Each time I contact AOA I consistently receive excellent guidance. Their tenant credit check has been consistently easy and thorough. I also have attorneys on retainer for many of my legal questions and have found when contacting AOAs with legal questions, I receive consistent and thorough advice/answers. Thank you for having a STELLAR team in place. It is so nice to have the expertise and advice needed to run my properties.

One conversation with consultant Paul Scott is well worth more than 10 years of membership dues. Ive been fortunate enough to have had several extremely helpful and informative conversations with him. He always goes well and above what most people would ever do. With the ever changing laws in CA and increased renters rights its hard to keep up and dot every i and cross every t, and do everything right. Paul is so helpful and well informed. I hope his bosses knows how lucky they are to have him!

I had a great experience chatting with Maria about questions like rent increases, deposit increases and the like. She was very knowledgeable and even provided me with information that i could download to my computer. I would highly recommend that anyone who owns rental properties join AOA.

Great resource and network to have. There arent a lot of resources for landlords who are just trying to do the right thing and having a difficulty time navigating the nuances. I love how AOA is on top of the latest laws and trends and will be an advocate on behalf of the rest of the community. Special shout out to Paul with the Van Nuys team. AOA has been an extremely helpful tool in managing my rentals. They provide up to date leases and forms that are required by law. In addition, they provide helpful answers to questions about all aspects of rental property management. My favorite advisor is Paul who has a wealth of knowledge and experience and who thoroughly answers my questions. The membership fee is an exceptional bargain and I definitely recommend AOA to all owners of rental property. It can prevent you from making costly mistakes especially in this rental market where the rules are constantly changing.

While I feel that all of those that work the advice line are top shelf, the last person I spoke with to resolve a tenant/tenant issue, was Paul. AOA is superb! Paul helped answer so many issues I had. Because of his vast knowledge as an apartment owner and dealing with basically all the same issues, he was able to to help me. My management co. has given me some good & bad advice. The bad advice has cost me a whole lot of money. They are not really there for us apartment owners. Thank you Paul and the staff at AOA! My future looks brighter because of Paul. He will save you time and money.
