Transferring to AppFolio has been one of the best decisions that our company has made. We have been with them for almost 10 years and they are always updating the program that only helps streamlines our processes. AppFolio has helped us grow our company so now we have 3 locations. They know property management and do everything they can to update their program that only helps with the work load. Thank you for all you do!

Amber has been amazing to work with with AppFolio! She has been attentive to our learning needs, willing to entertain the random questions we have, and tailored our meetings to the uniqueness of our business. She always has input and suggestions to make our workflow better, and always has our companies interests as her first motivation. 10/10 recommend working with Amber if given the chance.

This company is a scam. I got a charge on my bank account after paying my daughters rent payment for $2.49. I have been trying to call them for 2 days. I have tried many different extensions and no one answers. No one answers any selection on the auto phone system. You wait for billing for 2 mins then it hangs up.

As a manager of over 200 units, I am very impressed with Appfolio and really enjoy using it. Highly recommended.It would be very much appreciated if the processing fees for E payments were reduced in order that tenants would be more inclined to pay rent this way.

Customer support is literally a joke, and not a fun one! They could not care less about users, not even if you pay thousands of dollars every year! Years ago, they used to take care of your issues right away, and put customer first. Now, the target is customers wallet, not customers satisfaction. I have raised a ticket 2 weeks ago, and it feels like the person in charge would care more about about a fly farting on the other side of the globe. They keep adding useless features to their software, it triggers countless glitches and here I am as a customer in the middle of this: in the better case scenario I find the solution by myself (because you absolutely dont want to contact their support who has no idea what so ever about how to use the software), in the worst case scenario, I have no choice but to raise a ticket and pray for some of the devs to be involved.Find another software for you management purposes, this one is not worth the trouble.

Absolutely loved the Customer Conference! Learned so much about how to maximize our usage of the software, so excited to bring back new tools to share with the office staff! While the software is easy to use, there are always new updates that make it more advantageous than ever before. We have been using AppFolio for quite some time and love them. They are user friendly and consistent in their innovating. Just attended their first conference and came back only upset that this was the first one. We plane to make this conference a annual event. Left full of knowledge and excited for what is to come.

My property manager recently switched to AppFolio - what a downgrade! They try to charge tenants a transaction fee, even when paying by bank account. I hope my property manager likes paper checks because thats what Ill be doing from now on.
