Great customer service and quick turn around! i brought in my ipad pro that had gotten wet and wouldnt turn on anymore. there was water damage to my logic board and they where able to source replacement fpc connector parts and got me my ipad back without loosing my data! will be returning for any future repairs.

Such a wonderful business! I had asked them a while ago if an iPod ever gets turned in to let me know since they are no longer available from Apple. They held onto my name and contacted me. So I have a refurbished iPod with a new case and battery for a very reasonable price and it came with a warranty. Happy happy customer

I keep coming over and over again (because I keep cracking my iPhone) with these people because they are awesome and know what they are doing. They are reasonable in their pricing. I dont have anything to complain about them and I do have many compliments about them. I had taken my iMac to the Genius Bar at the Apple Store. The girl their seem like she didnt know what she was doing or she hated her job. She looked at my computer and told me that the hard drive was bad even though her diagnostic said it was fine. I knew she was wrong so I took it to Aplus and determined my video card was bad and replaced and wallah! Its good again. They saved our photography company! Thanks Aplus Electronics.

#boom indeed! Awesome & Friendly! Quick and painless fix to replace my battery to my MacBook Pro. Way faster than the 3-5 days at an unknown price at the Apple Store...because they couldnt tell me over the phone and would have to look at my computer first. Saw the positive reviews & made a call. Aplus told me over the phone, the price and an estimated hour time to fix it...and it actually took less than 10 min here!

Fixed a cracked Iphone 6s cracked screen in Feb 2017 - they did a great job in record time - less than 20 min. Bought new phone case and ear buds too - standard pricing - I appreciate no price gouging! Comfortable couches to sit and wait. Highly recommend!

I got my MacBook pro retina screen replaced here because a friend recommended it. They did a great job and super quick (I needed fast turn around because I use it for work). Friendly staff.The most outstanding thing is that the new apple retina display started showing problems a couple weeks afterwards. I took it back in and they replaced it, no charge, no problem!

I had a iPhone 5 with a cracked glass and damaged screen leaving me with no access to anything in my phone. After about a week of searching for options on repairing the damage my cousin told me about Aplus. I checked it out online and decided to give it a try. I will definitely be recommending this place to anybody who needs apple product repair. I came in, showed them the problem and they took care of it in 30 minutes! Awesome work at an affordable price! My iPhone looks great and works perfect.

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S6 phone off at 10:00 a.m. for a battery replacement. It was ready before 11:30 a.m. The staff was pleasant. They explained what work they would have to do, as well as the price. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service!! Aplus diagnosed and repaired my 2012 Macbook Pro within an hour, and at a fraction of the price I was quoted at the Apple store! I was told that I need to have the motherboard of my computer replaced because it will not boot up even with a new hard drive. Turns out that the hard drive cable is bad. Apple quoted me $750 to replace the logic board. I am very happy that Aplus had all the parts in stock and they were able to expertly diagnose and fix my computer. Thank you Aplus Electronics!

I thought my phone was fried after dropping it for the 100th time -- the screen was completely black and it wouldnt function except for making a noise when I plugged it in. Even the IT guy for my company had called in for replacement. I called Aplus because I needed an immediate solution and the assured me they could fix it with a screen replacement. Thirty minutes later I was shocked to find I had a fixed phone.

I came in to get a quote to fix my daughters iphone. One of the techs opened it up and said that a few of the clips that held the screen to the main body must have been bent but that the LCD was fine. He pressed it back together and charged me nothing for it. I was able to go to AT&T and they gave me $200 as a trade in for a new iphone 6 plus since it passed all the functional and inspection tests.I have been to Aplus 2 times now. Once to fix my wifes broken iphone screen and another time to replace my daughters shattered iphone screen.(They used OEM parts and not cheap knock offs) Both times I was able to get the phones back within an hour to an hour and a half. They are so generous with their time that when I came back to ask why my wifes iphone screen was not working.(She tends to just throw it in her purse and pile all her stuff on top of it) I just had to say that I had it fixed there and they opened it up and fixed it again. Most of the cost come from them using the OEM parts and they charge very fair labor cost. Much better than sending to Apple even with Apple care.

HIghest Rating Possible! They do a FANTASTIC job. Courteous, helpful, and with four kids and dropped phones - Ive used them numerous times. They can accurately diagnos the issue, fix it promptly. As a side note, we tried Office Depot same day for my daughters phone as they were closed. Office Depot did the work WRONG - took it to APlus who was able to correct the work done same day. Ill never go anywhere else but here. A PLus is the BEST PLACE in San Diego County to have your cellphone or iPad worked on.
