. I brought in a 2009 iMac (yes, quite an old machine) and he got it running again within 1.5 hours for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to take care of you!They upgraded my 2010 MacBook Pro hard drive with an SSD drive that I provided. They provided additional software (MS Office Suite) and upgraded the OS all at no additional charge!A couple of weeks later I noticed that the sound wasn’t playing and my videos wouldn’t play either. THE BEST COMPUTER EXPERIENCE EVER!My 2012 macbook pro hard drive died on me and of course, I hadnt backed up my data. After calling apple care, I was told that this may be hopeless and was told to find a data specialist. I looked up apple fix pro and saw their glowing reviews so decided to give them a try. I called and talked with Ahmed and he said to bring my computer in anytime. After a few days of TLC, he was able to recover my data and upgrade my computer. I basically have a new computer for a fair price. He is nice, keeps you in the loop with good communication and overall the best for apple products. I would definitely recommend him!

I came back to Sac town from an overseas trip with my broken MacBook Air. I googled the net to look for a repair shop and found plenty of them. After some thought I decided to go with Apple Fix Pros. It is because of the flawless reviews they received from customers as well as being less than a 20 minute drive from me.To make a long story short, I scheduled the appointment on their website and within that 5 minutes a guy called me back to confirm. I met up with a gentleman named Ahmed (computer psychiatrist & owner). He ran a free diagnostic to see what was going on with my Mac. He found out that it was a logic board that needed repairing/replacing and came up with many plans/options as well as advising me of the best solutions to which I had to choose from. I decided to go with the board replacement. Ahmed pointed me to a reputable company to get it from. Once it arrived, he worked on it, but found other issues and told me right away. He told me the number of things needed to be done in order for my comp to be running again. During this discussion he said although he could easily make these repairs its best for me to get a new one due to the cost of it exceeding the value of the machine. Even though this is a comp repair shop, not a store, Ahmed had some on hand and I was able to get one from him that day.I am glad to come across with this company and am very happy with new comp. I am so delighted with all the interactions with Ahmed that I went back the next day to have them do the up-grading on my brothers MacBook pro and now he is also happy as hell, enjoy playing his rebuild-new machine.I am grateful to Ahmed. I found him to be humble, friendly, honest, sincere, genuine and above all trustworthy.Dont just take my words for it, go there and see it for yourself. Thank you Ahmed!

From beginning to end the service was phenomenal. Friendly and professional environment, not to mention the prices, the lowest I seen around took my computer to many different places to include the apple apple and everyone was trying to change and repair things that didnt need repair. These guys only charge for the things that were necessary and now my computer runs better than ever for a fraction or the cost. Took two Macs in, one for repair and the other for an upgrade. They diagnosed the laptop for repair for free and told me it really wasnt worth the money to repair since it was over 10 years old. I appreciated the honesty there as they could have easily charged me for a product I wouldnt have been happy with in the end. So the money I saved on the repair I poured into upgrading an older iMac that I was concerned about opening to upgrade myself. I must say, for the age, and the internals, the SSD upgrade, and OS bypass service, really made this an amazing machine. Boot time on a clean install went from several minutes to about 15 seconds. I also was able to procure a nice keyboard at the same sore that can be really expensive through Apple or eBay. All service aside, it was Ahmeds care and genuine honesty that made me a customer of theirs for life. While you wont find me buying new Macs directly from Apple, what Ive got they will take care of and if I find myself with any more classics in the future I know where to go for upgrades and repairs. After 3+ decades of being careful around my computers, I spilled _apple juice_ on my old MacBook Pro. Ahmed came to the rescue, set me up with a replacement Mac (that could fit my solid state drive), ported the drive, updated the OS and firmware, and did it all in probably record time. My MacBook Pro hard drive recently died, and (of course) I had no backup. I brought it in to Apple Fix Pros just before closing time. By the next morning, Ahmed had brought it back to life, all files preserved. My computer is in better shape now than it ever was, thanks to Ahmeds bells-and-whistles tune-up. I am extremely pleased with the hard drive and RAM memory replacement these guys performed on my late 2014 iMac. They were extremely responsive and eager to help me with my situation. Before I took my computer in I let them know that I have a special situation where my computer isnt on a typical iMac stand but is configured for a VESA mount. They basically said No problem. We can do that without the stand. I brought by iMac in and they performed the hardware replacements on the same day, with a smile. Highly recommend them for extending the lifetime of your Apple computer. I will be going back.

I brought mt macbook pro with touchbar here to see why my screen had blacked out and laptop would no longer turn on. I left them my laptop and they diagnosed that my logic board was fried, much appreciated. Upon giving me back my laptop they tried to hide the new problem they had caused with it. The hinge on the laptop now made a huge clicking sound as if something was catching or not set into place correctly, which had made no sound prior to me bringing it. But besides that, he tried to put it back into the box that I’d brought it in so I wouldnt further inspect it, a few weeks later I took it out of the box to send to another company to fix my logic board, and find that someone had cracked my screen maybe accidentally upon disassembling to see whats goin on. But they covered it up with glue and black marker I cant believe I missed it when he showed me the laptop again. Idc for the laptop as much as I do for honest business. Wish the owner of this place would contact me to make things right

Mechanics, doctors and computer fix it guys. How do know if they are giving you the straight dope. You often dont. It comes down to trust.You can take off computer fix it guys from the list if you go to Apple Fix Pros. They were straight forward and fixed my problem. While they give you options to enhance your computers functions and capabilities, they dont push or try to up-sale you. Very happy with these guys.
