Today one of their genius specialists helped resolve audio issues on my moms iPhone. This was totally worth it and free! Talk about value from a company! I saw they were teaching an apple watch class which was fun to watch as I waited for service. I believe our specialist was Ashley, super good at what she does and helpful.

People are great at this location. Unfortunately, my MacBook Pro M1 computer is terrible. Please stay from buying any new apple computer. I thought buying the newest brand new computer in 2021 would save me time, money, and a headache. However, I contact apple almost on a daily basis. I am a business owner and software developer. I have 0 time to waste. It is so difficult to unglue myself from my business or developing the software that supports my business. But I was able to go drop off the computer at this Brea location last week. Thank god I did a backup on all my most important files (I had to spend money on a backup, since apple is notorious for deleting information) I dropped it off at the store, and the computer had microphone issues, there was issues with the software and other things I wont bore you with, but know that the person helping me had to write a bible of issues in order to have my computer sent to a repair center.I took possession of the computer yesterday. I immediately see a scratch on the monitor. I asked Dax, the person that gave me computer, if we can fix it. They said that I will get an email. Guess what? no email. I opened my computer to start working this morning. ALL CONFIGURATIONS WERE DELETED! Can you imagine being a writer, and having all of your research and systems you have been putting together just wiped!? that just scratches the surface. In addition to this, I notice that I need to charge my laptop. Guess what, charger doesnt fit!! It plugs in, but it doesnt fit like the laptop I had. This is definitely too much. I bought this computer to be able to support my business, and it has been the worse decision. There is nothing that brings more issues to my business more than this product. DO NOT DO IT! Just get a Lenovo Thinkpad laptop if youre a software developer and especially if you are a business owner. Youd pay less, and will have ZERO problems!

I wish to give zeroI booked Vision Pro demo, and they let us to wait at table, wait for call, and we never get call, and get text message said my appointment is canceled. So we booked again, they told me I can not do the demo with my wife together because it is 1:1 experience, I said I will just wait over here with her at table, and one of their supervisor come over with rude voice said” it is one on one experience, please leave the table” I said I just stand here and wait. She said “ you can not wait here, please leave”

Last time I walked into an Apple Store, it was at Beverly Center. That time I was greeted by a staff member who asked what I was looking for, and I walked out of that store with $1200 worth of merchandise. Today, I cruise through the Brea store for 15 minutes- staff was joking and laughing with each other. I walked out of the store empty handed. Disappointing. I probably would have bought something too, being a fan of Apple products.

Bad customer service, my girlfriend and I signed up for the vision pro demo, gave our phone numbers and we were told it would be a 20 minute wait and so we ASSUMED that because they had our numbers they would call or text us. After about 30-40 minutes there was still no text or call so I went back to ask and the lady told me my appointment was no longer available because we took longer than 20 minutes to come back and I asked her what the point of taking our phone call numbers was and she gave me a bogus answer, so we wasted 30-40 minutes because she did not communicate to us that she WOULD NOT CALL OR TEXT US as a heads up, all I got was a “sorry”. Terrible service next time communicate better with customers to avoid frustrating and wasting their time.

O Apple Customer Support Team: this is a complaint from an unpleasant experience I as a customer had today 5/27/2024 while receiving in store trouble-shoot support at apple brea mall location. My appointment confirmation at 2:30pm PST. Upon my initial discussion with the technician about my iPad’s lightning connector housing’s (charging port) spotty connection which I suspect requires either a cleaning job done or perhaps replacing of the charging connector on the device, without having even turned on the device or test it with a different charging cable, the technician came to a definitive conclusion that my iPad has reached its life span and needs to be replaced. I was confused about this quick determination with the device functioning normally otherwise but was then assured by the tech that instead of repairing, I would need a new device. Having heard of this, out of curiosity I asked him what would be the residual worth of the device with it carrying this charging port connection issue and was told that the current value of my otherwise function device would be $0. I was abit shocked by how quickly and how casually this man, as a professional tech working for Apple, was to come to conclusions about issues brought to his attention without even having turned on the device or doing any testing whatsoever about it. I hesitated abit and asked for his further support to inspect the connecting port (housing of the charging connector) as it would only make sense to have the d ice fully inspected with the both of us already sitting at this troubleshoot appointment but was immediately told that I had to go back online and book for a new servicing appointment, then bring back the device on that new appointment to do any further testing at all. This has made me suspect Apple’s professionalism with allowing such an employee on staff. Obviously I already booked for my appointment and came to the appointment, but having only received verbal confirmation that my device is broken to a point of carrying no repair value anymore, any further discussions are also being denied by this man and I had to search for help from scratch. This determination by the tech was every bit unprofessional as a joke and reflective of the employee’s irresponsible characteristics . I highly suggest that Apple takes immediate action to either give serious training to this employee or simply remove this person from the staff to avoid further damage to the credibility and reputation of Apple.

Thank you so much to Bob at the Apple Store Brea Mall! He did such a great job conducting my Apple Vision Pro demo. I went there when they first opened at 10am on a Wednesday and only had to wait a few minutes before checking out the gadget. It’s so much better than any VR headset I ever used before. I watched YouTube videos about it but you really have to wear it to see for yourself how amazing this gadget is. Thanks again to Bob and all the hard-working employees there! I’m going to start saving up and hopefully I will be able to buy the Apple Vision Pro soon

We have been going to the Brea Apple Store for many years now and have always found the staff to be very attentive and friendlyThe last time I went to the store I brought in my iPad to see if they could fix it because it wasn’t going back to factory settings . unfortunately for me iPad has bricked and I was forced to buy a new one which was fine but it would’ve been nice if I could’ve gotten it fixed and traded it in for some creditit is what it is still very happy with this location

Don’t trust them!!! I went there to have my 4 year old battery replaced. They said they replaced it with a new battery. Six months later my new battery is worse than my four-year-old battery. I have to keep it on the charger almost all day to keep a charge. Don’t trust these guys find another store I wasted 100 bucks.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.The guy Michael clearly doesn’t like his job and acts accordingly. He approached my sister and when she told him her phone needed repair he said “it’s a 2 hour wait time for that” and simply walked away. My sister and I were standing there for over 2 hours and she decided to go ask him and he saw her and said “oh, you’re still here”. And when he finally decide to help, he deleted EVERYTHING on her phone, all the pictures and videos from the past 2 years, apps, passwords.This is simply unacceptable but unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about it, homeboy will continue to mistreat people. That’s what you get for purchasing the most expensive smartphone out there. After all this, I’m ditching Apple for good.
