2024-06-30 21:19:42Immediately walking in I was confronted with the strongest scent of cat pee. I had to endure this obnoxious scent for a few hours because the queue was so long. I came at the time they told me but had me wait for an extremely uncomfortable wood box they had on the floor that had no back support. I couldnt leave because it was my appointment time but they told me not to leave because I could avoid my time speaking with the apple specialist. Is this how an establishment such as Apple should conduct business? On my old day off and I had to wait for hours to talk to some kid who didnt even give me the time of day. Did I mention Im allergic to cats? Yes my allergies flared up while I was here. Switching back to Android after this experience!!! I took a pic of the seat they had me someone with a back disability sit in!

He helped my wife and I find the perfect tablet and new I phone 15 pro. He also signed us up for a good affordable protection plan for my clumsy self. He makes the extra effort to help you with any technical questions, provides good suggestions, very professional. This guy is smart! He’s just a very high quality employee and we were lucky to snag him when we walked in. Thank you Liam. Job well done.

2024-03-17 01:09:55I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism exhibited during my visit to the Genius Bar. Thomas appeared impatient during our interaction. Despite my efforts to understand the process better, he responded negatively, culminating in a remark that he did not “want to get into arguments with me.” This was unsettling as I was merely seeking clarification on the repair process, which I believe is a reasonable expectation for any customer.This experience was not only unhelpful but also made me feel undervalued as a customer. I am a strong advocate for Apple’s products and services; however, this experience has left me questioning this loyalty.I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and addressed accordingly. Additionally, I believe this situation underscores the importance of continued customer service training. Ensuring that all staff can provide supportive and patient assistance is crucial to maintaining the high standard of customer service associated with Apple.

2024-02-04 20:30:12I purchased the apple vision pro and picked it up in store. During the demo season, I felt uncomfortable and size not a good fit, but the staff told me to take the device back, try it home and then come back if still not good fit.After a few hours, I felt it is not a good fit, so I brought to store, would like to have a size fit. They just gave me one different size to have a try, it was still not good, I would like try some seals with different size, but they told me that is it, nothing they can do.They whole process took 90min, most time waiting they resolved their system issue for replacement the seal.Really frustrating experience.It took more than 90min, however

2023-04-30 19:35:42Small and crowded Apple Store. My tip is to come early to beat the crowds later in the day. This mall store is not as swanky as their flagship stores but carries all the basics.

2024-03-18 18:47:36Went in because my charging ports werent working and one had something stuck in it.Despite a clear conversation about the fact that my computer wasnt backed up and that they wouldnt touch the software or hard drive at all, the guy helping me wrote the wrong thing on my service request form and they ended up erasing my entire hard drive.Also, the guy ALSO forgot to write down the problem I went in for, so my charging ports still dont work and were never inspected.When I asked the guy what happened and why he wrote down the wrong service request, he told me he was working with multiple customers at once and must have mixed it up, and that it had been a long day for him.When manager came, the genius bar tech changed his story and lied to managers face in front of me to save his job, and of course manager took his side.Horrible experience, and Im left with my original problem, plus I lost all my work.I think the guys name was Jason or something - blonde guy. If you guy to genius bar, avoid him.

2024-02-21 18:36:22I’m writing this review and I’m so upset at the customer service last night at the Apple Store inEmeryville. PLEASE I ADVISE YOU DONT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE DRIVE TO another location! I spent hours here last night and they messed up my phone and just didn’t care to fix it to where my phone was when I entered that store! To make this short I couldn’t use my GPS to get home I got lost!

2024-01-09 21:07:45Despite making a timely appointment, I waited for almost an hour. The tech support team seemed indifferent, chatting and laughing without checking on customers. This has been one of my worst experiences, possibly due to the store reopening with untrained staff. Extremely disappointed with their unprofessional service.
