Our overall experience was excellent. Sales team did not bombard me with information when I was just trying to look and see what I was interested in. My husband and I went to Antioch Nissan to purchase a new vehicle for our growing family and we were greeted by Chris and Glen. Glen showed us a variety of vehicles, all within our price range, and made the process very easy. When we came back later that week Eric helped us start the process of purchasing our Nissan kicks and then we were able to finish everything up Glen and the rest of the Nissan team. They all took really good care of us. Made the experience easy and painless and created a very calm and happy environment. I recently needed to trade my car in for an SUV with a 3rd row because of my expanding family. I was nervous because I knew with my current loan I was a bit upside down. I initially went to the Honda dealership in Pittsburg where the car salesman didn’t even take the time to lay out my options, that is where I went to Nissan where I was immediately greeted by Glenn. He was very professional, thorough and listening to all my concerns and needs. Usually it’ll take all day and night being at the dealership but the time flew by and he was able to find the best deal for me. I am truly grateful for Glenn and his colleagues making it possible. Our salesman, Richard was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. On the test drive he showed us all of the features and was very clear and concise in his explanations of the features as well as the warranties available. Having been to many dealerships and service departments in my life, I was very happy with the service and attention provided by the Service Consultant Marco Alcayaga. Marco was the only consultant in the department when I arrived. There was a small line and he was both very engaged with the customer in front of he as well as taking the time to acknowledge and inform those of us waking in. He took all my info, explained what was going to happen and provided my car by the time he promised. He walked me through the billing process and made sure I did not have any questions. He is an excellent representative of your company (He made me feel like I was speaking with the proud owner of the dealership).

Doesnt matter what side off the street your on. This car dealership has nothing but BAD service. Yesterday I was over charged $48.00 on a oil change/ tire rotation. Items I didnt ask for got on to my bill and everything was charged separately, instead of the package deal. Wow, nickel and dime.And Ive purchased 3 cars in the last year from this place.

I took my vehicle to the Antioch Nissan dealership to find out why my check engine light was on, I met with Eric Fernandez and he explained to me that the diagnostic process was lengthy and required me leaving my vehicle with them for a few hours. I couldnt right at that moment so we settled on another day that would work for me. It ended up needing some parts that were cracked. I had to bring it back once the parts arrived and I was notified. Eric was the point man and updated me throughout the process. My experience was awesome as Eric is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Im sold! Junior Tesario informed me that there was no one to speak to above him at the Antioch nissan where he and Eric Fernandez refuse to honor the oil changes stipulated in the original contract. Ill be finding out who actually owns this location and who the regional manager is because evidently junior thinks its him. Please think twice about the contracts you sign with Nissan especially at this location since they love providing misinformation and horrible customer service. From waiting hours to be serviced while Eric disappears and chats non chalantly with guests about phones as other guests wait to be serviced to incorrectly informing guests to pay for services that have recently been completed. Do not go to this nissan location, your wallet and mental health will thank you

My wifes car does not get driven. In 18 months, it was only driven 281 miles. We got a call, Turn Back the Clock. I assumed they were light on work, so they were offering a good price on Preventive Maintenance. They changed the oil and oil filter, repaired a slow leak in a tire, conducted a multi-point inspection for tire tread and brake shoe depth, and washed the car. My total price was under $13. I brought my car in by 8am and left by 9am. I was VERY pleased!

I reached out to Antioch Nissan via messaging through Google and received a phone call the next day. Mike was very nice and accommodating due to my tight schedule that day. I ended up going after work the following day to do a trade in and purchase a car. Mike wasn’t there, but Richard was AWESOME! He walked me through the process and explained everything I needed to know. I then met with a few others to finalize my purchase. Finance folks were great, the only issue I experienced was as follows: Did not know that buying a used vehicle would come with different tires, tires did not match? I did not check, vehicle came with 18k miles, shiny car and shiny tires but two weeks later I checked and saw tires mismatched? Let the service department know and Juan Ambriz service advisor informed me that is a usual practice and happens all the time with used vehicles? Hmmm, bought many used vehicles and never seen mismatched tires on purchased vehicles. My advise, inspect your tires, I dont agree with mismatched tires on a $40k vehicle, that to me is unacceptable.

I brought my Juke in because it was making noises. The check engine light came on on the way to Nissan. I was sent a huge estimate, not even personal contact, just the estimate with a button to push to accept it. After talking with Nissan, the next day, the problem that it went into for had not been checked, so it had to stay another day. When I went in that day, I was told the oil had run low so that the turbo and engine had to be replace. I questions how that could happen. The car had oil changes and no oil light had come on in the car. I was told the old cars dont have a light that comes on until it is too late (dont really believe that because my cars have always had an oil light). So, I was not going to sink that much money into a 10 year old car, so I went to Toyota (will never buy a Nissan again), traded it in for next to nothing and bought a new car. Yesterday, my husband when in to Nissan to talk to the mechanic. Supposedly, there was some kind of mix up. The first test the paper work said everything was fine with the oil. The second test they did showed the oil issue. I do not really trust anything they told me. I am angry that I was not given the correct information. Information that might have changed the amount of trade in I got. I will not deal with Antioch Nissan again. The product (Juke) should not have had this happen with less that 100,000 miles and I have a really strong feeling I was taken advantage of by the service department.

This experience was twice as better than my first experience. This time Juan was very helpful.This time the person that serviced my car made sure the windows were clean. They reset my service button and gave me a sticker to remind me of my next mileage change. I like that because it will help to not go over the mileage as I did this time. My last service the button was not reset after service and I did not receive a sticker. My key battery light was on last visit and no one at the shop mentioned it. This time Juan informed and told me that I just needed to replace the key battery. This is something I should have been informed of on my first visit. Overall my service was excellent this time. So much better than my previous visit.

I had gone back and forth on the color of the Rogue I was looking at, but Richard and Mike made it super simple once I finally decided on a color. They were able to get one transferred to the dealership in a matter of hours, but I ended up coming back the next morning and was able to get out in less than an hour! I had horrible experiences at Tracy and Dublin Nissan, and advise if you are looking for a hassle free, professional experience Antioch is the way to go! I recently took my vehicle in for regular maintenance (oil change / tire rotation) and while doing the included service inspections the techs found an issue with my transmission and brought it to my attention. The dealership offered a tire rotation oil change and car wash for $59. So I took the car in on July 28 at 6:58 AM. I was the second person in line before they opened the service department. So, about 9 o’clock, I asked if my car was finished being serviced. I was told it’s pending to the car washed.After I receive my car, there was a strange sound like I had a flat tire coming from the right front passenger side tire. So I pulled into a shopping mall, checked the tires and it didn’t seem to be a flat tire. On August 3, I returned the car to the service department to have the tire tighten and or the sound checked out. I was told that the tire has a cupping bearing problem with the tire and that it cost $933 to repair. The problem is that I went in for the tire rotation and I came out with the $933 tire problem, which wasn’t there prior to the tire rotation. Where is the cupping bearing located?

Our salesman was Richard Garcia. He made my family feel comfortable in trusting him to find the right car. He made us feel like he wasn’t trying to sell us a car on his lot, but instead he made us feel like he would do everything he could to get us the car we wanted. Jan/25/2023 - Oil change and a surprise purchase of a supposedly needed new battery ( $250.00 ).Unhappy previous experiences was having to replace the transmission on my 2015 Nissan Versa Note SV (Purchased: mileage 43,000) every 3 years, 2 times thus far. I’ve only owned the car 7 years. Antioch Nissan Service agents interactions makes all the difference for the face of its location. Some agents were nice (smiles, small talk, courteous recommendations & discounts ) and some were total brutes ( no smile, curt, rude, inefficiently unaware of car needs, unconcerned etc..). Some years ago David went above and beyond to help a stranded senior citizen whose car battery died. Unfortunately, he no longer works at Antioch Nissan. Alex was nice but I think he up sold me on an unnecessary new battery, didn’t I just purchase one with David some time ago? I gotta check my receipts/records. Juan (always looks like he’d rather be somewhere else) and the other 2 older guys have been rude, no smiles or friendly faces, crass and seemed unconcerned about me and my car care, they’re just going thru the motions. I only have the one car and try to maintain it at all cost. However my Nissan experience has been very expensive.

Loving our 2022 Armada so far.Just as a side note, Im a huge Nissan fan. Earlier this year, my two daughters were in a horrible crash in Florida in our 2018 Nissan Rogue S. The Rogue was struck by a reckless driver in a Chevy Silverado 3500 dually (other driver 100% at fault for the crash). The Rogue was destroyed in the accident, but all safety features performed as advertised and I believe the Rogues safety features saved my daughters lives in a serious crash, with horrible energy transfer.Very glad to have purchased my 3rd Nissan Armada & while I was sad to part with my 2018 Nissan NV 3500 in the trade to get the new 2022 Armada, I know this new vehicle will be a great, safe, reliable vehicle for my family as well. I confirmed the availability of the car and lease price over the email and phone with the sales person. I called him 2 hours before leaving to dealership to confirm availability and when I got there they have a car ready for me with different specification. They apologized and tried to get another car from another dealership while I waited for 3 hours but they couldnt. They found another car 3 days later with higher price. When I was ready to sign the lease, sitting before the finance person, the store manager stepped in and insisted I say I am happy with their service. If not, he prefers not do business with unhappy customers. Therefore, I would have to go back home for the second time without the car. They tell me i need a new transmission for over 7k when they have already had a lawsuit against cvt transmissions and Im over my miles. No warning light ever came on. I take it in for oil change should they do a chk to make sure its running good? Labor is over 3k.. it just feels like such a rip off. It sounded like my car was making a louder sound when I picked it up. They take the time to explain things and also offer recommendations, and every now and then a little break on your bill! The waiting area is nice and clean with a huge flat screen, there are vending machines, but they offer free coffee (Starbucks Pike, yum) and free packaged muffins, which are in a basket at the service desk area - pretty much free for all! After the fourth time bringing it in for the same issue in 7 months, I talked to the sales manager; cant remember his name, was an African American man and they had nothing to tell me but they would pay off half of my loan and I could buy a newer car ended up coming from 16000 to a total of around 35000 for the same car. I want to be clear: the service I ultimately received WAS satisfactory. However it took two separate visits to achieve that result. The first day, the oil change and tire rotation requested were forgotten and the front collision sensors reprogramming failed entirely. The second visit achieved all of the necessary work, and the sensor was replaced as part of warranty service. However, time is often more valuable than anything else, and in that sense, my first day of service was entirely wasted. I will be happy to update after my next warranty service.

Terrible service for a simple oil change. Had a 930 appt and its 11am and i still have a 20 minute wait. Absolutely ridiculous. 2nd time being here and the exact same experience. I wont be returning again. How on earth does the oil changers I drive past on the streets take 10 minutes yet the dealership takes 2 hours.

I spent all day waiting on finance department. I was quoted a price and came in around noon. By nine pm they finally had me singing the contract. After my $10,000 deposit the total price for my loan was still $8000 more then the original price quoted. The middle back seat is also useless since seat belt sits under the person. They said they fix that then service department said I needed to buy a $50 extension kit. And I got the S model (base) instead of what I asked for which was the hybrid. My monthly payments were also much more than discussed. I was told I get the fabric and paint protectant and didnt. I called back for weeks to discuss all of the above and never heard back from anyone. Stoped in several times and the person I needed to speak with was never available. Very angry with my purchase and will never buy or recommend this place ever!

I phoned Nissan Service n told them I would be moving out of town and would like to have an oil change. The man said, come on in. I said, oh, I dont need an appointment? He said, no. So because I am working, I rearrange my schedule which was quite difficult because I take care of an elderly woman.I then showed up at Nissan, waited 15 min in the service line and finally a young man comes to my vehicle n says, can I help you. Yes, Im here for an oil change. He says, we cant do it now, but I can schedule you an appt. I said, no, the guy said come over n I do not need an appt. This is Monday at 2:45. First of all, I rearranged my schedule, I cannot come Wed n Thurs because I have movers scheduled. He says I can schedule you tomorrow, well yeah but Ive already scheduled other appts since I knew I rearranged my schedule today for the oil change.So now I have an appt for tomorrow and Im out $100, because I have had to cancel the next day appts.The young girl who scheduled me for the appt, explained that yes, they take walk ins, but its also done by appts. Well why didnt the first man that I spoke to just schedule me to ensure I could get in?So very disappointed, bothered that I had to find coverage for my patient and really upset that I am out $100.So I get to follow up on my review! I got an apology. First of all, the only reason Im at Nissan for a free oil change is because they messed up when I bought the vehicle. I was asked to come back in and rewrite a check and sign a form because they could not find my paperwork. The check was for $18,000. So yeah, my gas n my time was for their convenience. And now for my free oil change, I get an apology and sincerity that as they move forward they will do their best to ensure this doesnt happen or whatever!Are you kidding me?? This place has been in business for I dont know how long and you can bet this has happened hundreds of time! Sure walk ins are welcome! Why??? Because they dont want to chance losing any money..BUT..if their customers lose money, they will be sure to give you a sincere apology!! Bad Business!! Just not right!!Take the time to make appts instead of having this walk in policy. I and nobody else believes that this policy is going to change and you could care less about the ripple effect it has on your customers well being.Update: I went back for my free oil change that they gave me for having lost my $18,000 check. The service guy came to me to say I owed $23 or thereabouts! Once again unhappy, a young woman in charge of appeasing customers, tried to apologize by saying they would review their policies about walking, etc. I say, come on cause really youre not going to do that because that would cost you to lose money n youve been in business for many years n basically you just want to appease me n have me go away. She asked to speak with me privately. I said, no, here is fine.Now the service manager shows up to speak with me about my free oil change... my mistake, he asked me to his desk where it was private. He then says after listening to me with a blank look on his face because he already knew all of my complaints, why should we do anything to help you since you went on the internet and gave us a bad review? Seriously!!!! I said, because I could go out on the lot and picket you n you could lose a customer. His answer, Go right ahead. And so I did!Dont talk to anyone in private. They can be very unprofessional n rude.On another note, when I arrived, I heard another customer complaining to a service man there that she gave a rating of 1 because of the service manager being rude n no help. The young service tech said oh no thats not him, hes not in today n hes a really good guy. That was a lie because it was the same Service Manager that I then dealt with.

This dealership deserves a zero star. After agreeing on a sale price as I was traveling 3hrs to get to the dealership. They sold the car from underneath me! What a sham, unethical business practice from the management! Do yourself a favor and dont do business with this dealership they didnt even have the courtesy or decency to call me so I can turn around. On my to our annual family camping trip, in the rush to get things in the car, I misplaced my keys and didn’t have an extra pair so I had to get my car towed to the dealership to get another pair made. The dealership repairs was super busy but they went out of their way to get keys made in 30 mins and we were able to be out on road and be at our destination in a timely fashion. Tips to share from my experience. Buyers need to gain knowledge before comiting to this dealership.1- Cars are mark up way higher than the true cost of the vehicle. Check on Kelly blue book for features and prices..etc. Not just Antioch Nissan. Have a price in mind with the features you want in the vehicle.2. Watch out for extra fees. If a vehicle is new, extended warranty is a waste of money. A new vehicle comes with a warranty. A customer has 30 days to cancel or get a prorated portion if over 30 days.3. Watch out for the car addendum. Learned that one. Never pay that posted price.4. Stand your ground.5 Dont let this people push you over to buy just because of good credit.6. There are consumer agencies that can protect you when issues surface.7. Best price guarantee is a joke.8. If a gift card is offered you will never going to see it.

I bought a 2014 Altima yesterday. We looked it over the day before and again yesterday. I drove home and my daughter and son in-law came out to see it. The right front bumper had a rip and a scrape across it.I think it must have happened when they moved it to put gas and or cleaned it up for me. I called right away and left 3 messages but no call back. Sales manager said he would talk to salesman and get back to me. No call yesterday or today. Drove to talk to them and of course no one would own up to the damage. I know i bought the car as is but it was not like that when I paid for it. We were left sitting to wait for the manager while he had other customers. It appeared that we werent a priority so we left. Very unhappy with their handling of this. I would like to speak with one of the owners.

Very impressed by the knowledge, patience and most of all the professionalism of our Sales Consultant Marc Lewinter. We made three separate visits as we were also considering the Honda CRV. Every visit Marc patiently answered all our questions without any hard sell or disrespect to Honda. For me, this instilled a lot of trust & confidence in Nissan and the Antioch dealership. Had my oil changed, that went well, the XM radio antenna was also replaced, i had to return the next day to have the interior light fixture put back in proper alignment, the service writers at antioch nissan perform their jobs very well, I wish i could say the same for the service technicians. I dont like returning multiple times to have parts or equipment replaced to its original position. Lastly, please dont leave greasy finger prints on light colored interior parts.

Do you like being lied to go to Antioch Nissan they tell you there Nissan extended warranty is from them. Its not its a 3rd party and they dont know what is covered so yeah you will have to do that your self. they will also do any thing but fix your car. I took my car in for a light on the stick shift not working unless you hit the dash they couldnt recreate it sorry we cant fix a short lol. my car would not start I looked and the ignition fuse was out so I had it towed to them they called me and said it started right up so either the tow truck guy fixed it or they did they tried to make it out that I had it brought in for no reason. Thumbs !@#$%^& down.

We bought the new 2019 Nissan Altima Platinum model in spite of the issues w/ my 2016 model. Nissans new model has so many convenient features and looks sharp--this is coming for a car owner who just wants a reliable car to take me places comfortably. I thoroughly enjoy this new model! A recent accident brought us back to the dealership (under 3000 miles). SK Khem in the service dept provided the most helpful, thorough, quick service for my car. He worked w/ the body shop and took care of the recall (camera) issue while it was in there and another defect that appeared (under warranty). Also wanted to acknowledge the shuttle driver, who took us to a nearby restaurant so my husband & I could enjoy lunch--he even recommended a special soup--it was delicious. The 2nd occasion I barely had time to eat my muffin w/ their coffee when the car was fixed! Personal, efficient - SK is appreciated. Thank you!!

My mom got herself a 2015 nissan sentra around the date of Feb. 2016. First of all she wanted to see a different car and after asking the man helping us about 5 times we wanted to see a diferent one he paid no attention and lured us into the nissan sentra. This was our 1st time and experience going to a car dealership & after going to other ones after that i noticed that they definately showed me wathever car I wanted to see. But anyway 2 weeks later when it rained we noticed the back left light had water inside. When we touched the light we felt a transparant crack. We took the car in & they were trying to charge us about $600. What? The car should have not had any issues in the 1st place. Very very bad service. Even after this I tried going back to get myself my own car simce mine unfortunately was totalled after a car accident. The same man that helped my mom was trying to lur me into a different car after i told him i wanted to see a diferent car, so I decided to leave and checked out another car dealership. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
