Be aware the reviews on here are probably old or fake. This place wanted to give me $94 for a $2000 diamond and gold ring. Ouch not good. At least I will tell you the truth about this place. Nice customer service but I would look elsewhere for selling jewelry.

First impression: Store is very clean, neat, and organized. There is a secured door that ensures the staff can control who enters the store. This was important to me.Buisness of the day: I came in to potentially sell a few gold pieces I no longer wear, comparing prices with other locations I have done business with.Representative: Isabel was kind, very approachable, and straight to the point. She was able to analyze and quote my pieces very speedily.Bottom Line: I learned they also buy designer bags. I expect to try them out as I am an avid seller on Poshmark. I was given cash for the items I sold. Hopefully, they add other disbursements like Zelle, Venmo, PayPal in the future. I will definitely do business here again.

Love this place! got a quote of 300 to buy a gold piece, at another place, said no way, its retail is 4500, went here to hope for a bit more for a loan. the person (s) were so knowledgable about the piece and offered me 4 times the first quote, just as a loan, so i can get my precious family heirloom back! i will continue to use this shop, and they have great items for sale at awesome prices!!@

Ive been coming here for awhile, they always have really cool things you wouldnt find anywhere else. I have purchased a few instruments from them before, and I purchased one today. The products they offer are always of great quality! I have had no issues with anything I have purchased here. The store itself is extremely well kept and looks really great. Another positive is the security measures they have in place in order to keep the store safe, as well as the customers. I totally recommend checking this place out!

They have such beautiful merchandise with super fair prices and I love how they offer the layaway option! Great place for quality jewelry at great prices. I always find unique and beautiful pieces for special occasions. Staff is very nice and friendly. You can get reasonable layaway plans if you find a more expensive item. They have lots of name brand items and computers iPhones and other electronics, they also have construction tools. Items vary depending on what they have so they have an different things throughout the months.

I was expecting to be lowballed (as I once worked in a pawn shop & that’s what my boss used to do) but they gave me an excellent price for just a few items & the terms were amazing as well giving me more than enough time to pay it back. Ashley is very Sweet very knowledgeable And honestly should be management as I Already thought she was. Considering she always helps and has the customers Best interest at heart, She always discusses all my options and makes sure I have what I need. I love that she also takes the time to get to know you, she also took time to talk to my son who is 1year old (flirts with her and threw his pacifier her way) and loves her, everytime after the first time she helped us she knew who I was and makes sure to ask how my son is doing even if he isnt with me that shows me she is there for more than a paycheck and invests into her job as well as her customers.Ashley in my opinion should be upper mangement. Needed some money for bills because I was short this month. So I went to Antioch Coin & Jewelry and got a loan on my gold necklace. When I went back to pay my loan and get my necklace I couldnt resist this beautiful gold and ruby ring. I got a great deal on the ring. And I found out that if I need another loan in the future, I can take the ring in and get half of what I paid for it on a loan. If I took it anywhere else, I would only get gold weight. Everyone who works there are very courteous too.+Now I went to pay off a loan and put a really nice gold chain on lay away. Couldnt help myself, it was such a great deal. M gave me an extra discount as well. I believe it goes without saying that I am a very happy camper! I have 2 very nice rings, and two extremely nice 18 kt gold chains. And if I ever need some extra cash, I can get half of what I paid for a loan on everything I bought from Antioch Coin & Jewelry Pawn. Thats like having an insurance policy for emergency. Was there for an Interview. The most uncomfortable interview i have ever had, and then at the end how the manager talked to me. Rude. Not sure how they get the Manager Title when they have no Experience for Customer service. Probably why people do not want to work there. Do not recommend this place at al. Whoever sees this make sure the employees and also the manager know what they are doing. Not only did they damage my laptop when I pawned it but when I tried to bring it back to pawn it again they wouldnt accept it because of the damage that they caused. They inspected the laptop when I dropped it off and it works perfectly fine it didnt work when I picked it up a month later.

Over time I have bought several chains from them for me and my wife, and some rings and pendants. I took these things to get appraised, and they were all fake. Took them back and mentioned who appraised my jewelry and they gave me a full refund. They have faulty gold test kits that read wrong or they are not checking everything because my appraiser said the chains had a stamp of authenticity but the stamp was fraud. 🤔🤔🤔After a second opinion the findings were true. They are selling fake gold mixed in with real jewelry items..I felt very betrayed from this experience as they were really nice,with fake smiles selling fake,semisolid,hollowor pure fake gold mingled with real pieces...

We drove from Stockton CA because we were told over the phone it was a possibility we could sell our items. Upon arrival we were told to get out of the parking lot or the gate would be closed on us. Very rude, but no offense was taken. As soon as my boyfriend brought in his items, the clerk was very unprofessional and sharp telling him we dont take those because theyre not commercial grade. There was no customer service at all, offering no explanation, as to why we were not told over the phone, that this pawn shop does not accept non commercial grade tools . To say that all types of tools and items are accepted is false advertising and false marketing because that is not the case at the shop in person. Upon leaving, we were told to go figure out who is going to buy it which was very offensive, but none taken. It is unfortunate that a business with such a good reputation has has to be dealt a low rating and low review because of an unfriendly, clerk who lacks basic customer service skills.

Only negative I have with this store is only allowing you one time to use your card. So if you input your card PIN incorrectly you have to use another card or wait an entire day.
