I just SOLD my home of nearly 30 years with Crystal. Crystal, my listing agent, played such a huge part in getting my home SOLD for top dollar, in a short amount of time, with as little stress as possible! Crystal was patient, responsive and on top of everything. She always came and sat with me in my kitchen to explain all of my options, and the next step in the process, just like she said she would. I met Crystal a few years ago when the market was crazy with super low interest rates. She stayed in touch as I wasn’t ready to buy then. The time finally came and I reached out to her.Crystal proved her worth over and over with how hard she worked on my behalf. It definitely wasn’t easy (or pretty) at times, but she stayed the course. Lots of hiccups on the sellers side and honestly the deal wouldn’t have happened if I had to work directly with the listing agent/seller. From start to finish, Bryan exceeded our expectations as an agent. We had tried to sell our home last year with a different agent and unfortunately it didn’t happen. I immediately trusted Bryan when he told us how he would price our home and what his pricing approach is. We signed with him and that week, he had his handyman make some small repairs and started the open house process. We actually had one offer come in prior to the first open house. After the first weekend, we had four offers in, 3 of which were over asking. We countered all of them. When it was time to review the offers, Instead of inundating us with legalese and paperwork, he put the details of each offer in a spreadsheet and made it very easy for us to decide. We accepted an offer and the escrow process was just as smooth as the rest of it. There was never a miscommunication or issue of any kind. My wife and I are now in the process of moving to Colorado and he made the process as stress free as possible. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Bryan!

First of all, we were referred to Shannon by our mortgage lender so this review is truly representative of our experience. We were so fortunate that Shannon represented us. She is definitely someone you want on your side. We had some unexpected hurdles that were out of our control and Shannon was more than ready to resolve it using her knowledge of the industry. When buying a home, you want an agent that is willing to have tough conversations when necessary. In addition, she provided knowledgeable feedback in a multiple offer situation that led to us obtaining our dream home and closing over a week early. Needless to say our offer really stood out from the rest. Saying she’s the best in this business is an understatement.
