I checked into the company, unfortunately I should have done that before giving them my money. Once I realized how much of my info they wanted I decided I better learn more about this company..terrible reviews and numerous complaints on Better Business Bureau and Reddit.I told them I was choosing not to move forward and they refused to return my money. I was told $698 for the year but another complaint said he was told it was for a life time and then they tried charging him monthly.Nothing good to say!

I was not sure this service was suitable for me or my clinic. Ryan asked if he could do a voice search for a Diabetes Center in Sandy, Utah, and we did not come up - our competition did.This surprised me because I thought I had all the keywords set up correctly to be found on-line. I was wrong.He then did a few other voice searches using conditions we treat and I was amazed at what the search didnt come up - meaning we didnt show up in those searches.We only came up once. This made me think how many appointments did we already miss because the voice search is not set up correctly so people can find us.I signed up on the spot - I recommend if you want to found on voice searches - you do to. Missing out on 58% of all searches conducted as a voice search is not good business.Thank You apnTech for showing me how to better attracted new patients to our clinic.Tannen

They explained everything and reassured me that we were going to be ok. Stefanie who is one of our customer support people was very nice and explained some things I was confused about. Extremely unhappy with how one of the representatives Brad had texted me bc I was super busy with work and so many other things! He was very disrespectful and he was very passive aggressive when talking to me! His texts were rude and threatened to send business to another business that does the same thing as me! Which is totally okay because I support that business myself!! Lord forbid you have a full timeJob as a small business owner and don’t pick up the phone! Please be careful who you talk to! Would not recommend. Was contacted by representative to discuss the voice services provided by this company. Representative had discussed their 2 packages of 300 and 600 dollars. When I stated that I had kids to take care of and I needed to speak with my wife and look at our marketing budget, the representative told me Why do you need to talk to her? What if I give you a discount if you complete it without her? Told the rep I needed to talk to my wife and we were on a strict budget with family and our business. He went on to mock that we were on a budget and told me I needed this service. When I told him I needed to look over the information and he was starting to be rude, he hung up on me. Definitely not the company I would put money into if they are rude and trying to convince me to make hidden purchases.

This company like many other parasites out there take what they can from small business owners with no regard to their circumstances. The model used is selling you different tiers of access and exposure based on how much you initially pay. It’s all a scam, I was signed under the guise of getting total access with a cheaper rate. Their mission is to upsell you on marketing services using voicesearch as their hook. Mind you the representative I received was rude, entitled, forceful and had no training whatsoever so ever. I along with other small business owners will be starting a joint venture creating a website approving and exposing companies like ApnTech and their unethical business practices.

I had some issues with my accounts after getting a couple things set up with multiple businesses. Initially, I wasn’t able to get answers and solutions to my problems but after speaking with Stephanie Perez, not only are those problems and concerns being tackled. They were also HEARD. Do not use them. They have answering service and are almost impossible to get a real rep on the phone. Answering service will keep telling you someone will contact you back. Average constant time is 3 days. APN is reselling other people products. They sold me citation software for $2,000 and I found out I can get same software for $79. Second software they sell you is bird eye. They lied about capability and refuse to allow me to speak with sales rep that signed me up. Luckily if got the guarantee in email from Salesguy who is unresponsive. I’m not calling to cancel Bird Eye and can’t get anyone to cancel my membership. I’m about to file claim with credit card company. Do not use these guys. Trust me!

Do NOT get involved with this company. I repeat DO NOT get involved with this company. You will 100% regret your decision and you can kiss thousands of dollars goodbye. They will promise you all sorts of great things and once you realize none of these things actually happen and try to cancel they will make it nearly impossible to cancel. (and tell you that you have to pay a final cancelation fee). You will be put on hold and then eventually told that there is no one in that department to help you and they say they will call you back in 24 to 48 hours and then they never do. Do yourself a huge favor and take heed to all of the bad reviews. The good reviews are mostly written before people realize what is really about to happen (or not happen) because they encourage you to write a review as soon as you get off the phone from signing up with them. It was an expensive mistake I made and you will be much further ahead using a local company you can actually visit or just an individual to do these services for you.

They claim they did help me, but no one can find my business after 12 weeks of waiting for this process to be complete. I agreed to “try” The program for 30 more days for free, and at the end, they said it is not free. Awful Experience with ANP Tech - Avoid at All Costs!I had an extremely awful experience with ANP Tech. When I first signed up, the Sales Person promised it would take two months to get my business ranking on the first page of Google and generate many leads. Flash forward 3.5 months, and I saw no results. When I tried to cancel, I received no response for 3-4 days. I emailed the sales rep multiple times over the next week and contacted the call center, but they refused to transfer me and promised to get back to me in 1-2 business days. A week later, still nothing.I called and called, hearing nothing while they continued to charge my account. Finally, a representative got back to me, trying to convince me to stay and not cancel. After over an hour on the phone, they offered me three months for free to see if I’d get any results. I saw no improvement, no leads, and no increased rankings after three months.They charged my account without notifying me. When I called to cancel, they blamed me for not having my listing up, a detail they never communicated in the past seven months. The representative tried to convince me again for another 20-25 minutes, claiming they could help my business grow if I had my listing up – something they never mentioned before.On top of all this, they wanted to charge me $299 to cancel my services, which I negotiated down to $99. I still had to pay $99 just to cancel.Do not trust this company. They don’t get back to you, they just want to take your money, and the experience is awful. Avoid ANP Tech at all costs.

I was told one thing by the initial sales person that it would take a matter of days to get me registered for business voice search services, after they had my money to be then told by my account manager that it would take 3-4 weeks before I would be registered and findable. And yet there’s a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee supposedly but that makes no sense if you aren’t even registered and findable for a full month. Then they want a review of their services when their services haven’t even yet been rendered based on how they spoke to you during the sales and initial set up. That’s when I realized it’s a scam. Looked it up online and sure enough they have hundreds of complaints from customers saying they took their money and never rendered services as promised. I called back the next day during business hours only less than 24 hours later only to reach an answering service and unable to reach my account manger or salesperson or anyone else for that matter that works there. Since services had not yet been rendered I immediately disputed the charge with my bank, and let the answering service know I wanted an immediate full refund and cancellation of my account. Got the run around via email just a short time later. Found another website not too long after that confirms that being findable on voice search is completely free as long as your sites are registered and SEO Setup properly with the right search engines which is a service this company does not provide but has you do yourself so basically they want to pocket the money for the work only you can do to get your business to show up via voice search. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Terrible terrible company they ripped me off. My company never showed up on google. They lied. They won’t answer my texts or emails. Didn’t do what they said they would now I have to bring them to court to get my money back plus compensation for all the business that I lost. I think I’ll pay the district attorney’s office a visit and hopefully they will get involved and shut them down and fine the hell out of these crooks

The review I wrote 6/23 was premature. In my opinion based off my experience I believe this company to be fraudulent. I do not want to be responsible for ernest new business owners to be ripped off with promises APN will not fulfill. The goggle find services you’ll need to locate your business you can and must do yourself. APN is deceitful when telling customers they will receive a full refund. They will drag their feet until you miss the deadline to cancel by telling you to wait to see if their service works. In my opinion what they are doing is shameful. I wouldn’t give them any stars but sadly I must give at least one for the review. It’s my desire to warn unsuspecting persons who don’t have funds to waste or throw in the garbage. Customers service is poor often they don’t even answer the phone. Engage at your own risk, Good luck.

We signed up as a one time charge, we were surprised with having us on a monthly payment without any authorization. We contacted them several times to cancel the service and they would not do that and kept charging the company credit card. the only way we were able to stop them is to close the credit card account. I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!
