Thus far my experience with ApexChat has been excellent. Our sales representative, Vernon Diggs (and support person Joseph Perez) have delivered on the promises made. We pay only for qualified leads based on the criteria we outlined up front, which was a real fight with our previous chat vendor to whom we paid twice as much per lead and many were not quality and wasted our time having to respond to them. I am a customer of one of their client companys. I used the ApexChat service through the companys website.I do not believe that they were using a real person as they advertise. I kept getting responses as to how many windows I wanted to install. I told them that I thought I had a broken window and was explaining what the problem is.If there had been a real person, they would have read my message. They could have texted me and said that they could not help me with that and told me to call the company in the morning. I was very disappointed and very upset with their service. I did call the client company the next day and complained about the ApexChat Service!!!I would have given zero stars, but this wont let me do it and post my comments.
